Today, I visited Luminosa Jumeirah for a gel nails appointment, and Im thrilled with the results! Amna, the amazing nail artist, did a fantastic job with such clean work. I will definitely be back!

My fourth time here, service has been so consistent . Everytime i come I’m even more Impressed . My nail ladies paint work is immaculate. She is a perfectionist and I love that because she always makes sure the service she gives is perfect. If there is one tiny polish out of place she makes sure she fixes it! I’m very fussy with my nails too but she is always so patient. So thank you and I will definitely see you guys again 🩷I would like to add that the gel quality here is 10/10 and doesn’t chip . My pedicure lasted almost 4 weeks with no chips or anything. Excellent quality. Thank you x

The staff was warm and professional, taking the time to explain the process and ask about my preferences.The head spa treatment itself was wonderfully soothing. It began with a gentle scalp massage that relieved so much tension I didn’t even know I had. The therapist used high-quality oils and products that smelled amazing and felt luxurious on my scalp. As the massage progressed, I felt the stress melt away, and the circulation boost was noticeable. The treatment also included a nourishing hair mask, leaving my hair feeling soft and revitalized followed by hairstyling.Overall, the experience was incredibly rejuvenating and left me feeling both relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to unwind, treat their scalp, or just enjoy a little pampering. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon and would recommend to all!

I had my eyelash extensions done by Gretchen and she’s truly a professional artist. The results are amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-quality service.

I came here a second time because my first was so good. Today was another great experience! My friend and I came and got facials, manicures and pedicures. They look so good and my skin feels so soft and fresh. Gretchen and Amna did our nails and another gal did our facials. It was great! Highly recommend!

I showed up with my short chipped nails and was treated wonderfully, I got the colors I wanted, a sweet dark purple and a pink. The owner, the technicians were absolutely wonderful, kind and made great conversations. It was lovely to see the owner checking in on her customers and technicians to see if anything was needed, and helped out wherever. Definitely a great experience. I went for classic manicure and pedicure this time and the girls Amna and Sharmila were amazing with me. I have never seen anyone buffed them nails and leave them super shiny that I didn’t need color polish!

If there were any possible options, I would have rated this establishment with less than one star. I visited for a SMAS lifting procedure, with the understanding that it would be performed by a Russian professional (as promised by them while booking the appointment). However, upon arrival, I discovered that it was not a Russian professional and had only 10 days of experience in Dubai. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment and caution against wasting your financial resources. This was undoubtedly the most disappointing experience I have encountered.

I had here absolutely great massage! I had chosen a medium one and it was the best choice. I spent there really relaxed time! With good quality oil and nice music!Thank you for this experience! Hope will come back soon.If you are near Kite beach, you should visit this salon.

Had visited for gelish manicure and pedicure. Diana did a fantastic job. She was very patient while my friend and I chose our colours. Zara (the owner) was very warm and welcoming in her approach, she too gave her experienced inputs for our chosen gelish colour. We got chrome nails done.Although we spent a lot of time there, the gelish job was well done.

It’s my first time visiting this salon . It’s new , nice and very clean. The receptionist is very lovely and friendly , the whole staff are nice . I got my eyelashes done less than two weeks ago. I decided to get them removed with another technician, who let me know that the person had not only stuck the eyelash extensions to the skin of my eyelid, but had also not let the glue dry properly (and had used too much), and so I had many individual extensions stuck to one natural lash. This professional took two hours to take them off, so that she wouldnt hurt mine.

It was good although the mani pedi took too long, i stayed there for 2.5 hours. Also the girl who was doing my nails was very nice but she cut too much of my cuticle that it started bleeding and then she said “oh i dont want to cut too much”.. but there isnt more skin left! Finally, they scrapped my foot dead skin with one that was already used before by another customer.. :/. Everyone was so nice but i wont be going there again

After going to numerous nail salons, I finally found the best! I won’t go anywhere else.Amena & Gretchen,are very skilled.My toes & feet look & feel amazing.The entire experience was great – not rushed, very relaxing, comfortable.

I feel bad for the unprofessional eyelash extension. It took 2.5 hours but the result looks bad. I just got home a few hours ago and my eyelashes started falling out and sparse. I do not recommend this place. The products used are hard and not good quality.

I got a fantastic gel mani/pedi from Amina and Sharmila today. I leave happy and satisfied whenever I visit Luminosa Salon, it is that go-to salon and I will visit again and again.

So irresponsible and unprofessional. I showed up to my 10:00 AM hair appointment and the only person there was a nail tech. She scrambled for about 30 min to reach the receptionist, who wasnt there, only to tell me the hairdresser cant come until noon. What a waste of my time.

So I went there and apparently salon gave their second floor for smaslifting procedures for another business owner , so booking experience was horrible because I booked for me and my sister back to back and then they didn’t book one of us then they had to book in another time to book 2 of us together, that’s fine I didn’t make any problem I went there, and when I booked I asked : cosmetologist from where and how many years experience they told me 8 years working experience Russian lady so I agreed to book , I drive 1hr 15 minutes went there and 2 unprofessional lady ( doesn’t know how to talk , no etiquette in words and manners , horrible body language ,) and telling me 8 months in Dubai only so I leftWhere is the Russian 8 years experienced cosmetologist?Doesn’t worth all the way going thereHorrible experience ! I planned all my day accordingly went there and disappointment !!!

