Very bad customers service services, I visited 2 times , first time service was good second it’s was very wrost, their promotion “10service for 100aed” its worst , they will not do anything. Staff have too much attitude ,,in Al Rigga this is the wrost parlour

Visited the saloon yesterday with a friend. It’s the worst ive ever experienced in Dubai. They dont know how to treat customers, we left with nothing done after waiting 4 hrs.Poor hygiene also and the male hairdresser almost burned my hair.Literally waste of my time and completely ruined my mood.Awful
