Mesmerized by everything related to this place, i wonder how come i never heard about this amazing spa for ladies, its just a rejuvenating experience and atmosphere.I tried their Hamam, Nefertari Facial and ancient Healing Massage and I can’t be happier about the experience than ever. Its not just the experience and treatments that kept me speechless but the atmosphere and the interior design of the whole place just took me back to Ancient Egyptian era, the smell and the atmosphere, the products, the staff all together i rate it 10/10And the Owner Ms Ghazal was really nice and welcoming with her positive presence and energy.Highly recommend all women to try this experience.

Maison Nefertari is offers a warm and relaxing environment. The staff were wonderful, polite and very friendly. I got a manicure and pedicure and a Moroccan Hammam! I recommend the Hammam to everyone. I went back 3 times during my stay in Dubai and each time the experience was wonderful. The staff make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the most important person there. Thank you to the owners and all the wonderful staff. I recommend Maison Nefertari to all women! Dont miss out on the experience.

Oh my goodness! I have been waiting to try this amazing place, and finally got to come to Dubai and do that!The vibe is great, the interior is outstanding! The colors are so beautiful, the staff is super sweet and welcoming, had a very tasty infusion tea,got a mani/pedi and loved the time the nail artist was putting in her work! I was amazed with the result! the professionalism of the staff was 10 out of 10!Then got a Moroccan bath and it was so relaxing and refreshing, loved the products they were using on the body/hair.5 star , 100% recommended 👌👌

Went this morning for classic pedicure and manicure. The vibe is warm and elegant with the ancient Egyptian civilization and terracotta color.The staff all smiling, welcoming and friendly and the service was 10/10.Will visit again for sure.

Today I had my first service here to Maison Nefertari, this is not just a spa & salon.. it feels like being in a holistic center 😍😍 the entire team here is so helpful and calm, everyone is super friendly. Noreen, the hairstylist did an amazing job, I came to refresh my highlights and for color correction!! She took her time to make sure that my hair doesn’t get damaged. She also used natural products. I am super happy with the results! I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and energy. Definitely coming back for others services.

Loved the whole concept , really glad to know there’s a space that offers ancient and natural beauty/wellness rituals. The staff and therapists are lovely !! I also lovedddd their Blue lotus tea❤️Just 3 things - 1) would appreciate if they’d have some amenities like cotton pads , ear buds and stuff after the shower. 2) I think there’s only 1 or 2 private massage rooms - rest are closed by curtains which I found to be slightly odd. 3) some post treatment fruits / dates would be nice with the tea!

Visited Maison Nefertari this morning for the Moroccan Hammam experience and left feeling so beyond relaxed and rejuvenated.This would be the most wonderful gift idea for new mom to feel pampered and looked after.The space is delightful, calm and utterly fabulous and welcoming.I also had a mani-pedi and can’t fault the service.If you are in Dubai and want to experience something exclusive and luxurious this place is a must!

I had the best moroccan hammam experience from Atika! My skin was glowing afterwards but she was also warm, personable, and told me fun stories. She made the whole experience much more comfortable and enjoyable while still scrubbing the soul out of me.Absolute best! 💯💯💯

Very serene space and excellent service! I always go to nails service but went in last week with my hair was so damaged! Fatma the hairdresser gave me the best haircut and blowout! The lotus tea and hibiscus drinks are the ultimate treat

The most luxurious treatment I’ve ever done! As a bride-to-be, I wanted to enjoy special rituals with my mom and friend. It’s our first time here and we were all so amazingly pleased with everything from the ambiance to the service and treatments. My beautiful therapist Vinna was so talented, caring, and made my experience even better. I recently visited Maison Nefertari for a treatment package. The whole experience was amazing and the place was so relaxing and the staff were professional. The only downside is that there is one massage room for all the guests and there isn’t privacy as it’s closed by curtains. I was able to hear the other guests and it wasn’t relaxing at all, i was anxious as i mentioned there isn’t privacy. But overall it’s a nice place and worth visiting.