The nail technicians were friendly and did a good job, but the pedicure area wasnt clean enough. The floor and towels were dirty.Improvement in cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience.

However, after undergoing the facelifting procedure, it became evident that these promises were nothing more than deceptive tactics.Not only did I fail to see any significant improvement in my appearance, but the entire process seemed rushed and lacked the attention to detail that one would expect from a reputable facelifting service. This salon was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The services were performed to my full satisfaction. I loved my hair and new eyebrow shape! I’m usually really fussy but and this salon fulfilled all my requests. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I went to do the HIFU , they charged me more than they told me first and since they don’t take card payments they made me do a transfer.The person you are talking with on social media is not even in there so anything they tell you in chat doesn’t count .They do fake publicity , like this one saying in 30 minutes you’ll see a difference and there’s no difference at all. They didn’t give me the information about the treatment until I was done and I didn’t notice any effect .Waste of money and time

My bridal hair and makeup was done so beautifully, I told them what I wanted and they did exactly that, Ms. Falak did my makeup, I would highly recommend her.And of course Ms. Sharmila who did my hair. They were both so great, and very sweet, I was not the best client as I was laughing and talking a lot when I wasnt supposed to. For example for the eyelashes. It could fall off or not stick properly if I keep moving my face. But she made it work.Even when I was drinking with my bridesmaids. They were so sweet and said its okay to finish drinking and that they would wait, and they were so patient with me.I absolutely loved these girls.

This company has opened and shut down multiple locations as the name INSAVVI throughout the city, made multiple instagram accounts and closed them. They do not answer their phone unless if it’s for new customers only. They used a fake Ultraformer machine for my chin and I caught them since the machine doesn’t look like the original, has a removable sticker logo as opposed to the logo being printed onto the machine itself, and zero results. I was supposed to get a refund and they claim the manager is away and we don’t know when she will come back if ever!

I had really high expectations when I came but was really disappointed with the services. Hair styling was done well, however the eye makeup done was bad and didn’t go with the hairstyle. Even though I informed at the same time that I didn’t like it, the lashes they put were way too big and didn’t go with my face they didn’t bother to acknowledge. Also if you confirm an appointment to a client make sure you are giving your full time and attention to 1 client at a time and not running to attend other client leaving makeup half a way. They were in so hurry that they didn’t have time to do eyebrow makeup and I had to eventually leave with great disappointment. Overcharged and the service is not good

I got my nail extensions done by mail technician Sarah and she was really professional and well behaved. She really did the great job and also we had another technician named luci for nails for my sister and she was also very sweet professional in her work . I will surely book them for eye lashes and other services .

Total disaster. I spent 500 dhs to do lip blush and my lips are hideous! I am so upset, I can barely go out. The color is a deep maroon even though I told the girl dozens of times NATURAL. She ensured me she know12s what shes doing and that itll be natural. The 1st week she insisted the color will change, now 4 months and its still maroon!!!! Noone should be allowed to play with permanent makeup like that. I gave them 4 months to rectify but they have not and now ignoring calls and msgs. If a venue cant take responsibility they should be shut down!

Bought a 60min deep facial that lasted... 30 min!!! When i asked why, the lady told me: it depends on the skin!! What a joke! The lady wasnt friendly, smell of toxic nail products in the salon.... stay far from it!

I reached out to Revenge beauty salon on Instagram, and requested for home service keratin treatment. Ms. Shunel was the hair dresser who attended my keratin treatment, she was very professional and highly skilled. I saw a very good result within few hours. I’m really very happy with the service and would highly recommend this salon. Thank you Shunel for the wonderful transformation.

With an abundance of nail salons in dubai sometimes you get lucky and come across one that ticks all the boxes. Safe to say I have found mine now. This place is a truly a hidden gem in Jumeirah. Let’s get to the nitty gritty.The staff were professional , my nude acrylic nails were done perfectly . The selection of available nail colors was extensive and they even carried some unique colors I hadn’t seen else where .One of my pet peeves when it comes to nail salons is that they smell like nail salons, this place smells like the lobby of the Shangri LA. And did I mention it’s all gold !!!

I visited the salon a few weeks ago for their offer on gel madi pedi, the staff who did my mani and pedi managed to cut my skin, there was no massage before or after the mani or pedi, the nailpolish on my hands chipped within 3/4 days and was not even applied correctly on my fingers, the edges were missing paint and overall it just looked very unprofessional. It took me almost 3 hourz to get the gelish mani pedi done, and i was offered only 10 colours to choose from. I reached out to the owner who said she will have my nailpaint redone i requested for availability on a date and time and its been 3 weeks since then. I havent heard back from anyone. Definitely wouldnt recommend the service at this sLon. Very disappointed. No value for money even with an offer.

