Great service! Kudos to Ravi who did my hair keratin and cut it the way i want it to be, his customer service skills is excellent. The manager or maybe the owner was also accommodating and made sure i am satisfied with the result. Service, cleanliness and ambience of the salon is 10/10 👍🏻

Place looks well done. Mix experiences at this place. Opted for the bundle services package. Pedicure and waxing was good. Bikini wax was very good. Other services were average. The Managress of the place seems to be not in the customer service field and had an inflexible attitude and tone. May be she was the boss! However, will think twice before going there again. There are more welcoming salons at Intl City!

I chose this salon because it advertised itself as unisex, and my hairstyle is very long and outside the norm for men, so I hoped they could manage.My honest opinion is that its fine, if you know what you want and you can handhold the stylist while they work on your hair. But its clear they have no creative taste or experience giving wow haircuts, so many of their choices were mid, and I had to correct them a lot despite providing a very clear reference for the hairstyle I had before.The guy also tried to straighten my hair with an iron, while I have very curly hair (so its obvious I dont want this) and wouldnt stop until I asked several times. My hair was wet during this, so he caused damage.Total price for a very ok haircut and hair wash was 157AED. Not good.My advice: steer clear.

This salon has some great professionals like Ghaith, Sahil. They are amazing and highly experienced. I am a regular customer to this salon, last week unfortunately i broke the foot rest by mistake and i was asked to pay 80 aed for that. Although it was my fault but didnt expect this result in me paying 80 aed for extenal already weak foot rest. So if you are here make sure you are not touching any objects or else you might end paying like me. Rest assured professionals are amazing.Thanks

Pathetic manager called Vishal who doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, he was trying to over charge me for mani pedicure where in on their salon door the charges were clearly mentioned aed 109 and he was trying to charge aed 130 when I asked him to explain he was extremely rude and did not have answer, I asked for a invoice since he was wanting to charge me tax he didn’t want to give me the invoice. Extremely unprofessional behavior and would never recommend anyone to come here and would never visit this place again in future

I got acrylic nails done by Rabiya , it was so good. She is so humble and did my nails according to my requirement. Extremely professional. Highly recommended ☺️The price is really reasonable too.

I got my hair cut and beard shape with Raju and Anil . They did an excellent job , I really liked their pedicure and manicure, it was out of the world experience. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌😘😘

First time visiting MAGBOB at warsan 4 branch, and I must say, Im really happy and impressed with the team efforts! I got exactly the haircut I wanted and trust me it wasnt something simple (inverted bob with undershave) Big shout out to the staff team and management for putting in everything and making me feel like a princess Once I walked out with a huge smile on my face! Its a unisex salon, and trust me, I wasnt slights bit uncomfortable with both male and female staff :) regardless, they do have separate space for male and female salon but can request haircut from male staff aswell. Thank you so much everyone for making my day totally worth it!!! Im definitely coming back and I think ill only visit you guys for my future experimental and regular hair cuts❤️

No co ordination between the manager and other people. Asking to wait for hour and telling to come back tomorrow. I had msgd before leaving the house, they told me to come and now only one assistant is working and she already has a client. Poor management
