I highly recommend the high quality of service that Ms. Rain is delivering at the Salon. She is outstanding and very professional. If I think about going to this salon as a long-standing customer, then only because of her. The way she is managing the team, and her clients are exceptional.

I started coming to Maison de Sara center 8 months ago and I really like this center.They always give me amazing treatments. All the girls are fantastics. Highly recommend it!

I dont recommend this salon for the colors!Yesterday I went to the salon that I used to go to because I was a loyal customer, I made an appointment for a service which included: color, highlights, an express manicure and a source of serviceI am shocked at the result which is a disaster, I asked for a study and a chocolate color I came out with an orange color and the crane completely burned, the most shocking and the way I was treated afterwards, I was made the manicure even though it was included in the price, I was accused of having stressed the hairdresser and having made it stay for 8 hours when it lasted 5 hours, she applied at least 3 bright colors to me that she cant do it I came out with orange and burning hair. She told me it was doable, I showed the photos before and so she took care of me. I am more than shocked by their behavior by message and their way of treating me, I am sending you the photos. I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to straighten everything and therefore reimburse a service elsewhere and I was very satisfied.

I’ve been to so many hairdressers across Dubai, and I can confidently say Reema is the absolute best! Her blow-dry skills are unmatched—my hair looks flawless every time. She knows exactly how to give you that perfect, long-lasting style, and she’s so friendly and professional. I’m so happy I found her; I won’t go anywhere else now! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best blow-dry in Dubai!

They didn’t even call me in advance at least to not rush .They should respect people’s life , we have stuff to do …

I went today for my hair, I had a haircut and blow dry. It was absolutely amazing. Very well taken care of and everyone complimented me for My hair. Mike was very good with my hair and Sara very welcoming. Definitely coming back and recommending my friends this salon.

I had acrylic manicure done and after 1 week half of my nails were either chipped or broken. I gave the benefit of the doubt and had tried 2 or 3 times their services before but I always get the same outcome (chipped nails after less than a week). Really poor customer service too I would not recommend this salon to any of my colleagues or friends.Regarding the reply of the salon: I visited the salon, as they mentioned, on the 22nd of December. I just uploaded a picture where it shows the chipped nail on the 29th of December. This is acrylic, It should last at least 3 weeks to 1 month.I booked another appointment to fix it on the 5th of January. On the 12th of January one nail was already broken.I have all the messages and whatsapps so please just update your system accordingly.

I went few times for services . Aren’t bad when it comes to price . I always paid there so they didn’t have to pay GROUPON fees . Anyhow the female owner is very arrogant . For sure not going back . We have amazing salons in Dubai standards . And this is not even near it .

I recently visited this salon with positive expectations after reading other reviews. But unfortunately it fell short of expectations. Just one more very average salon with low qualified personnel. Hairdressers lacked a professional touch, no one able to do a haircut professionally. I am so much disappointed with my spoiled hairs.

My experience at Maison De Sara was truly disappointing. Not only did the rushed service result in poorly done nails, but the way they treated clients was even more disheartening. Despite my concerns, they insisted on avoiding Groupon. I strongly advise against choosing this salon.

It was a clean, small place. The manicure and pedicure by Aya was very good. Reasonable price too. Just wish, if they add some spa mani pedi, it would be good to indulge in that too.
