Abee is amazing! I am so glad I came in this salon: the service is exceptional. Abee fixed my totally damaged hair, and made me a very suitable new color and cut! I love the new style. Highly recommended ❤️ (Also, she really advised me based on my personal needs, and talked me out of my bad ideas that made no sense - ofc, she was right in the end)

The marketing is 0.I went in to get a hair mousse, they didn’t try to convince me with anything, I asked for samples from the same brand to try and they didn’t give.And the girls working there have such an attitude, wouldn’t visit again.

The worst salon ever. The products they are using very cheap and harmful. I was supposed to do lash extensions with them but they ruined my own lashes and the technician is not professional at all. It was the worst experience ever

I had an amazing experience, everyone was super friendly and I had trouble in other places finding the right haircut for me but here, they were able to find it right away. Everyone made sure I was comfortable the whole time and it was so fast too. What I love about the Salon in general is that you’re in for a journey, the genuine happy vibes that exude from the team, the care, the attention to details also to do with the ambiance & the playlist selection, it wouldn’t be wrong to say I go for my hair cut or color & I am relaxed, happy, have my favorite cappuccino, tapping my foot with mellow music playing around, taking in the pastel painted walls and arches, If Life’s Good, then Life’s Great @ Maison Monaco Beauty Salon. Unfortunately had been disappointed with the service this time. Receptionist wasnt able to accommodate me for the classic blowdry in the morning. Its frustrating, considering that salon was empty and had only one upcoming booking for another simple blowdry. Had to switch to another salon. The way salon manages bookings for this kind of services, can say a lot.

Gussun did a phenomenal job with my hair. I literally had the worst curls when I walked in and she gave me voluminous straight hair! Absolutely impressed.Elbie also was so sweet and found the perfect natural nail color for my healthy growing nails. Ask for these two ladies when you’re here.

I can highly recommend this salon and Veronica, who transformed my dark dull and damaged hair to an amazing color. What I truly appreciated most was the manner in which she explained the process as well as ensuring my hair does not get damaged. Very experienced and proactive staff.Hair stylist and colorist Gusun did an amazing job of coloring my hair, her hand was so light and gentle with nearly no tugs, and her formulation of the colors was odorless and gentle on the scalp.The color result was a fabulous balayage.LV nail technician gave me a great Pedicure with treatment my feet feeling so soft and cared for. She also did my eyebrow lamination, I’m n love with my eyebrows they are always on fleek now.And the nice lady who did my manicure and nail extensions was very meticulous and did a great finish with my nails.I loved the ambiance and high quality products that were used.Great job everyone.

Since I step in the store the receptionist was not in good mood, doesn’t know the prices even she was keep checking the list then her colleague came to ask her about something she replied VERY rudely I was 😳really felt so embarrassed I apologized to the lady then I asked her about the service then she said availability is 12:30 & it was 11:40 I couldn’t bare her I told her thanks & I left..Sorry for the owner but u need to hire a qualified & welcoming lady as long she’s in the frontline.I don’t think so i will visit them again.Poor service from beginningGood luck guys

Always come every month to do eyebrows threading, but this time I tried to do manicure and pedicure, Sandra and Irine were amazingly friendly and get the job done very well. Would really recommend both of them.

She didnt just try to sell me products and services but really was honest about everything she was doing and allowed me to choose what I wanted in addition to learning about her opinion.I really loved Abby and she is one of a kind!

Worst experience with my eyebrow as eyebrow is so important i told them im fussy with my ey brow i want some one so professional and then i told the technician i want thick and natural look only clean up so i said to her she made my eybrow taild so thin that i was about to cry so i came out and they said its complimentary sometimes is not about money is just the fact i cant say the feeling i have and how long i need to wait for this eyeborw to grow im so sad so much just wanted to share my feedback as eyebrow is so important !!!!

Ghousun saved my hair!I’d been to four different salons and stylists who were never quite able to get my highlights right. Within 3 visits, Ghousun colour-corrected my hair, added the exact ashy highlights that I wanted and has kept my highlighted hair in the best condition it’s ever been in. Cannot recommend Maison Monaco and Ghousun enough!

Abi is highly professional hair specialist. She explains everything very detailed about each single product and the way it works on your hair plus head and shoulder massage no comments))). Loved the experience at this salon. My mani and pedicure was done by Heidi and I highly suggest her. She is soo friendly and amazing at what she does. My nails looked so pretty.Also, Ghousun did my blow dry and she she such an amazing job on my hair. She was the best and the way she handled my smooth hair. Usually it’s really hard to blow dry curl my hair type. But I was very happy with the way my hair turned out.Overall I highly suggest this salon. Have to add that my husband was also able to use the services at their nearby men’s salon Barbarian Italians.

I had the worst manicure ever, paid 140 for just gelish manicure, and the lady cut my two finger (cuticles), it was bleeding 🩸 but I did not complain “I said it’s ok no problem”, after I reach home I noticed my other finger is also deeply cut and had swelling.Today is the 3rd day and my finger is still swollen and hurts alot.I loved the ambiance and the management, but the technician was unprofessional and highly disappointing😡

I was being over charged for hair serum that she applied for my hair the hole bottle cost 280 Dhs and they charged me 150 dhs for 2 pumps that she applied before blow dry !!

I want to thank Ghosoun for her extra caring service from her heart...be it blowdry, hair color, or haircut. Not to mention how sweet and good she is in all she talks or does. Good asset for the salon. I honestly became a regular loyal customer due to her treating, personality, and lovely work that she enjoys. She reflects a positive attitude always and she succeeded to retain me ib the salon as long as i am in UAE.One thing to comment on the salon though and its management. Not a single complimentary service, not even small thing done for retaining a regular loyal customers like myself!!! The pure business attitude with the management lately is not very attractive. They even charged a small nail coat for my 5 years old accompaniying me for a hair trim while i had mani/pedi shellac root color blowdry and waxing. This for us, arabic people is usually not very nice in our culture, because we are used to little appreciation when we are loyal!! I think the place is now missing the touch of sweetness and appreciation and has recently, after change of management, become not so retaining as it used to be.Missing the Classiness touch i felt several month ago when i started coming here.

Hi, I first came to Abee @ Maison Monaco in need for help to attach my HairTalk extensions as other salons hade not done a good job. Abee did an amazing job in making the extensions look very natural and since then I also so my highlights with her which is not an easy job - having Scandinavian hair quality along with a lot of red pigmentation makes it difficult to get the colors right - but she nailed it from the first time. She is very experienced, knows what she is doing yet very attentive to customer’s needs. Needless to say, I highly recommend Abee! :)

I love the place but you really need more staff! Everytime i come there is not enough staff to do the services! Imagine one massage therapist and she s at the reception and the quality of the blowdryers are very bad i leave the salon as if i didnt do my hair properly!

I love this salon because they are professional. What professional means that they do not talk , chat and ask or bother you by asking private question.The lady was quite she is focusing on her work.

My husband’s daughter visited the salon and before proceeding with any service she asked for a full one color how much it costs they said 300 and she wanted to do blow dry as well they gave her a price for both 500 but when she left the salon my husband went to pay and the price was not as promised it was 800 something which is a rip off this is very bad u can’t give a price and then surprise your customer with a different price
