I Went to the saloon for mehandi but the way they treated me was incredible so soft and nice people I am so happy also how my mehandi looks after when it get dry. Thank you so much to the team ❤️

Hi, yesterday I went to Manasi Saloon. Thr were too much rush but they handled clients very well. I saw owner, she is soo down to earth and Hishal new gal joined, She did full package very well. Ordered tea for me. She is so kind and cooperative. 5star for her♥️

I went their for hot oil massage and hair wash. Ganga did a fabulous job. She handled my hair with utmost care and the massage was really good. Felt so relieved after that. Ganga Ganga !!!!Vinita

Dont do gel nail polish west of money and time the staff is learn in our hand

When u got good trained persons u vil getting good results else ur results vil b normal. Especially staffs treat u as per their interest/ mood. My point all the customers should treat equally and need the uniformed results from staffs for the payment which I make.One thing they are cheaper than others.

With Respect to their card policy if it expires the customer is not eligible to use the service Well noted and fine with it. But post that acceptance, the way the customer service treat is like a favor done on youPS: Even if you highlight your service is cheap We pay and take the service. Nothing is given for free !Some of the staff’s attitude and arrogance is such they feel as if they are owner’s of the salon.Internal gossiping, facial expressions and that fishy vibes Totally rude!!!

The service which I took today fullfilled my wish. Saloon follwed all the safety precautiom and The staff memeber are very friendly and solved all my doubt regarding the service I took today.The service provided in affordable price when I compared with other saloon in Dubai.I will give 4 out 5 star.All the best and Thank you for the giving best to the clients :)

I recently got gel polish done by them, it stays for such a long time and it is offered at such a affordable rate. Other services are also really nice and they follow all rules and regulations of covid.

Worst worst worst and worst, not at all professional not at all friendly and no pampering at all.....I went for wax and haircut....the lady was combing my hair like broom, such an unprofessional way she was combing and broke many of my front hairs, and worst staff ever, they made fun of me first and when I said I dont want to continue then they started talking good but after sometime again the same unprofessional way. And I cried after my hair cut it wasnt at all what I wanted.....worst worst worst....I just gave them money thats it....not at all satisfied.....worst experience.

Pathetic Service till the time Mansi owner was managing things were far more better.... There is no manager no one to take care for service part...It’s is advisable if you do your packages partially better to get everything written down on your card properly & check before leaving don’t go by the words of staff... and get your payment also written on card ... I did big mistake in hurry did not check my card and paid full amount later staff refused and argued on the package taken and said I have not paid for it.... As much I know every Parlour maintains register for cash received owner Mansi also used to write down even for Dh 10/-.....I asked staff to check register how much I paid the amount & staff said they don’t maintain any register whatever amount received is written on customers cards...Worst was they made me wait for 10 minutes wasted my time as they were gossiping among themselves in group regarding the payment matter and Plus no point in taking appointments because they don’t follow that favoritisms goes to there friends or there gossiping customers... Really poor service, poor management and staff are always busy in gossiping also hygiene is big concern it’s good to go if you budget is tight during month end and you are willing to adjustWould not recommend since Mansi owner is not managing and controlling all her staff

Very unprofessional. They just want to finish and get rid of customers soon. Treatment of customers is based on favouritism, they should give attention to every customer equally.
