I have been going to this salon for over 6 years now, and I always pay 120dhs for my blowdry. This time, they wanted to make me pay 170dhs for a straight blowdry and my hair is medium length. They ended up making me pay 160dhs. Ridiculous price. The new cashier should be educated on prices instead of ripping off loyal customers. Safe to say I’m not visiting M&A again.

It was so bad it took so long but there was workers in the salon and they didnt want to work i dont the woman not to put spray and she still did she wouldn’t listen to me my hair feels like gum

The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot, the prices are different from the app they are much higher, the service is very bad, I did a hair root color and she colored my forehead without cleaning and other than that the hospitality is not free!!

Got my Eid hair done here. Been coming here since I was 10 or around that age. Stopped coming here for a while, came to do my Eid hair since they were available. My visit after all these years only reassured me that I made the right decision not coming anymore. My hair is slightly wavy and has a tendency to tangle easily. I brushed it before coming but it was still a bit tangled. There was extremely rough handling of my hair, the treatment was on for a minute without even letting sit or putting steam because they mismanaged their time and kept rushing to blow dry my hair. It hurt veryyy badly, when I asked for heat protectant she said “we don’t have any” I’m sorry ??? amateur hour. She asked me to hold my hair from the root so she can use my own comb I got from home to brush my own hair. Might as well pay me a salary at that point to be honest. Wouldn’t come back unless it’s an emergency. Tolerating the tugging and pulling of my scalp only because it’s Eid tomorrow. Additionally, I would like to add that I’ve been to manyyy salons in Dubai , Abu Dhabi and I’ve dealt with stylists whose hands are magic and I don’t feel anything while they’re detangling. So it is possible, it just takes a portly skilled “stylist, if you can even call them that, to give that much pain. Had to share my honest thoughts to save so one the time from coming hereP.s. also extremely unprofessional and make beginner mistakes with hair. 3/10They made me pay 250 (without treatment, without straightening because in that whole salon no one could give me one straightener- the unprofessionalism I was speaking of-), I sincerely said I’m not convinced by paying 250 for purely a blow dry. The worker kept saying oh it’s because her hair is long (it’s to my back), first of all, who asked you to give your unnecessary input??? Are you the one paying?? Stay out of it. I’m a very passive person and I hate conflict and I know they’re just doing their job I made it clear that many people would have escalated this matter further. I spoke to them kindly more than once and still got nowhere with them. I left paying 241 with tax which is already only a 9 dirham deduction from the total. I feel lied to and deceived . I’m furious.

Worst nail polish application, takes ages to dry and apply, application is poor and the attitude when you ask to reapply is insane. Not my first time and definitely my last. And the attitude I received when I asked for an expert, since I was in hurry, was unacceptable.

Worst salon in Dubai.I called to book an appointment with one of the staff there and the management did not properly book me with her. They put me with someone else instead with unprofessional skills. Above all, they made me wait for 20 minutes before they started doing my hair which took more than one hour eventhough I only asked for simple waves. Very very bad service and very messy. I do not recommend this salon at all and this will definitely be my last time going there.

I am an old and regular customer of the salon. For years, I have been going to the salon and the clinic for laser, soft light and facial, and I have used almost all the services they provide and they were good, but unfortunately in the recent period the appointment department has become a tragedy. To take any appointment, they call you 10 times only to confirm the appointment. They give you an appointment and then a little while later. They keep calling you and saying that we will change the date and they will give you a second day, and sometimes they say that we will call you or not. They call for two weeks, and no one calls to give me a second appointment. I ask the salon management to look into the matter.