I had a massage done with mariam and i really cannot stress how comfortable and lovely the experience and the environment was. Will come back to Mariam every time and i recommend everyone to do the same ❤️ incredibly easy to be comfortable around her and she is quite amazing at what she does

It was my first time visiting Maison Nefertari and I had an absolutely magical time. From the moment I booked with Janice, to the moment I left, I received flawless customer service. My services included the Shirodhara, Cleopatras body mask and an ancient healing massage. Vinna was my therapist and I honestly felt so relaxed and refreshed, I will 100% be back again. This is a little gem to find so I say treat yourself like the queen that you are and book a treatment here. Thank you team Maison Nefertari.

The massage was amazingggggg,The moroccan bath was okay, the steam was not too much and there isnt much going on for the traditional hamam.However Noreen from the reception team was amazing and helped us alot in securing a booking and managing all our requests and time slots.

I would give a 5 out of 5 for the therapists and treatments and the overall indoor experience. Nevertheless, I was made to wait outside in my car over 10 mins due to the complete lack of parking in their facility and very limited parking in the area itself. On top of that there’s only one parking assist person who seems to be on a duty of running errands too! I really felt for the team.. they tried their best but the management should definitely do better on that front.

Always such a lovely experience to go to Maison Nefertari! I highly recommend Vinna as she is excellent at massages and shows a lot of care in her work!

Wonderful experience at Maison Nefertari. The package I got included a full scrub, body wrap and full body massage. It was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. My first time visiting them and exceeded my expectations. The decoration and ambiance are superb. The customer service is good. The best part: the massage therapist was amazing (believe her name is Vinma). I look forward to my next visit!

OMG!This place is such a beautiful hideaway. I pampered myself for birthday and got the hamam and ancient massage with shirodhara. I totally zoned out. Everyone was so sweet and attentive. Just perfections and I cant wait to get back.

The interior design of salon/spa is so beautiful and the staff are so welcoming! It’s truly a 5 star experience. I did a 60-min massage with Rona who was very kind & professional; i have tried my fair share of massages in top hotels in Dubai and this massage was one of the best i have experienced so far.My hair was also slightly brassy so I ended up doing a toner with Noreen; I am always scared of having anything done to my hair, but she was very accommodating and new exactly what colour would suit my hair, and I loved the outcome! All the products used were high-end such as Davines.I am definitely coming back to for more treatments!

I really like this place! The advantages: high-class service, pleasant employees, technic and quality of massage 10/10, the only point - sometimes there are difficulties with parking. You can always find a parking place, but somebody can block your car, it will take 3-5 minutes to solve this problem)

I went for a Tai Hammam that’s 120 mins and includes a 30 mins massage. It was my first time trying a hammam, but they didn’t make me feel comfortable. They didn’t tell me what’s going to be happen. She just took me to a changing room and told me there’s a disposable underwear and that’s it. In the end, I expected 30 mins massage but I didn’t get anything. She told me to go to the hair section and dry my hair there. They should put a hair dryer in the changing room so I didn’t have to wear my abaya with my hair wet, drying myhair in the hair section in front of everyone. They didn’t even tell me in the beginning that I can request someone to dry my hair. They just said I “should’ve” told the reception when I didn’t even know. At the end, they wanted to give me a 20 mins for neck and shoulder to ‘cover’ the fact that I didn’t get my 30 mins massage. I refused and was very upset. They wanted me pay the full amount when there was a 30% off for hammam today. They didn’t want to tell me, and I had to point it out. The two stars is because the hammam was actually good, but not the service.

