I wanted to express my disappointment with the service I received at your nail salon. Despite being a paying customer, the Filipino lady treated me as if my time and money didnt matter maybe because i work at the same mall, She rushed through my manicure, ignored my requests, and even left my nails undone to attend to another customer who came for a package, i could hear her speak to her colleague saying that she was stuck here with me and she wanted to do the package. The managers offer of a discount was appreciated, but it didnt make up for the poor service and ruined nails. I actually prefer all of you to go tips and toes for better results and good staff. I

I’ve been going to Manuella City Centre salon for years now for my hair color. Lina , my hairdresser , is fantastic! Thoughtful and careful, no rush and always gets my color right. No matter where I move in the city, I still go to her.Manicure & pedicure is great as well!

Manuella salon in Festival city have been always the place for me to go for pampering and had always felt the value for money All staff are professionals, very friendly and caring makes me feel at home Always giving the fresh and new look for me by taking care of my hair, nails,amazing with eyebrows! Always adds a luxury by giving myself to the best moroccan masseur in town for a traditional oriental bath. Each visit is a new experience to count on..will definitely keep on coming back!

I called in to check if I can get a quick wash and blow dry and I was asked to come and when I reached, this lady started screaming at the receptionist and said my shift ends at 8oclock and its 7 51 now what is THIS? and of course after this horrific attitude, I ended up just leaving the salon! That woman was absolutely disgusting! The way she looked at me and the tone of her horrific voice just because she was asked to do her job! Honestly guys, if you ever think of going there, pls think again, this is crosses pathetic! Honestly such people need to literally get deported if they cant stand serve customers??!!

It was my first time to visit Manuella salon and I’m very satisfied. Thanks to Nora for amazing highlights. She could understand the way I wanted highlights to be done and could make it even better. Staff is very friendly.

Strongly recommend Marysa’s treatments from simple waxing, to facial and massage. She really have golden hands, hardly possible to find equivalent senior technician with equivalent quality. Granted 5 star for her 👍👍👍👍

Horrible! I went to Manuellas at Festival City asking for a strawberry blond hair colour and showed them pictures. They showed me their colour chart, pointed to a certain orange and said it would do it. Silly me to trust them because I came out with the redest hair, super red, towards burgundy! I told them I could not have red hair at work and that they had to colour it again and they insisted it wasnt so red. They couldnt even fix it at the spot so I had to look for help elsewhere. Horrible colouring, terrible customer service, Im never going back there

Booked an appointment called them twice to let them know. The saloon didnt have the decencyto let me know someone else was booked at Same. After waiting 10 mins at saloon. They expected to wait 20 mins

Pathetic. Story of Dubai. Book and appointment and they will still make you wait for hours. No integrity or professionalism. Avoid. Waste of precious time.

I had a pedicure a day before..it was the worst and most painful process....the nail technician started my pedicure without removing the nail polish of my nails but directly soaking it in water....my toes are bruised and in pain as the employee was very harsh with my feet..did not expect it to be bad for the standard of the salon...the reason to go to a very well known salon was to get good service..but then again it was the worst,i was very upset..but there was no customer service as no one bothered to check with me if i was satisfied with the services provided or not...total waste of time and money...would never go back... :(

Go here if you enjoy feeling laughed at behind your back and having your hair cut by a stylist that ignores such simple requests as which side you part your hair on while also haphazardly jabbing thinning shears into random clumps of hair to make wildly bad layers.

I am a regular customer for the last 4 years, manuella team are very friendly, nicely and experienced and very professional with all the services 👌 starting from your welcome to the coffee they serve once you arrive (mimi prepare the best nescafe) then having all your services done and leave after paying 😉Thank you a lot Manuella team 💙 ❤ 🙏

With all honesty, they have an amazing, funny and friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable and their services are very clean and professional

I did manicure ~ but they cut my hard skin so deep and harsh ~ my finger is still painful until now its been 4 days ~ after its festering ~ horrible

Hopefully this salon will take note of the bad reviews, I have found this to be the case with many salons here, and I dont think the staff are trained well. Shame I was looking at this place.
