I came here for the first time. I really like the customer service of lady Lucy. That beautiful woman made my day. She is very professional with her work and amazing. Here is the gel nails ♥️❤️ much appreciated your hard work

All the staff is very nice, including customer service, always smile on their faces with nice tone. They make sure that the customer is feeling comfortable. I did my acrylic nails, Diana was very nice, and she did with neatness. Even my lash extensions are not looking fake. Staff is really lovely and nice. The lady literally put nail colour for the 4th time because of my slippers, it getting bad again n again, but without showing attitude she did 4 times. Will definitely come again.One suggestion for the Massage, it should be more nice and relaxing. Everything was perfect

I recently visited Magic Salon and it was a very good experience. They guided me with all the services that will suit my skin type for facials. Also, shared some great packages. Lucy who did my facial, mani and pedi is excellent and professional in her work. Definitely coming back to this salon again.

For the amount charged by them the quality of service is quite poor and unsatisfactory. The service I asked for wasn’t complicated so my result wasn’t as bad but it surely was unsatisfactory and you could receive better service. Ideally frizzy hair must be cut wet, they cut mine dry in a maximum of 12 mins. They hadn’t even styled it properly as they should with dry and frizzy side of the hair. Extremely overpriced for the quality of result and service. I recommend threading and minor services done by them only.

I have experience magic hands to miss ATE MAYshes ,very good hands to make changes my stress hair omg before my hair like dry and agly hair.. now shes make good colour and relaxing my hair.. thank you so, much to all the staff very nice saloon and very good staff appreciate all everything.. thank you guys Im very happy Allah bless the saloon godbless all happy new year💖

I have been coming to this parlor for 5 years to do my eyebrows, for the first time I wanted to do underarm wax and one of the ladies burnt my underarms. They took no responsibility, because of the wax I got dark and burnt underarms now. Please be aware when you are getting waxed at this parlor and please be careful. I will never recommend this parlor after how they handled this situation.

I did morraccan bath facial and relish pedicure.The service was too good .Lucy, Mey, Lani who did services were too good and I would highly recommend them.Love to visit again.

The service is bad not recommended at all they will have offer, they charge different in salon. They use cheap and old product.

Bad service they don’t know even how to put properly nail polish

Highly over priced..the service is fine but price is too high and they charge taxes..so the price is raised again in indirect way..it is just that the prices do not make sense to what is offered.

Imagine you will go to salon for offer and when you enter the salon they will charge you different different price basically they do scam cheap salon

Very bad service. For eyebrows and upperlips they charged 60 aed. When I was giving them instructions just to remove extras from the eyebrows she went ahead and made thin also kept it unequal. Attitude towards customers is very bad. Not recommending this to anyone

Good service. I did my lashes and they last, the money that that I spent for my lashes its worth it. If u are planning to do lashes extension I highly recommend joys to do for you

I went to get eyelashes and a pedicure without gel just normal polish. The therapist did very ugly gel on my toes in a rush and did a very quick scrub, She then said that my feet do not need it because I was there recently of which I’ve never been there before to do pedicure…. I told the lash therapist I want individuals and she did cheap clusters. Very disappointed!

Such a pathetic saloon..I booked my moroccon bath and surprisingly therapist started putting soap on herself, washing her own hairs and on complain she starting shouting on me.Very low quality products and services.

I came to the salon and did my hair treatment, highlights and mani pedi. The staff are very nice, professional and accomodating. Satusfied with the services. Will surely come again

I spent 600aed! to dye my hair and it looks like I did myself,not a work of the professional! I was advised to visit this salon and spent money on taxi, when I could have gone to any salons nearby, but I wanted better quality, it turned out so bad. My hair color looks very cheap, and when I left this feedback nothing really was done. I also did gelish manicure,and it hasnt been two days, it started falling off. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, WASTE OF MONEY!

I experienced to do my hair keratin in Magic touch ,it was amazing because of all the salon i went before ,just now i found my hair totally straight soft and shinny which i never had before from my previous salon..Thanks so much for the professional staff.I highly appreciate your good deeds ..Keep up a good work guys..God bless your Salon more and more.....

Highly unprofessional staff, I entered the salon for the first time. The receptionist saw me from inside but did not have the courtesy to come and speak to me for 2 mins. She pretended to be busy . After waiting for 5 mins I had to step inside nd call for a staff member.If thats how the staff treats the customers then definitely this was my first nd last visit
