My experience at the salon was amazing. First of all, the salon is very close to me, and the place is clean and well-organized. The staff are very kind and professional. I requested a new look, and the hairdresser, Audai, suggested a dark color with contouring highlights. I absolutely loved the color, the cut, and the overall hairstyle. As for the prices, they are similar to other salons in Dubai.

Super disappointed!! Wouldn’t recommend!!I went in and said that I have a classpass booking on the name Stefanie for a trim and even pointed on my phone- they nodded and took me on to wash my hair etc. so after the treatment I said goodbye and left. The next day they chased me down (I stayed in a hotel nearby) telling that I hadn’t paid (super embarrassing I was with a friend) and took me in for payment. In the end I had to pay double because they didn’t point out that I didn’t have a classpass booking with them. So I also missed the real booking around the corner. For me that’s really bad service- I also should had double check. But usually I feel it’s normal to point out that the customer doesn’t have a booking and not let them pay double….I definitely don’t recommend this store - the communication is so bad and in the blowout was super rough too!

I was so disappointed, I came specifically for the arabic female hairstylist but they told me she isnt here anymore, and a salon like this in a huge hotel should have an arab female hairstylist, I did a blow dry with 150 AED and it was totally a mess in the first hour while I am still in my room and didnt go out yet in the humidity. The Filipino girl who did my hair didnt divide it equally and she did it randomly in a horrible way.

Median is the best. He cuts hair very well and does the best blow dry.

Was a lovely experience. I was greeted by a charming lady receptionist Jen. Tootsi and Maddy were gentle and professional washing and combing out my hair. Radwan so charming and genuine and gave me a lovely professional and quality haircut exactly as I requested. A good, very clean, nicely situated and peaceful salon. The people working in a salon can make or break an experience as people are in a vulnerable state. A stranger touching your hair needs a certain grace to bring peace and calm and the team are kind, gentle and gracious. Also good prices. Very happy with that too! So thank you all again. I will be back!

I have been visiting Marwan and Radwan Saloon for the past 16 years in Abu Dhabi, finally they are now open in Dubai! They are expert with hair coloring/ highlights / hair treatments/ hair styling. And the most important is how clean and sterilized the saloon is , off course with there amazing team .

They are so kind to the customers, they always reply to instagram and WhatsApp messages even though they have over 100K followers. I did hair treatment and its of a very high quality, no smell or chemical vapor, and my hair is silky smooth. The value for money is so worth it. 👌

I have a short hair, wanted to have a shave upto an inch from the back and full hair the rest, however I ended up having most of my haid shaved. I wanted short hair, ended up with the worst pixie hair, also the remaining hair left was badly styled, somehow ending up more fizzy then my own.

From my first visit to the salon in 2013 to today, not once, thank God, have I complained about any service I did in the salon, and most importantly the positive energy after finishing and leaving the salon... The staff are all professional and skilled in their work. Customer satisfaction is their first priority. The prices are very excellent compared to other places. Of course, I extend all my thanks to Brother Radwan over these years. I wish the brothers success and success because they deserve it.

To be honest, the reception was nice and tasteful, but the service I wish was less than a star. I applied extension eyelashes and my real eyelashes fell out and there were huge gaps in my eyes!!!Basically, I installed it wrong and went back to adjust it regardless. The eyes are not the same, but my eyelashes have fallen out and the installation was wrong!!

I went to the salon and we were greeted by the owner of the salon and her hair style. To be honest, their style is beautiful and their morals are high. She asked me to do a light hair dye and she said to me, “Okay, what do you do?” I asked her if it ruins the hair and she said to me, “No, you use materials that don’t ruin the hair.” I said, “Ok, do it for me,” and because of the hair dye, it fell out a lot, and she told me that it didn’t lighten the hair for her to turn white, and she must go back. You dyed it a dark color, and in the end the hair became rough to the touch, a lot of it fell out, and the color of the dye was not uniform. The bill was 1990 Saudi riyals, so I do not advise anyone to go and dye their hair with them.

I went to the salon and the treatment was very tasteful, starting with the owner of the salon, Radwan, very classy. I did my hair and makeup in the section for veiled women with a Syrian girl named Ola. Her style is very honey and the makeup is really amazing. I sincerely thank all the girls who have Rose Mady and Tutsi, and God willing, I will deal with everything that comes from Egypt to Dubai. With them

I did my hair with ombré blonde in the veiled section, and I am a professional artist. The teacher is really great, her name is Ola. I advise you to go and try her color technique. She also made me something called Caviar Cream, which made my hair very soft.
