MAKEOVER PALACE LADIES SALOON

I ask them to do some change for my hair they did hair cut, highlight colour and keratin and the result was amazing. They really did my hair makeover. Love the service provide by makeover palace professional services with cleanliness.

Worst experience..Staff is Highly unprofessional....they yell at customers when you try to suggest them something and the owner also supports them .Do not value your time. Poor service n cheap products.They do not value your time .Extremely rude .Dear all ,This is my reply after owners false response ..I checked with her first then I landed there..I wad told that it will take 1 hr ..I was ok to wait ..I waited for 1hrs 50 mins ..after this when i asked the staff..she started yelling at me like crazy.. n she said she doesnt know how much more time its Going to take ..i tried to explain her that I am ok to wait but I should have known before..that it may take more time..Thats when I called owner n only told her that if I knew u guys are busy I wouldnt have waited .I could come on other day also.Yes I was offered package of aed 50 which was taken just a week prior ..NOT 2 months back. CHECK Properly .ALSO owner was also very rude .. she was right there when staff was yelling at me..Also I was told by owner that If you choose herbal facial, its NOT done same way as GOLD facial .And their product are not what they promised .I tried to explain her that product may change according to the facial type ..but time given is same and it should be done same way..But she is very very rude...also when I suggested her that there should be more staff..as there is more rush...she abruptly asked me ARE YOU GOING TO PAY THEIR SALARIES ??Extremely unprofessional u just wish they know the difference between right and wrong and also learn how to treat customers .