This salon is amazing. I went there for a massage which was very deep and helpful for my back. Plus I got my hair done and my nails done. The girl who did my hair, Maham, was very kind and she did a great job. Same for the rest of the treatments. The salon is also very clean and very stylish. I met the owners which are also adorable. They have a large list of treatments. I highly recommend it. This spot will be my fav anytime I come to Dubai. 💖

I was searching online to look for the perfect place for my eyelashes as ive never done it before. I went to Revenge Beauty Salon and they made me instantly feel welcomed with a refreshing tea prepped by Rebecca. My stylist Sarah did my eyelashes just the way I like it. Natural and it looks amazing! I will surely come back here to check out other services.

I never been to this place and tried to book for the first time for root colour. The staff was very ignorant when I kindly asked for a reconfirmation by WhatsApp of the booking I made through a call as they never sent a confirmation. The next day they answered Name please? No Hello or sorry for the late reply. After I answered you are being ignorant they suggested that they are closed on Wednesday which is not what it says on their web page. Even when calling the staff had no sense of being kind but just rude. Will never be visiting this place.

One of the most happening Salons in Jumeirah 3 is Revenge Salon. I had a wonderful time there. They even deal in fat freezing services. Place Vibe and services all are really commendable. Staff is so nice & kind. I would highly recommend this salon for blowdry,nails any beauty & massage services. Kudos team Revenge keep it up.

Eyelash extensions done by Nour, In short time of 40 minutes she apply the lashes as usually I do them in other salons for 2 hours. Magic hands she has and know how to do her speciality. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, POOR QUALITY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked them through JUSTLIFE.1- the nail tech was LATE for her appointment 1 HOUR!2- manicure colors provided are literally OUTDATED and she got only 8. half of them are pink and ugly3- we ordered 2 techs only 1 came, my sister only did her nails I did not because i did not like the colors4- they wanted to charge for 2 and not one because it is what i ordered5- the owner/manager called instead of listening to me and apologizing for the POOR QUALITY and VERY BAD EXPERIENCE since the moment of BOOKING until the end, she handled it poorly and chose not to listen.6- after one hour of application, the manicure are damaged and still not dry.

Do not recommend for gelish nails, as it lasted just a week and nail colour came off as whole nails. It didn’t chip, literally broke off as though they were press ons in whole pieces on more than one nail in just a week. I complained and salon didn’t care as it had been a week. Everywhere else lasts multiple weeks and has to be removed to be redone as the gelish grows out. Here it just falls off the following week. It’s absolute rubbish quality so don’t waste your money.

Got my lashes done, and it started coming just the very next day even when I made sure to not touch with water, before I reached the second week everything’s gone. Got my hair done, wanted Balayage and it came out okay, but not exactly how I wanted. And the waxing is even worse, they don’t do a good job at all, I had to keep showing them the areas over and over to be waxed.The staff are good in their marketing tactics they promote a lot of product while doing your service. Not worth the price. Plus they over charge you and do things without informing you, once they are criticized, they play the blame game on you. Other salons around that area are pricey but at least they are honest about it. Don’t trust their promotions.Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Worst experience for KERATIN TREATMENT. I went there for keratin and they finish it within 1 hour( they told me 2.5 to 3 hours on booking)2 staffs hold my hair from each side and burnt my head (which is told as normal procedure for keratin on complaining the next day). The staffs were in hurry to finish off the work as they were having some other homeservices. I cant believe that they completed my medium length hair keratin with 1 hour. I was actually blind during that time thinking that this may be their way of procedure. I am not at all satisfied with their service. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst experience ever.... If you want to go to a place that is dirty ( hair on floor, dirty mirrors, arguing staff who talks in their own language about clients and having fights between themselves) then yes go ahead...I booked appointment for tape- in extension fix when i came to the salon person who was doing my hair said to her buddy that she doesnt know how to do tape-ins... ( i should have left right then) she removes extensions ruins them in process by making them all sticky and says that she cant apply them cause they are sticky they wasnt before i came there. Then they are fighting about prices saying they need to add more to what i was said on their whatsaap when i show conversation and set price they made faces and then just said that I can come tomorrow to reattach my extensions cause they need to clean them more....I wasted my time my extensions that were good now are ruined.Very upsetting, their instagram and their in real life location, masters are nothing alike ....

DISAPPOINTED… firstly they do not send any confirmation on the appointment and my bad I was half an hour late for the appointment n also took time to find parking. To add a rude receptionist who insisted I consume only one of my service n d manager who was politely unhelpful n talked only about how each hour is money n they lost money cause of me being late… I just left d place without taking any of their serivce

I did my lashes and next day i asked them if they can fixed because they put more in one eye that in the other and everyone could notice the difference. They told me that they were fully book. Very dissapointed with the service.

HORRIBLE! AVOID this place!The worst service and customer service I ever had in my life. Went there for eyelash extension,they had no idea about my booking,they asked me to reschedule.The lashes that are meant to last 3 weeks-1 month ,fell down after 3 days.I comunicated this to the salon to be told that is my fault not theirs .It took not even 40 min to put them when normally it should take double the time.Such a dissappointment!
