I’ve been a loyal customer of Mane for over four years now, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. Finding a hairdresser who excels in both color and cutting is rare, but Mane has mastered it all. The personalized message on the tray with my coffee always brings a smile, and Anthony’s attention to detail is evident in every part of the experience—from the drinks to the head massage. I’m truly impressed with the service and quality.

I went to Salon Mane before my vacation, and I had a very disappointing experience there. I went in to have balayage and increase the blonde parts of my hair but ended up with an unexpected reddish and greenish tone due to improper use of toner. The toner was left on for too long, and the color turned out far from what I had wanted. While the initial goal was having more blonde hair, it turned into mix of dark brown, reddish and green.When I asked them to fix it, they initially said their expert was not confident in doing my hair, which was a kind way of saying they didnt want to fix it. Later, they decided to attempt it, but since I was on vacation, I asked for compensation because I didnt want to live with this hair for a month.( which i had mentioned them at the beginning i was going on a one month vacation, and having my hair in a briefed color was quite important to me) They refused to accommodate my request. I had to dye my hair again at another salon, which was an additional and unexpected expense.It seems this salon does not have the expertise needed for dealing with brunette hair and understanding how different hair types react to treatments. They also dont seem to listen to the initial brief and rush the process, which can lead to unsatisfactory results. Unless you have naturally blonde hair, I would suggest being cautious. I hope they can improve their processes and customer service in the future.

The salon has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. I had an appointment with Olivera. I am very happy with the hair color and haircut. I have definitely found a place I will return to.

I have been coming to this place for several years now and Milly, my hairdresser is just the finest hairdresser in Dubai. I don’t even bother telling her what I want anymore I just say do what you think is best. We spend hours chatting and laughing. It’s like a small get together when I’m here. Kelsey is fabulous! I was recommended to her by a friend after a devastating color result (see pics 1 & 2) at a high end salon near Bulgari resort. She sat me down and gave me a strategy for repair and I was not disappointed with the end result. A true professional with skill and care, lots of new techniques I’d never heard of in my years of bleaching and highlights. Ask for the “color melt”! MANE is an absolute must for all you blondies out there, who live in Dubai. Millie gave me a full head of highlights, toner, cut & blow-dry, and as ever, she did a wonderful job. The team of lovely ladies who assisted her, were also excellent.The blonde colour that she used was very natural & just the right shade to compliment my lighter complexion, without washing me out. I also really loved the shoulder-length cut that she gave me, which looks great down, but can also be tied back, if needs be.Overall, if you’re an expat woman living in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend giving MANE in JLT a go :)

I have been coming to Mane for over three years now, after Yana first fixed a major hair color situation I had with my recently bleached hair. She gently fixed it and I have been coming ever since. She is GREAT with color, particularly blonde, and my hair never feels over processed or unhealthy. And every time we try new things and I love that shes creative with my hair. A must try! And dont forget to get a foot massage with Billie while the toner is setting in, because why not?!?

I have visited the salon several times for hair coloring and toning and so far it didn’t disappointed me. Always smiley and friendly staff, always offer drinks with a small touch of writing your name on a tray I think it’s cute. Def recommend as the quality is amazing and satisfying!

Just had my hair done at Mane Hair and Beauty JLT @Manesalondubai by Caley @caley_manedxb.She did a full head of highlights, root block, toner, cut and blowdry- really happy with the results it is fresh healthy and natural looking. She saved my hair using olaplex products after a long four months in lockdown. She knows what she is doing 100% , it was my first time visiting this salon and I also went in not knowing what to do with my dark roots and brassy ends. She talked me through the colours and options I could go with , it is more then I had imagined going in. She also provided great tips and advice to help maintain my hair condition and colour.Also Really lovely atmosphere in the salon with a great welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Fab salon in JLT with the comfiest massaging seats coupled with the magic hands of Cherry whilst having a hair treatment and wash, it was bliss! Definitely the best hair I’ve had done in 5 years of living in the UAE. Absolutely gorgeous color, cut and style. Bayalage was perfect and really kept close to my natural tone, which is exactly what I wanted. It was my first time at this salon and I simply loved it! Very cozy and the hairstylists are amazing. Katie , who has been my hairstylist for the past few years is absolutely amazing! I have short hair and she has always managed to give me a different look every single time.. if you have short hair and need an incredibly talented hairstylist, then Katie is your person!

