Maison de Coiffure

I’m writing to express my concern about an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members.A bit of backstory, my first appointment was made on Fresha, even so, it was full of confusion and delays. Besides refill for manicure, I’ve book gelish for pedicure, but they charged me extra 75 AED which was for gel pedicure ( I have all proof on WhatsApp). They couldn’t refund me directly on my bank account, so I had to come a second time to get my money back. Fine, “mistakes” happens to anyone.Today, the second appointment it supposed to be only gel manicure refill with French tip style. I’ve got a bit concerned when she had to remove 3 nails paint because she was doing all wrong and clumsy. When the left hand was done, I’ve noticed how bad, uneven, white thick line it was. That was not a French manicure, even if I showed her the same picture three times. I’ve asked her to remove them because the white line is way too thick. She was visibly furious and she asked me aggressively “why you didn’t told me before?!” Dear, you supposed to know your job, not me to micromanage you at every step ( I’ve told her already that the length is not right ), then she removed the white line and she left me with the base for French. No apologies for being rude and not doing job properly or even bother to change the freaking base which is not even done properly or clean ( look at the pictures ). Afterwards, the whole session was aggressively done and she was complaining about me towards her colleagues which I even pointed it out.Her behavior was extremely unprofessional. This is not a charity work, I pay for the service and I expect it to be as requested, so why she feels so entitled?! I hope you can address this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure better experiences for your customers in the future. Definitely I would not be one of your customers again, even if I live in Damac Hills, I prefer to drive and be stuck in traffic for a better service and well mannered staff. Very disappointing service and situation 👎

Very convenient location , they always have an availability and will make adjustments to accommodate you , if they can ,even if you just walk in. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hair dressers, though there may be some language barriers ,are very professional and I just trust them with my hair. Every time, the result of hair colouring and cutting is what I was looking for!

I had the most phenomfnal experience with Maison team , being tourist in Dubai its quite a scary thing looking for a new salon , i did my Nails with Adel and Ever, they are best ,Jawad did my hair he is such a amazing hairdresser. All staff were really friendly and helpful, espacially Tugce she have very positive vibe. Manager is very professional she maintain nice atmosphere n hired good team ..highly recomded 🫶🫶

I am in love with the services, and the team is so Friendly and welcoming. The Nail tech was called Kamna and Adel I guess they are so patient with me since I have sensitive skin andthey file very well n clean my cuticles and apply the different colors, I really appreciate their manager who maintain professional atmosphere with good team.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for two years now. Melody and Ever are always my go-to nail technicians. They do an amazing job with both manicures and pedicures, always clean and precise. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. If youre looking for top-notch nail services with a smile, this is the place to go!

Eyebrow threading & haircut was great!! Loved both! Blowout was extremely disappointing as didn’t even last one hour because the right products for my fine hair were not used. They offered to fix it but I had to leave for my event. Wasn’t offered a refund.

Second time I have been to the salon for shellac removal and reapplication as I was so pleased with the first visit! Adel has done an amazing job again, beautiful finish. When I took my elderly Mum in for a file and polish she really looked after her, getting cushions for her chair and helping her choose a lovely colour as Mum is partially sighted. It’s my first time visiting the salon and all I can say is that the service is amazing. The reception accommodates you well and not to mention, the technicians(Adel & Keynes),they are truly skilled and knows what is need to be done. The place is huge, clean and very relaxing. The staffs are wonderful, overall I had a great time with @maisondecoiffure .

I visited Maison de Coiffure because it was listed between top 10 salons in Dubai. And I really got what I wanted. I liked service starting from welcoming customer, coffee, tea, friendly staff. And the most important Kamna was there for me. Real professional who listens and hears, advices and simply does her best. And the result was really very good. I would advise this salon for anyone who would ask and definitely I will visit it next time.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon since it opened. The staff are amazing, and the place is always clean and welcoming. However, the reception has been a consistent source of frustration. They are unhelpful in finding appointment slots, have poor communication skills, and fail to keep notes about my preferred staff or any other preferences.Today was the tipping point. After yet another frustrating interaction with the receptionist. This level of service is unacceptable.

