Super rude, extremely unprofessional and demotivated staff .I went for a blow dry and had a very terrible experience ! Everyone was totally not happy with what they’re doing and they would make sure you feel that !The wash was intense with no head massage or any sort of feel good experience !The stylist came late and she was angry for some reason ,kept fighting with another staff right on top of my head while drying the hair. She continued with aggressively brushing my hair and never cared to communicate with me if I’m satisfied with what she’s doing or liking the result at the end and simply moved to the next client !I’ve lived in Dubai for 15 years and I’ve never been treated like this in a supposedly high end salon … beyond disappointing !

I dont advice anyone to go there...this is extremely choking for me...the staff is very rude 😒 .I went there to do hairstyle and other stuff. I went there specially for the haircut the girl whos working there I told her from the beginning and I showed her the picture she told me its better to have the haircut or the treatment not both at once I told her okay haircut.She said okay if you want we will do both because she knows the protein costs more than the haircut .I said okay thinking that I will get the haircut done laterAfter two hours she came telling me sorry I Dont know how to do that haircut and the others are busyFYI I booked an appointment sense last day.We were arguing at the reception cause it doesnt make any sense and that guy came he was super rude saying hes busy he have to clients with him and his going to pray 🙂 ...And its not hes problem turned his back and went off.No no no noNot going there again ever high price for nothing

I like was happy with the young Lebanese guy for hair color and cut, great attitude and work.but semi-happy with Professional Makeup and very unhappy with hairdo for a wedding. My Hair was totally stressed after and the style was neither what i wanted nor well done.if it wasnt so expensive i would have rated it 3 stars tho

Never go there!!! This is the worst beauty saloon ever... Staff is not professional at all. Doesnt have any customer service. Very rude. Doing only the hairstyles which they know. I asked one hairstyle and he did another coz per him I wouldnt like it. What is this.. Especially the guy whos name is Mo super unprofessional :((

I took my wife here during our holiday in Dubai. As Muslims, we were searching for a hair salon where men would not see my wife without her Hijab, so I was very happy when Joelle had a female-only VIP area. The service (wash, blow-dry, cut) was delivered excellently and professionally, all for the reasonable price of 250 AED.I understand why this place is popular with the locals. I would personally come here again.

Going to a hair salon should be a joyful and happy experience. Unfortunately this place lacks that. Super outdated. Staff are stiff and I felt my scalp burning. Won’t be coming back

Overrated , the price is two much for nothing only one hour cost me 1081 , she put according to here treatment did not ask me if I can offer 600 for treatment !!! And she said one type of treatment vitamin , when I come to pay she said different type of 2 treatment not one !!! No way 2 type of treatment cost me 600 for less than 30 min which hair can benefit !!! Unbelievable... in happy cuz I could not believe I paid all this for nothing , I came for root 250 only I end up paying 1000 Derhum , any thing they offer you ask for price first don’t tell them ok unless they show you the product and the price if you want to go ... becareful

Went for hair cut transformation. From long to medium with fringe. Unfortunately half of my hair was cut as fringe. I have to wait at least 6 months to fix the mess. Very disappointed. Around 500aed just for the haircut and blow dry.

Eyelash extension was very low quality glue and improfessional application. I had swollen eyes with redness and headache from the poor application. I used to apply the same in a different salon I never had this problem.

This is one of the worst places to have your haircut! Various reasons:1. If you are not Arab..you are wasting your time going here..because as soon as you go here and dont speak in Arabic or are of not arabic ethnicity..their face..language..tone..and attitude changes!2. They wont listen to you! Period! No matter what you tell them to do..they will do what they want!3. They take more time on washing and cleaning your hair than actually cutting it!4. They will not take a bad review sportingly..no matter what..they will not accept they did it wrong or did a bad job..simply because its a brand and brands cant do wrong..isnt it Joelle?So basically Joelle needs to come from Paris and administer whats happening at her Salons..or better still..watch Undercover Boss, come to her own salon with a disguise (shouldnt be difficult for Joelle considering shes an Hair & Beauty Artist?) and figure out on her own what goes around her salons in Dubai!Good Luck if you still plan on going!

I’ve been going to this salon since 2013 and my hair dresser is momo he is the best and every time I go there I get out happier than the previous time .. thanks momo for this amazing hands 💇🏻‍♀️ i love u

The saloon is dope and one of a kind. I have been there several times and I was blown away by the reception and services... keep that guy call #MOMO hes an angel from up above.😘😘😘

Anyone who wants to save his time and money should never think about going to this workshop.She told me that the work did not take more than two hours, and I sat for about 4 hours or more. She paid 2000 dirhams for a dye and a treatment, and she said that she would not do a dye, and I think she had dyed it, because I only see this color with the drawing and the treatment is right for drying, and you do not need a consultation, and from the first wash I did not do anything. The month had not ended until my hair started falling out and I needed serious treatment. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairsI am talking about the Jumeirah branch

The center is tidy and clean, but it is mixed. This means that the veiled woman must tell them to give her a dark place in the salon to get her hair done.

I was very sad. I paid an empty amount. I did not enjoy makeup or a hairstyle. She was wearing makeup. Her mouth smelled of smoke. It was very dirty to the point that I could not breathe and did not feel comfortable. I swear to God, she was rushing and did not clean my face properly. She put on some makeup and then hit “grey is very bad really.” bad I pay 2200 for nothing its wallah wrong and not good service I m so sad really so sad when you pay this amount and you not com happy

The makeup was very nice, my love 😍 With Soraya, who has a lot of talent and a great legend, her style with makeup is unbelievable. I was very happy if anyone who wanted to do makeup went to Soraya.
