I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for hair extensions to achieve a highlighted look, but the result was far from what I had shown in the pictures. The salon was under renovation, so the service was performed in the stylists apartment, and my hair was washed in a hand sink. I was charged AED1680 for the service, which I removed the next day. The entire experience was unsatisfactory and not what I expected.

Searching a salon and found Mariam Hayrapetyan Beauty lounge they meet my expectation in the design and a plus for having a cleanliness salon, approachable staff and the master is very professional did a great job with the designing and cleaning. The price is very affordable and the staff works super fast. saving both your time and energy))

This place is specifically providing extension services, hair, lashes. I tried the ICE capsule techniques as promised by Mariam the sweet owner of this place she is doing the smallest capsules by far. I did not get the results I was expecting the first time as she brushed my existing extension to remove fuzzy hair as she said but ended up throwing half of the hair in the trash. The hair volume was not satisfying. I visited again and added more to get better result. The other thing I wish would be considered is hair color, as I was obliged to do the roots in between removal and reapplication, so having good color technician I think is very important.

Mariam is a rare find! You normally dont find someone who actually cares for your hair than her bottom line. Ive been getting ice extensions done by her for years now and she installs it with absolute consideration for my thin baby hairs :D that she even suggested not to put too much as it will strain my hair/roots. I’ve been doing my hair with Mariam for almost 2 years, and I can’t imagine myself anymore without her extensions. As time flies,my extensions are somehow adjusting to the shape,style and colour of my own hair. I don’t even want to mention the quality of the extensions which is exceptional considering that I am colouring entire hair every month.In order to keep the same extensions for a year or two, I highly recommend not to overload the sculp with amount of Ice caps unnecessarily, Mariam is very professional and has an idea how many extensions are enough for your hair to be healthy and without pulling, and one is sure, she will NEVER suggest more extensions in order to earn more money, on opposite,she is more concerned if it is possible for your hair to hold certain amount of extensions,which I appreciate more than anything!!The last I would like to say is that I forgot I have extensions 🙃

I called and asked to replace my hair or return some of the money, since the extensions were done two weeks ago (the bustle before the New Year and there was no time for replacing hair)The salon replied that they could only remove the hair extensions and were not going to reimburse me for anything!Paid 2,500 AED (69,000 ₽)
