Came here twice with my boys.. first time he made me wait for more than 30 mins and still my turn didnt come. Next time came here around 11:30 in the morning however there was no shop representative. The door was open but no one in the shop.. upon checking with the other saloon staff they told me that hair dresser would come around 1..super disappointed.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Macaron Kids Beauty Salon. I brought my 3-year-old son for a haircut with the same barber we used previously, Dhanush. During the first part of the session, my son sat calmly, and I was nearby, ready to help if needed, yet there was no request from the barber for any assistance.When the haircut was nearly finished, I politely asked that he correct certain areas to improve the overall look. To my shock, this simple request was met with extreme rudeness. The barbers tone became dismissive, not only towards me but also to my wife, who was also present. He even went so far as to blame us for not helping him with our own child – a child who was calm and cooperative throughout the session.If this salon cannot handle children with professionalism and patience, they should reconsider their staff and training. When I questioned him about his inappropriate behavior, he escalated further, raising his voice, pointing fingers, and ultimately storming out of the salon, leaving us mid-service.In the end, we had to call the owner from their adjacent ladies salon and wait for another hairdresser to come and finish my son’s haircut. This chaotic scene, witnessed by my 3-year-old, left us all upset and horrified.This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any kids’ salon. I cannot recommend this place to any parent seeking a positive, child-friendly environment. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing.

I want to share a very bad experience with staff who were not interested in working. On the 6th, I went to Nesto Nad Al Hamer Macaron around 8:30 pm. There was no staff present, but the shop was open. We contacted the mobile number displayed in front of the shop.Half an hour later, another lady showed up and informed us about they have an appointment at 10 pm. When we inquired about booking an appointment, she responded rudely and stated that the shop would close at 10 pm. Subsequently, she left the shop. When we attempted to book an appointment next day by calling the number, they recognized my number and disconnected the call. Their attitude was very rude.I wish to bring this incident to the attention of management to review the surveillance footage and take necessary action. Date: 06/01/2025 Time: 8:30 pm to 9:20 pm.

I recently took my two daughters to Rowaina for haircuts, and I couldnt be happier with the results! Rowaina was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure my girls felt comfortable throughout the process. She listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered beautiful cuts that perfectly suited each of their personalities. The entire experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Rowaina for anyone looking for a skilled and caring stylist!❤️👏🏻

Had fabulous experience in getting my son’s haircut done. Had to wait a little , but the outcome was worth the wait. Stylist Darshana was understanding and adept on his task. I must mention the ambience, very attractive setup and friendly staff.Suggestion # Must Visit.

Staff are always not around. If we them they will come after 30 minutes and they will tell you they have booking.

Got my Toddlers Hair Cut last week, very nicely done. Clean & Neat place and my baby was happy. Full marks for their patience with the kids

This place is awesome. Our 2 year old daughter had her first haircut there and she was a bit scared. they are really patient and know exactly how to gently handle the kids.The haircut is also pretty nice, which is not easy since she moved her head all the time.

I went to find for a hair salon for kids so i decided to try out this place since it was at nesto nadd al hammar which was great and to say the least i was not disappointed, The people at the salon was very helpful and gave a good styling/haircut to my son, Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would come again with no hesitation. 10/10 to this place