Discovered this salon by coincidence and it was a really great experience, had my nails done with Kamna and Lyn, pretty good they made the experience just pleasant and more relaxing than I expected. Will definitely come back to try the other services they had.

I love coming to have my hair freshened up at this salon. There is no better hairdresser working there than Dursun Erdoğan. He has a special talent for knowing exactly what the needs of his clients are. I can attest to this fact as I have never left this salon disappointed.

Had a full set of acrylic nails done here on Tuesday 7th May and by Saturday one had already lifted (4 days) I got an appointment to redo it on the Sunday and was toldI would be charged for it. I of course refused as I have been having nail extensions for years at Tip and Toes and this has never happened. The manager was not friendly and reluctantly agreed to fix it. Then again on Tuesday the nail that was repaired was chipped and two others lifted, this is now only 7 days later! When I sent a video of what was going on they again said yes come in, we will fix it but you have to pay! After telling them again I have been here for many years and my nails usually last 3-4 weeks with any other companies, they still tell me to in come in, get them fixed but you will be charged! Needless to say I am not wasting my time ever again going back here for nails. Obviously Inferior products and unqualified technicians with a manager who is as personable as a wet rag and changed her mind to say I didn’t have to pay after I told themI would be changing my review to one star. Tips and Toes I’m all yours again! Sometimes closer is not better!!

It was once of the experience I had with Maison de Coiffure that is for the record that every staff are all accomodating and light to be with. I had some facial and body works done assisted by Carissa, it is the best facial that I ever had, my skin has become more soft and glowy with the touch of tenderness and delicate. The place itself has that atmospheric ambiance that brings comfort and familiarity. I will surely comeback and avail other services! I love this salon!!! All of the salon specialists are very nice and kind. I usually see Melody for all of my waxing needs. Melody is very kind and always has good conversation when I have an appointment. Today was my first time getting my legs waxed and Melody made me feel very comfortable. I’m particular about my skin as I do have some skin abnormalities. Melody is very attentive to this and I appreciate it. Ever is also very understanding with my nails. Save your time and nerves!!Dont go to this salon!!!!Worst experience. 1 hairdresser served 3 clients at the same time.I waited 25 minutes for my haircut while he applied color to the 2nd client.When finally he started cutting my hair, quited halfway through and went to style the third client.He simply smiled at my comments.Why sign up 3 clients for 1 time????Bad hairdresser, bad management!!!They didnt even apologize!

The receptionist have attitude with very poor communication, very bad service i had many conflicts with them, i checked online booking was available after i contacted the receptionist they told me no availability. Mo respect to their clients. Zero service

It was a good experience until I got nails fungus infection after a pedicure session!!! I raised a complaint to the management yet they didn’t bother to contact me back. On an important note, the medication that treats this type of fungus is crucial to the kidney function and can cause serious issues. Not to mention how expensive it is.

Very good Salon, excellent service with very skilled hair dressers that do what you want. Also a very nice atmosphere with very friendly people. Dursun and Anas are both very good hairdressers.

The salon looks very cute and clean.Haircut was amazing and professional!Unfortunately I can not recommend the nail service and the costumer service at this salon. The gel starts falling off after two days and they tell you to come and fix it only when the holiday is finished, because they are to busy, which left me with broken nails. After I went to another salon to fix it, they were questioning the quality!!The staff is friendly but they are fighting about their Equipment with each other, every single time, which makes you feel uncomfortable sitting there as a costumer. I would come back for hair services but never for a manicure.

All Staff here are super helpful, Rayan 你lyn(receptionist )is so efficient to assist in finding more than ten nice colors for me even I was running late. Benny ,the nail technician , she is sooooooo kind to everyone and pays attention to details, she even mix the colors for my best choice. I really like it!

