Marolina Beauty Center - Al Barsha

Did my natural hena here in Eid April 2024. Service was great. They asked to serve me water/coffee/tea but I was fasting(Ramadan). Hena artist ‘Mumtaz’, was sweet & professional. She precisely drew hena for me to match the picture I showed her.The salon is located in TIME Asma hotel ground floor. You can park in the hotel’s parking.

First time I go to Marolina Beauty center and Ive been delighted by the place the welcome from Doreen and her service but most importantly by the quality of the massage. Very professional ladies who took care of me and my friend. I can only and warmly recommend Marolina Beauty center who offers also all the beauty treatments you might need at a very convenient price. Thank you to the all the team.

I had an amazing massage with Fulla today! One of the best massages I’ve experienced in Dubai, so professional. She knew exactly the points in my muscles where I had pain and worked on it. Thank you so much!

First visit, and I really liked the service from Fulla. She was quite patient with my facial, cleaning my pores, and the neck/shoulder massage relieved the pain I had been carrying for months. The service was better than I had expected. Will recommend if anyone is looking for a facial or a massage.

I want to sincerely thank Bano for her incredible professionalism and patience during my massage session. Being pregnant, I deeply appreciated how attentive she was to my comfort and needs. Her technique was not only relaxing but also made me feel safe and well cared for throughout the session.In addition the meni- pedi ladies Lisa and Lili also were amazing.

I had amazing services honestly and its not my first time in this spa ,but I see and heard something very bad for the management or the owner their staff suffering in secret the way that Lady ,Shes from China I think she look like the owner or manager the way she treat the staff is very bad very disrespectfullyAnd one of my friend also told me the staff they dont receive their salary at the good time like normal everytime she delay their payment and my friend he work for the Government and he promise he will report them because nobody can now about ,the staff they are very polite and once you in the salon she show you shes nice and shes not

Clean new salon, friendly staff. But services not what professional. Okay massage was good, nothing special. DEEP facial not even steamed face, no abrasive machine polishing, only couple of masks and laying waiting for therapist to return. Came home and wife found still dirty pores. Moroccan bath was okay, but very cold steam not enough. Pedicure was awful I noticed when worn my shoes something wrong. Found toe nails corners uncut..

Amazing saloon , very friendly staff all smiling and offering their assistance . I did mani and pedi gelish twice it was great and clean and professional . I tried their Thai massage it’s supper amazing and done the right way reminded me of my vacation in Thailand were all massage centers are super pro…would always visit the saloon and I recommend it .

Nene from Thailand is possible the best masseuse in Dubai. She adds in a fantastic head detox and foot reflexology along with yoga stretches as sort of the 1-hour massage. Worth every penny!

Such a good salon! The first time i tried this place out i got my hair done and the haircut turned out AMAZING, omar did an amazing job. The service is also a 10/10, the receptionist is a sweetheart, always making sure i was comfortable and offering tea, water, coffee and more. The interior is also very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.

The services were very good. I felt truly pampered, and the ladies that took care of me were great.I definitely recommend the salon. I can’t wait to come back.

It’s not a fancy place but the staff are so welcoming. My brother booked for me a massage and mani pedi at this place. The massage therapist ( Fulla) was so good. Before starting the massage I had pain in every muscle but she removed all this pain. It’s quite easy to find this place and there is available parking. Will for sure be back.

I love my time spent at Marolina to have my nails done.They have a cool setup to do nails, or massage and hair. The ambiance is chill and quiet. Mumtaz is great with manning the reception. Lily and Fallah was great with my nails. I of course recommend mumtaz and TG for the massage. Water and coffee or tea is serve to make your experience worthwhile. Overall satisfied. Il be back for my monthly scheduled massage and all other self TLCS. LOVE marolina! ❤️😘

