Lushways Salon - IMPZ

Hair section in this salon is the best in this area, I tried both Majdolin and Fadia and they are both very fast and the result is amazing hair every time, nail section is good but not as good as the hair section, their best nail technician is Nancy, the rest are average.

I don’t like to be negative and to influence with bad reviews the business of salon , but I am disappointed in Manicure and pedicure service. I have given so far 3 opportunities for correcting mistake but it finished 2/3 times with worn of gelish after 1-2 days!I can do my nails at home with lamp and it will give me same results, instead I come to you, trusting you have experience and needed skills to make my nails last and look neat and tidy. I will not return unfortunately

Fadia did an amazing job, colour, cut and blow drying. She’s very talented. Staff were all very kind and friendly. Will definitely be my go to salon in Dubai.

On Friday of the 3rd of January 2025 (which was not the first time Ive visited this salon), I was served by Angel (Angelica) for manicure and Ate Jharana for pedicure, and they are both amazing personalities, in their work and in communication and generally how to make a client want to come back to the salon over and over again. Today I had my nails done with Marwa .. I have never loved my nails that much! She is talented ♥️♥️I love Fadia, I am her regular customer and she always makes my hair look great.. She actually did for me lovely highlights which transformed my look. What is really fascinating is that my hair isnt damaged or falling down like what happens whenever you bleach the hair! She is simply amazing and highly recommended.

Very good service, particularly for eyebrow threading. Jaharna is the first technician in Dubai who truly understood how I wanted my eyebrows shaped.All staff are very friendly and welcoming.Recommended.

I went there for a haircut after reading such good reviews for majdulinBut I am sorry to say she doesnt really know how to cut hair.She gave me choppy layers . They are not equal, one side is little longer than the other . The shortest layer was cut so short that it sits like a skull cap on my head. When I started checking the hair after the hair cut the receptionist lady came in and kept arguing with me that this is what layers are supposed to look like.. she didnt really listen to me . Anyway my hair was destroyed, arguing wouldnt bring it back. So I just left.I have no choice but to keep my hair tied up till they grow back enough for me to get a proper cut .Never going back to this salon ever again.

I stopped by the salon last minute hoping for an appointment on NYE and the lovely ladies managed to fit me in! Majdolin was amazing, and she did my hair perfectly. Very happy :)

My hair salon was full. So I passed by and was super thankful that they were open 10 minutes before 10 am. At 10:30 i was ready. Thanks to Jessica and Majdulin.. Beautiful hair.

Don’t wanted to do this, but this is the second time we have faced the same issue.Firstly while booking an appointment the lady checked the age of the child and quoted me Aed 60 for haircut. After completing the job they asked for 100 saying that your daughter is not a child. What will you call a 9 years old ? And why did the lady on call told Aed 60 for haircut.My wife was there with my daughter and she asked this lady to reduce the hair make it short, but she kept forcing my wife to keep it as she wants and it looks nice. Totally upset with the way they behaved. It looks like they just want to wrap up the job they have and it’s just for money.We will never use their service.

Yesterday I cut my hair with magdoulin. It was a very last minute haircut and I did not know what haircut I wanted, I just relied on what she thought would look best on me. She perfected the job and the service was amazing and everyone there is so nice and respectful. Highly recommend this salon.

I always go here for a quick cut and file, mani pedi and eyebrows. They are very friendly and quick to accommodate when you need services quickly.

If I can give a negative review, I will do so. They made my daughter cry!!! She have a big party coming up and they ruined her hair!!! We have showed Fadia the haircut that she likes but shes not even close to the style that we asked! And what makes it worst is Fadia and Emam have been repeatedly telling thats its fine and it looks good but it doesnt at all!!!

I normally get quite nervous when I get a hair cut (had a few bad experiences where the hair dresser cut my hair too short) but that was not the case!! Frida was absolutely amazing! I had a horrible experience at Lushways. I gave clear instructions at the reception for what I wanted to be done with my eye brows. Unfortunately, the lady did a horrible job and almost shaved off all of my eye brows. Firstly, she barely understood English and there was no one who understood English present at the salon. I regret visiting this salon big time. I am reduced to tears.

I went last night to your salon and thats the first time to try it. However I had a bad experience to your hair dresser and to your receptionist. They did not follow what cut I want to my hair and your hair dresser just cut my hair in a straight without a style. Imagine that I paid for 105AED but Im not satisfied to my hair cut. and its so hard to communicate to your hair dresser which she doesnt understand english.

I had the best hair color of my life!! Fadia and her colleagues are so nice and professional, i love this hair salon, i can only recommend it!

I have mixed reviews:Their blow dry was nice. But they charged me more at the end and I wasn’t informed beforehand.And the receptionist kept pushing me to pay while I was still doing my nails. And at the end my hand Gelish nails were extremely thin and the technician buffed my nails to the point that they burned and got paper thin!EDIT:I called them and explained the horrible experience and they asked me to come back. I redid my Gelish nails and the service was amazing because of the Asian technicians Jessica and the other 2 girls thank you for taking care of me after my first experience. But unfortunately my nails are already brittle because of that arab nail technician. Hopefully they will regain their strength and grow. Don’t let the receptionist take your payment before you’re done though because that’s what happened with me in my first experience and was very rude.

Liked the hair service but they quoted a higher price AFTER the service saying that My hair is longer (my hair is shoulder length). I would prefer knowing this before the service began. Stating one price before the service and suddenly increasing it for no reason ruined my experience

This is the most unprofessional and dirty salon I have ever see in Dubai and not in Dubai .As soon you enter the salon you see hair all around the floor . On the mirror table dirty cosmetics where the staff ( specially Maneger of the salon ) doing self make up during the clients in the salon . Mirrors are dirty , all the manicure and pedicure chairs full of nail dust , stains and nail polish. All the working instruments are not sanitary clean . The walls full of brown stains .The biggest unprofessional Maneger . She takes the price from her had and saying the clients .Example. Full Gallish manicure in price list is 300I did only 3 nail gel with out manicure and she changed me 40 Aed per nail ?What is this ?Also the person is very rude and don’t understand what she’s doing .Only 1 person there I can say good . It’s the manicure girl from Lebanon.She did her job in good quality and professionally!