My experience with them was not good .. i went for a balayage !! And my hair ended up burned .. yellowish mixed with orange!! A complete disaster!! I will need a lot of treatments to fix what has been done .. the picture below is after a month of my visit!

I highly recommend Susan, she is expert in hair color and treatments. I recently did an Olaplex hair repair treatment at Mane Salon and it was super great, I highly recommend it as well if you have a weak and dry ended hair it works like magic! This is a great place. I always do my eyebrow threading mani-pedi as they use good quality products, sanitize their tools and the apply the polish in a way that it stays for a week minimum.Ask for Bhing for the nails, she is a sweetheart and will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable.For the eyebrows ask for Theresa, this girl is my saviour in Dubai as I have naturally thick eyebrows. She is excellent in shaping them tastefully, without too much pain and with straight defined lines in a quick manner making sure to clean all small hair around the eyebrows. She is a happy, smart, dedicated person youll enjoy getting to know.The staff overall is very friendly and accommodating.I definitely recommend this place.

So I’ve been recommended by a friend to visit the place and in particular a specific hair dresser. The salon was a half hour drive and I’ve reached just 7 minutes late to my appointment….so the hairdresser was shocked when seeing my hair apparently it was too long for her to work on it and she said because her having “back to back” clients she couldn’t proceed with my hair and that a client already reached ? How is that even possible …a professional place would ask before hand about the nature of my hair and the length of it and would work coordinately, but here they just assumed I had a boy cut hair I think.. even if I did they already didn’t calculate the timing right as they sent me back home saying they can’t do it. I didn’t say anything and went back home and rescheduled. The second time I come they dyed my hair very wrong and she didn’t even apologize and she just told me I’m gonna return ur money back without even me telling her to do so. This is how bad the situation was. They did not even offer anything to me it’s just like we’ll give you back the money and don’t come back. Before that something very disrespectful also happened where they were washing my hair and I was talking on the phone silently and one woman washing her hair and doing a foot massage next to me …the hair dresser comes and tells me “can you be quiet” she told me twice ??? This isn’t a massage place or spa? I don’t think that’s a proper or decent way to talk to a customer. I’m on a call you can’t tell me to hang up. Overall, very very very un professional and rude.

This is the first review I write in my life. I am so angry and shocked that I feel obliged to write this. I booked at Mane based on reviews I read on line. Big mistake. Clearly a salon not used to Arabs as Anthony kept on referring to me as. Mane is not accustomed to colouring darker hair. Im Lebanese and my hair is dark brown. I usually travel to London and New York to do my hair but thought I would give Mane a chance (dont ask why, desperateness I guess). The AC was not working. It was hot and humid in the Salon. The service I received was beyond shocking. Anthony refused to colour my hair. All I asked for was a tint lighter than my natural hair colour with a few highlights to give a sun kissed look. He over complicated it and kept trying to avoid doing my Arab hair. I explained that I drove from Abu Dhabi and that I hadnt coloured my hair in over 8 months and didnt want to go back feeling like I came all the way for nothing. Shockingly it didnt seem to matter to Anthony who didnt care to offer ANY other alternative treatment to make me leave as a happy customer. Im not sure if it was racism or his fear and LACK of experience with brown hair or the fact that my hair is fine. I walked out of the salon in shock (never did anything like that in my life).Long story short. If you have brown or black hair dont go to this salon. If youre Arabic dont go to this salon. If you have fine hair, dont go to this salon. If you want good customer service, dont go to this salon. There are plenty of other places with much better customer service and Air-conditioning. I have never in my life been mistreated the way I was. I go to the best hair salons in the world. Its shocking that a small JLT salon would mistreat their Arabcustomers.
