Was such a great experience, beside the design of salon was stunning and gave me vintage luxuries vibe specially that I could have a glass of champagne. the service I got from the hairdresser (Mr Omit) was incredible!Definitely will visit soon again and recommend it to others!

I had a pedicure done at Lunatic Fringe and totally loved the experience! The technician is very skilled and attentive, all the staff is so helpful and kind, really good service. They also offer wide selection of complimentary drinks for the customers. The interior is just amazing! Totally recommend.

The front desk was pretty rude. The salon was empty with staff basically having nothing to do. I booked a hair and facial appointment. The vibe is very relaxing, and the salon is absolutely stunning, but thats where it ends. When I was going for my massage, she asked me to completely undress, even though it was a facial. This already made me feel uncomfortable. The facial itself was good, but she had a timer on which kept ticking in the background and then rang when the time was up. This didnt allow me to fully relax at all. Then, the hair treatment was good; the hair massage was very nice. I just came in for a quick trim and hair dry. During the hair-drying process, the stylists brush got stuck in my hair, and he just pulled it out, breaking my hair. I definitely expected more from the best hair salon in Dubai.

I love going to get my nails done. The staff are very professional and friendly, always makes me feel relaxed. Natali and the receptionist already know what’s my favorite drink. I just love the entire team.

I visited Lunatic Fringe for the first time this week but it certainly won’t be my last! The reception team, and infact all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The salon is beautiful, and my hydrating treatment and blow dry was fab.Thanks again x

Just moved to Dubai and had the most amazing experience at the stunning and beautiful Lunatic Fringe, the team were so welcoming, friendly, incredibly professional and lovely to talk to.I was impressed by the Russian biab gel manicure and pedicure as the technicians were highly skilled and attentive to detail. I’ve come away feeling brand new and really enjoyed getting to know the team feeling looked after from start to finish. They were highly knowledgeable when asking about the processes for different treatments that I’m interested in. I showed the quality of my treatments to my husband and he has now booked himself in at the gentleman’s salon as he trusted my excellent experience.

Truly the best salon in Dubai. I come here to get my nails done by Liubov who is an absolute magician, best manicure in the world with the greatest technique for long lasting nails (& can do anything you fancy: chrome, french, ombré, nail art, you name it). Once you try their services, you’ll never want to go anywhere else! ♥️

Incredible experience! Umeth did highlights, toner, cut and blow dry and genuinely the best I’ve ever had. He is very talented and a lovely guy! The salon is beautifully decorated, clean and all of the girls are super friendly. I felt relaxed the whole time.

Absolutely stunning salon, lovely relaxing treatment and colour exactly what I asked for. I was allowed to use the gorgeous VIP room to do my make up afterwards as I was going straight out. Thank you so much to my stylist Uzmith and the lovely salon director too 🙂

I booked the appointment as it was done via Fresha App. I have proof.What can a customer say once the manicure is completed ?The feedback is about the attitude and misinformation not about the quality of your work !The salon is beautiful and the receptionist is good. I took the combo offer and got gel manicure and regular pedicure. The quality of pedicure was faboulous. The nail paint didn’t fade or chip off despite going to the sea, daily.They had two technicians. I asked one of them to add chrome effect. She declined saying it would take long and had another appointment. It was a lie because earlier i was told by the staff that i was the last customer and they close by 7:00. My treatment didn’t go beyond 6:15. Also, the salon was empty. The work in hourly slots.The workmanship is fine and the paint lasted long.However I wouldn’t recommend this place for nails. The manicurists had no enthusiasm to do the work. There are better places where technicians provide an array of colors and give good suggestions. They seem happy too.Unless you get an offer you should try other places.EDIT: The salon is completely BSing about the arrival time. I had a cut and blow dry from Umerth, it was the best haircut, I have long hair and Umerth made sure I was ok all the way through and advised me what would be best. The place overall is gorgeous and the staff are amazingly sweet including Natalie, Faith and Kavee, they all made me feel soo welcome! Ill have to fly to Dubai every time I want a cut now

Ive had a few treatments at this salon! An amazingggg cut & blow-dry, probably the best hair cut Ive ever had. And russian gel mani + pedi - both lasted for 5+ weeks without a single chip. Amazing! The best salon in Dubai for sure xx

Everyone at Lunatic fringe made me feel very welcome. It’s a beautiful salon in the hotel I was staying in. I explained to Umeth my stylist how I wanted my hair. He started doing my hair and I explained that perhaps he could use straightening irons as my hair does normally go flat. He suggested not to as it would come better with a small brush. I was so shocked and surprised when he finished my hair. Umeth was right! My hair was amazing! I would actually say it is the best blow dry I have ever had!

I trusted him completely as he listed to my wishes carefully, as well as advised me in order to achieve what I wanted. He carefully curated my layers and bangs and I am so happy with the result. What a lovely salon! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, hairstylists are talented and experienced. Emin did a wonderful job with my hair, he walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I will definitely book again!

I had a good experience here. I have very curly hair and also a lot of damage because of coloring. Went out with a very good blowout and a few new products what will help my hair with the damage.I could tell the hair stylist was very experienced in his job. He explained everything very nicely and made sure I was happy before I left his chair.Overall very good experience and if you go, ask for Amin. I highly recommend him doing your hair!

Great looking hairdressers, but definitely style over substance. Blow dry didn’t even last 3 hours. Went straight to dinner and it was a frizzy mess by the end. Such a shame. Also they over charged me which isn’t ideal. They gave me a price and asked for a deposit, and then when it came to paying the final bill they increased the price by 10-%. All I got was a 3 hour blow dry and clean hair. Hence the 3 stars. I would prefer to give 2.5 stars.

One of the prettiest salons I have ever seen, the flower entrance aesthetically Instagram worthy! I have had the pleasure of doing all my services at lunatic fringe. The beverage services upon greeting me was so lush! Emin and Natali really provide exceptional consults before a cut ,color and a blowdry! Both fatimah & Luiba have shown how I can keep my nails healthy and strong with Russian biab manicures! Nikki is such a delight for lashes,brows, waxing & and make up! Edna for the most detailed caring waxing and classic pedicures. Politely ushered to your service to a pleasant goodbye, their entire team provides top notch Customer service too! Lunatic fringe! The place to beat! Absolutely love this place and can effortlessly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Just had the most beautiful, glossy yet volume blow dry here. The team were so welcoming with Natalie making me an iced latte and Umith delivering exactly what I wanted and making it so relaxing.

I had a wonderful experience for a cut and blow dry at Lunatic Fringe and would not hesitate to recommend it. Lunatic Fringe feels high-end and is a beautiful environment for a bit of self care but it is not stuffy or awkward. Liza is clearly passionate, very personable and professional with great attention to detail. I left with a gorgeous bouncy blow dry and a spring in my step!
