Very straightforward staff, friendly and not talking too much which is nice as usually salons are like a gossip place. This place is very quiet and relaxing.. got a hair cut and I love it!!

We had an appointment today for a haircut, wash and blow-dry using groupon and the lady cut my hair perfectly, the staff was friendly and they tended to us as soon as we entered the salon even though I arrived earlier than my booked time. 4 stars because there was an issue with the washing - they were using disposable towel which didnt really work and got my shirt wet - other than that they were amazing!

No hospitality at all. I had to book 4 days before as they said they are fully booked. I got there. There was only 1 customer and still they made me wait. There is no AC, only fan, they also did not do my nails as they are busy. hair cut was ok, hair wash was like nothing. She Did not dry my hair because i was requesting for cold blow dry, again she said there is no time. The only customer there was not wearing mask. Overall, very bad service

I did gelish manicure and pedicure and Im very happy with the service. It was quite busy that day, but the lady, who I assume is the owner of the salon, made sure everyone is attended without waiting too long. The girl who did my nails was very precise and friendly. Highly recommended.

Better for your salon do not public any offers in Groupon site, if you dont want to give any services for this money! You are just misleading everyone!I bought coupon for haircut only 2 days ago and its still valid to to March 2022 but receptionist said they do not accept any groupon anymore and told me to request refund money back for my account! But I havent time to wait for this money for spend it to another offer. Thank you very much for waste my time, you do not deserve even 1 star

They insisted that I arrive at a certain time saying no other time was available, which was completely inconvenient for me, instead of giving me time I wanted, she said that’s “the latest” available. Okay so I rushed to the salon and guess what, all that rush just for them to make me wait 30 min for nothing. They act like they don’t want to help at all, staff acted lazy and unapproachable, barely communicated, it seemed they just wanted to end the shift and go home. I felt as if no one was willing to put any effort into providing a good service, I was actually worried for what my hair will look like, done by people who seemed so careless. I waited 5 more minutes for someone to start with my hair but she didn’t return, so I decided to not do this, I had to leave. Very upset.

- no WiFi- air conditioning is really bad, hard to be there for 2 hours- very nice and friendly staff- manikyure and pedicure was awful, she put lotion before gel. How come? Of course because of that base was really bad. As a result the coating was really bubbly.- not great choice of gelish color- some of containers was really dirtyUpdate:Owner of this salon was really helpful and offered me to redo manicure and gave complimentary services. So everything is fine now. Plus I’ve found a girl there who has more experience.

I have waited for more then 30 min for someone to attend me, although a prior booking was done. I do not think that the place meets the hygiene standards for a salon, the towels were very dirty with stains on them, the floor was not cleaned for days and instead of AC they use a fan ... It took 2 hours to have a gelish mani and standard pedicure without polish. I was charged 40 DHS for gelish removal, although I called the saloon after few days and I was told that the price for hands gelish removal is 30 DHS... I would definitely not reccomend the place as i was disappointed from the moment I stepped in the salon.

Staff is nice. But they keep forcing you to buy other services at expensive prices without thinking the person has come there with Groupon voucher. on leaving feedback, the owner calls and threatens to file case and also abuses over the call. not even worth giving 1 star.Also no AC in this summer season.

I went to do my eyebrows and i approached the reception where the owner was sitting. She didnt greet me at all or even looked at me when i opened the door. I continued approaching her and mentioned that i had an appointment.. still i had no reaction and she simply ignored me .. until on staff came from the other side of the room to attend to me ..She did my eyebrows and was nice and attentive..We went back to the reception where the owner was there for the payment and again .. exactly the same treatment.. not even looked at me or greeted me ..It is simply so rude and unprofessional to treat her costumer the way she did to me ..I was happy with the service but unfortunately i wont be coming back for the level of the costumer service showed by the owner .. i was explained over the phone that i can have my eyebrows done by her as she is more professional for an extra 20 aed and thank god i did not ..

The girl who attended me was genial and pleasant. What a total nightmare the owner is. Very unpleasant experience. Called in to check her services in advance, charged me almost double that.Poor service, would not recommend them at all. Poor range of choice too.Word of advice Ms Marjan, dont cheat people who want to be your customers.

The salon is dirty with ants everywhere. The sitting chairs are dirty. The nail polish was watery and came out the second I got home. Disappointed with the hygiene and the products. Would not recommend. Not great service either (went for a pedicure) - never again.

Its a small set up in jlt. Good service. But I had a bit communication problem my hairdresser Fatima was Arabic speaking only. And the other also werent too fluent in English. But once I went back for a hair wash. Norah assisted me. She was experienced and I really loved the look she created. Also I was charged more for having longer hair than 16 inch hair. That is thedouble the price.

Very very bed service. No SMS for booking confirmation, once there they destroyed my hair with several hair colors I was having orange, blond and brown hair after they finished. When the owner noticed the mess she just run instead of fixing until the moment I threatened her to Complain About the damage she caused, she came back and tried to fix it. I trusted them, I wanted a change and I ended up crying... Never take the risk to go there very unprofessional.

Had the most awful experience with the owner of the salon who was rude and obnoxious. After accepting the Groupon voucher she demanded for more payment. STRONGLY advise everyone to desist from using their services.

WORSTt experience ever!!! I booked appointment on Thursday for Saturday.. i reached there and i was told none of the services i booked can be done due to the master availability... on top that they kept insisting on doing keratine before highlights... Since when a salon OBLIGATE a customer what the customer doesnt want to do??End up leaving.. they wasted my time and within 2 days of booking i was never informed they wouldnt be able to perfom.MARJAN HAS NO RESPECT TOWARDS PEOPLE S TIME

I could have gotten a decent hair trim of 5 inches with hair wash, blow dry and straightening iron for 20 aed rather than paying 59 plus 30 aed ( because there is extra charge based on hair length-mind you they say it was on a promo) ... or i would rather watch you tube videos and do it myself... i swear it is not worth it. Never again

No matter what never enter this salon the lady over there started pushing me and locked me inside the salon and was not letting out, I had to run away when she took a phone call all this was after I paid through Groupon. Please be careful from the people out there and please try to get this comment to the top so that everyone can know what happened

I got my hair blow dried today and added curls. Even in the saloon I was not happy with the completed look.I had to ask two of the girls to help me . I got it done at 7 pm and at 9pm, it did not even look as if I had got it curled. I was supposed to attend an event and I went there just to get my hair curled.Very disappointed with the result.

I booked an appointment one day in advance and the day of my appointment thanks god I called before heading to the salon to know that my appointment was cancelled by them for no reason and they didn’t even update me

I called and taken appointment for keratin and went there, she told me no appointment for you. It’s ok I think she forgot to write down appointment details. Finally she told me keratin lotions and things out of stock . Then why she gave me appointment for keratin .

Very unprofessional ppl....called them to get an appointment with them.....but they dont entertain... Will call you back is everytime they say and dont honour their words...

For a small cosy salon the staff is really professional and friendly they listen to you and I wasn’t happier with the keratine and trim specially with the great prices

I went there for facial wax and left with about 50% of hair still there...they use succar and it didnt remove all the hair!too bad i was gone when i realised that

One of the worst salon’s, not even one of the worst.. it is the WORST salon i went to in Dubai! Slow and rude manager, one rude staff called jenin.Very disappointed

Disgusting place, I went to do the lashes. They don’t know how to do it!! She started to put lashes on eyes with mascara!!!! She said ‘I don’t have wipes’!!! How come??!!!