Not recommending Zero Customer Respect. I was regular customer goes every week for blowdry. Until there service went so down. I take appointment be committed to it and then i have to wait 15 mins when i reach on time for them to start working with me. They have zero respect to customers as receptionist wanted me to stay standing waiting for some other girl finish blowdry while i was there on my time. Bad for them to be this way as they have good hairdressers

Ladies please do not visit this salon if you want nice nails as their overlay/acrylic lasts for literally 5 days, and upon confronting them they said SORRY ONLY 3 DAYS WARRANTY ON NAILS. You either changed your price or better get out of business. Also as response of complain got GOOD LUCK MADAM 😂🤣🤣🤣 , this should tell you everything.

Tried to call on a Sunday at 9 AM for same day appointment for a hair brushing. No one answered. Given that I live in the building, I went down to the shop at 11:07 AM while the shop was empty, and the hairdressers were having a break outside. The receptionist told me that they can not serve me as there was a reservation at 11 AM and they expect the client should be on the way. I left a bit frustrated. Then I got a call from the same receptionist two hours later asking me if I had called this line in the morning and if I would like to book with them.In summary, very poor customer service.

The nail technicians here are amazing, I visited and I had a great time. They have a lot of nail colors so you are not limited in any way. The staff members here are very polite and professional. We will keep coming back to you . Thank you Maison De Coiffure ❤️❤️❤️

I went today with my friend to do Mani Padi and the experience was AWFUL! The girls were too slow and my friend wanted to do a blow dry but she had to cancel because it was too slow. Then when we came to the payment she asked that the price of the wash to be waved since the girls were too slow and she didnt manage to get the service done. The reply of the cashier was SORRY its in the system already! They are already Waaaaay Over priced and not offering a remotely decent service! The least she could have done is offer a discount! When we said we will never comeback she was like sorry but you still have to pay!

Worst customer experience! They made me wait for 1 hour and when I first came to the salon nobody assisted me or welcomed me so I had no idea where I was walking to. Nails were fine, done by artist Kamna. But the customer experience is 0.

Bad experience, the massage room was dirty the floor was full of hairs, nails and dust. the girl on the reception desk didn’t give any attention to my comments. but the therapist was good.

All professional staff and they are using nice products for nails. management is doing things right way I love the salon decoration, great experience.highly recommended

Definitely not a luxury service!I went to the salon for the first time to do manicure and pedicure and they were not good at all my feet were not scrubbed enough they barely touched them, then I gave them second chance with hair color with Hiba and this experience was definitely worse! So thank you Masion salon :)

Although I was your customer for quite sometime now and had some good experience but it seems likeyour customer service recovery is not one of your priorities.I literally thought you would care more about your customer satisfaction level but seems that it doesn’t matter to you if you lose customers or retain them.I called multiple times asking to speak to the manager but was either faced with a promise to call back or was told I am the management how can I help you, which is not true .

Nail extensions :Definitely the worst salon experience ever. Asked for ombré extensions. 4.5 hours at the salon and job was not done yet. Did not know her work, not even an apology from the manager. Decided to relax and get my nails done instead of having to do them myself for once which ended up being a waste of a whole afternoon and cancelling on existing plans left without them being done because it couldn’t even be filed properly and I couldn’t bare sitting down one more minute seeing a job poorly done. Once home one of them came off and the others bending. The second photo shows my quick ombré doing at home and not at the salon. Ended up cutting them all off as they were bending . Thank you for your unprofessional service and the time wasted !

Not clean and professional, I did hair color there but for the first time my ears were full of color material- even the lady who washed my hair couldnt get the color out of my ears, I told them but they didnt manage to get that much color out of my ears so I did the washing myself as I was so concerned about insmy ears being full of chemicals..

One of the worse hair cut I had in a while. Hairdresser didn’t listen to me and I end up with lost volume and flat head look. Now I need to wait few weeks and pay another $$$ to get that fixed. Hate it when hairdresser things they know better than you. So disappointed.