Ambiance, message, hair blow dry, mani pedi services are great. But I did hair color and treatment for frizzy hair and since then my hair is breaking like crazy. I used to have nice hair but wanted to ease the frizz down and I was told it was a natural treatment. It looks smooth but now it is soooo weak and breaks easily. I don’t recommend it

I love this beauty salon. I did my hair with Fatima. She truly is amazing, she understood exactly how I wanted my hair color, went from black to a beautiful brown without damaging my hair. Highly recommended. The service is impeccable

Probably the best salon/spa experience you can have in Dubai. Everything is extremely well thought out - from the temple like look and feel, to the relaxed and serene ambiance, to the very tailored care you get in every single service. Unlike many chain salons across the city, this is one that doesnt treat you like you walked into a factory. High quality in every single detail. A big thank you to the staff from the lovely welcome at the reception to every single knowledgeable technician (a special shout out to Mayo for nails!). You get more than 5 stars from me.

I booked a hamam and pedicure on the 2nd day of Eid. When I reached they didn’t inform me that the water heater is not working, so I went into the hamam and stayed waiting in the steam for 20 mins the water was freezing cold and we couldn’t start the session. I wasted my time coming in. The receptionist said they will work to fix this issue in the upcoming days and that they would call me. It has been weeks now with no one reaching out to me. It’s a shame, I had better expectations for this place. They should have called me before I even had to make the drive to tell me that the water is cold and I can’t do my hamam instead of coming all the way.

The place is stunning as it brings you to the ancient Egypt and makes you feel like a queen! I had a facial treatment that I strongly recommend! The products used are organic (yogurth, raw sugar…) and the king of them is the sacred blue Lotus Oil! My skin was glowing after, also thanks to the expert hands of the professional therapist. I think I will be their client for long! ✨

Not recommended at all I went there for the first time my appointment was at 5pm they made me wait for 45 minutes after the therapist was finally ready she took me to the massage room ( I was shocked ) it’s not private it’s an open room with beds on the floor and you can hear the other clients. I left without getting a massage the manager spoke to me to rebook a complementary appointment on them I gave her later on the date and I was ignored :)There are many different places with the same price and a great experience

The place is unique! I’ve never seen nothing similar. The music, the atmosphere and the services. I had my nails perfect done, an amazing feet massage. I also had an amazing treatment for my hair, Noreen fixed my hair color with Toner and Gloss. Highly recommend !

By far the best spa experience I’ve had in Dubai. The space is more like a temple than a spa. You feel like you’ve stepped into ancient Egypt. The attention to detail with their design down to their treatments is unmatched. I highly recommend the traditional rituals! They also have a beautiful spiritual shop!

Very disappointed - no atmosphere, no facilities to relax after massage , no room to get ready after shower(dry your hair out make up etc). Tea on offer was all extremely bad (apart from the black that I just drank out of thirst) and not even a date to go with it. music is not relaxing but just strange. Pedicure room is confined and cold with zero atmosphere. Facial also strange - using squeezy honey from the supermarket and some yoghurt and charging 350 for it.. staff were all nice but I would never return again - shame as the initial concept is cool. Upset I fell for the instagram videos they post as the experience is nothing like it. The only part I truly enjoyed for the oil pouring on the forehead that is truly all.

I did a scalp scrub and my rating for it is very poor. The specialist seemed tired and didnt do the job properly. She also applied too much pressure on my head to the extent that I felt pain in my neck the next day. As for the Moroccan bath, it was excellent, and the specialist, Khadija, did her job perfectly. I would only return for the Moroccan bath with her. Finally, the manicure and pedicure were really just average; there was nothing special about them. Considering the praise and high ratings, I expected better service and treatment, as well as something luxurious and wonderful, but unfortunately, the experience was below average.

Maison Nefartari is a portal into another dimension. Heart-centered service. Across the board pleasant and nourishing experience. My new go-to salon in Dubai for all forms of care & bodywork.

Beautiful ancient Egyptian interior with orange hues, Red travertine stone & brass. The attention to details is impressive. Started with a valet parking lady assistant, disposable prayer matts, lockable jewelry box & Marshal speakers. Service was excellent!