Worst experience ever!!! Do not go here!!! Poor service!!! Poor timing!!! Not worth the money!!!We searched for a couples spa, we wanted a Hammam and a body massage..this came up as a reasonable price..i then gave them a call to confirm the price and to ask if this would be a couples experience so hammam and massage in the same room togeather they said yes and we’d have 2 people working on us..we were told hammam would be for 1 hour and massage would be 1 hour..we booked in for 5-7pm..we got to the spa and were give a room to get changed and taken into the hammam area and I realised we only had 1 person giving us the hammam so one of us had to keep waiting for the lady to work on us and whilst we were waiting we were getting cold as the hammam marble table was not Evan heated…we were then taken into separate massage rooms and were told we could not have the massage in the same room..that was disappointing as we wanted a couples experience and were not told this over the phone..my massage lady called Natasha was lovely made me feel comfortable but I feel she was a little rough exfoliating me in the hammam as I now have cuts on my shoulder area and she was very rough when massaging me and she kept talking to me so this wasn’t a relaxing experience there was no relaxing music in the background so the ambience was just not there..I don’t think the girls are professionally trained and experienced in giving massages..your suppose to feel relaxed but I felt the opposite after the massage..my massage was suppose to be 1 hour long it started at 6.10pm and finished at 6.52pm so 20mins cut of the massage…I was then taken into the room my husband was in and his massage had only just started..so his massage was nearly 1 hour late..I then went to complain to reception and the lady said there was a Employee that hadn’t come In today so they were running late..they could have informed us but didn’t…I believe when you have a booking yes things sometimes don’t go to Plan but being over an hour late is too much especially when you have a child at home..and this was booked so I don’t think this is a professional place at all..I then had to wait for my husband to have his massage which he wasn’t happy with either as he had to wait over an hour..he was waiting around after hammam getting cold too..we both then complained to reception we were were told this was the best price there was nothing to compensate us for the bad experience I will be complaining to the owner will not be going back there again! We paid 600 dirams for a unprofessional Hammam and massage which works out to be over a £100 fromWhere we are from and it’s just not worth it and feel it’s well over priced to what we got as we could have got better back in the uk

Actually a genuine and great place for massage. Tige from Ethiopia gave the best massage. Genuine place and no funny business. A lot of women customers came for hair dressing.

I visited Marolina for the first time and I had a great experience! The staff was very kind and Omar my hairdresser did a great job in hairstyling! I will definitely return!

Want to highlight the poor management. My technician wasnt using sanitised tools unless I stopped her and asked to work in a safe and proper way. Place was full of dust because of the maintenance, so we were required to wear face masks. Plus, they have an additional charge for normal polish, which usually other salons do without any questions after ur hygiene manicure is done. I refused to get the polish as I saw cheap brands of the products, which is not worth applying even if it will be free.

One of the best salon for hair and beauty services with professional and friendly staff. The staff is amazing and always try to give bestest services.Since the time i visited there first, i have been regularly visiting. Since the salon is a new one i personally love the ambience and groupon deals

One of the worst massage experiences I had in in Dubai... or anywhere else for that matter. First time I tried to book for my Groupon voucher, I was told no Groupon after 5pm. When I showed them that the voucher specifically showed 10am to 10pm, reluctantly I was given a booking at 6pm.Finally visited Marolina the second week of December, I was told that I can only have this Ethiopian therapist ONLY, even though they had confirmed that heir Therapists re from Thailand, a more massage savvy country, on the phone. Apparently, not all therapists are available to Groupon customers and there is only 2 therapist they assign to lovely Groupon customers and only one is at the Spa that day. So, take it or leave it. And I wanted to give the therapist the benefit of the doubt but it turned out she knew nothing about massage therapy, basic human anatomy. For one hour she put more and more oil on me and done. Never and nowhere I had such an awful massage and I felt robbed at the end of it. Stay away from Marolina at Asma Time Hotel. I dont know what it is but certainly NOT A SPA.

I had an amazing experience - had spa treatment by Nana (the best, love it), had neck pain, then i felt so better afterwards, plus I had mani pedi by Mumtaz.. Superb service!

I often take advantage of Groupon discount coupons at this location. The masseuse is knowledgeable, and their manicure and pedicure services are exceptionally well-performed.

On time , great hair experience, the lady that did my hair is very accurate and patient, loved the service definitely will be coming back 🤍

I went in for a massage and while changing clothes the african masseuse with long braids kept opening the door without any respect for my privacy. When I pointed it out to her, she was rude and arrogant.

Would never recommend… very poor service and unprofessional… unaware how to apply gel polish and when informed the lady said it would be ok after the top coat and clearly it was not… took almost three hours for a gel mani pedi… only one staff was available…. Would never recommend this place ever….
