I visited the salon after recommended from a friend. I was struggling to find a good salon in Dubai, and wow! I am in love with all services I had done. Ranjana done an incredible job on my nails, eyebrow threading was quick and perfect, my pedicure by I believe Pormina, was perfect…I ended up adding a wash and blow dry on because the services were amazing. Thank you girls, will now be a regular to this salon 💕💅🏻

What a joke!It’s been weeks now since I got my lashes from here. I thought it’s just mild irritation and will go away, but now my eyes are twice the size, hurts very bad. Can’t even blink. Worse think you can do is to go to this salon. And that Indian lash technician!I got my my lashes done from that so called lash tech.She is obviously some relative of the receptionist. Clearly this lash tech (I shouldn’t even call her a lash tech) she has no experience and she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing.She took 4.5 hours for a set and glued chunks of lashes on my eyelid instead of my lashes and it was all over the place. Some towards the right side and random ones going to the opposite side.It was pretty clear she is a beginner who should be in training.Even her technique was so unprofessional. She would uncomfortably put her hand infront of my nose and I had to tell her to move her hand many times because I couldn’t breathe.After 4.5 hours, once she was done I had the biggest shock of my life.I have never seen such a horrible job. And her relative receptionist couldn’t stop taking her side and kept saying oh you don’t have natural lashes!Do you seriously think people are blind?And the audacity! When I asked her to just simply remove my lashes because “filling in more lashes” won’t fix the lashes that are stuck on my eyelid.She proceeded to say “we will not be accepting your future bookings”AS IF! Anyone would want to come to ruin their eyes. They didn’t even bother apologizing once. Not even once!!! So shameful!And this girl doesn’t even know how to do a removal. And didn’t care at all it’s hurting me.I left half way through the removal.I don’t understand what kind of cheap products they use.If you don’t wanna end up in the hospital don’t go there.

I come here regularly for my hair colour and blow dryd. They are very professional and helpful. Nora is the best.

Nice place specially for haircuts. Got my daughter’s haircut done.If buying a voucher please ensure you inform them while making a booking. Vouchers not valid from Thursday-Sundays.

The star is only for the stuff... The ladies are very nice, specifically Tina “ the hairdresser. She is the best and I used to go to the salon only for her great work, but the salon is very old and needs lots of renovation 😒… It is full of insects 😱.. See the photos 😱

Tina was amazing. I loved her. She had cut my hair a few weeks ago and this time colored it and she did the whole thing. She did an perfect job ❤️

Terrible customer service.i purchased the voucher on Groupon and terms shows valid time is all week 9am-9pm. But after puchasing i tried to book appointment i was informed that cannot use and only on Tuesday and Wednesday. I think this is issue between Merchant and Platform, if you post it you should do it. Otherwise this is fraud to customers. What I got is “to talk with Groupon”. TBH waste too much time on it.. and good mood

The worst salon i ever went to, they arent professional at all. If you ask someone a question, all the staffs would interfere and answer you. The quality of work is too low, if you tell them i dont like it, they start convincing its nice without changing it. Im too upset for giving such review, but i had too. They did jel to my legs without even cleaning it. They did such bad nails and didnt want to fix it. I urge everyone to think twice before going to marys salon.

I have been coming to Mary Beauty Salon parlor from the past 10 years . I have been coming here for hair services, Mani Pedi,Facials. They are good in all aspects , being well organized , good service,reasonable pricing.All staff members are friendly and well behaved, they know thier jobs.This Saloon is very much recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 star because i cant give any lower than that… the biggest issue is with the receptionist who cannot manage to address clients and their time properly.. she could totally waste your time and wouldn’t even feel sorry about it… forget about being greeted nicely… this was the second time that I had the same experience with her… the services offered are average which your could get anywhere else as well in the area… i would rather order for services at home than going to them again…

Ive been going to Mary Salon for 4 years. Ive not been able to find a better salon so far. Tina, their hairdresser is magical and transformational. Sara is equally competent ; her eyeslash extentions are the most natural & long lasting. I also highly recommend them for gelish nails and other services. Very affordable and professional.

Terrible. Zero customer service, they talked to the customer with “Go and do this”, no any “please” or kindness/politeness.Very dirty the eyelash section, they don’t sanitize after each customer, dirty floor with old eyelashes, messy cosmetic bed with old sheet full of spots from other previous customers.The eyelash employee, Sara, was very Rude with me and it’s not the first time when I encounter her rude behavior, my mistake for giving her a second chance.I don’t recommend it at all and I will report it to DHA!

The Indian receptionist (Babita) is very rude, I rescheduled my appointment to 3:00 PM and she told me its okay. When I came my technician already was with another client and they told me its because I rescheduled my appointment. Why did they reschedule if the technician was full!!!!! I had to wait extra time when I had an appointment!!! Terrible service, they need to learn how to give appointment and how to speak with customer. Not recommended

I did my nail extension there. They did an amazing job. Babitha at the reception was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend. Very happy with the service.

Very rude staff.Went for hair wash and gel polish, and the lady was very arrogant and rude. I walked out of the salon without getting all services.Disappointing and disgusting behavior.

Lashes are good, but there’s no professionalism. I came on time to my appointment and they told me I need to wait 30-45 min because they were still working on someone else. I confirmed my appointment 30 min before coming in which they could have informed me of this issue and asked if I’d like to come later or reschedule. I’d rather reschedule than wait 45 min after a long day. Staff is inconsiderate of their customers.

No thrills neighborhood shop does excellent work, and came recommended by a well-groomed friend who has lived here for years. These ladies are great. Love my eyelash extensions from Sarah and my mani-pedi w footscub left my digits smooth and trim. I’m picky about service and results, but not the setting. Very good value at reasonable prices.

Its as bad as it could get.1) nail extension cane off within 5 days2) I still have them a benefit of doubt and visited for hair color which I thought was ok.... Story to be continued3) visited them again for eyebrows and the woman did a horrible job and ruined it.Coming back to the hair color, my mother noticed greys at the back of my head in roots today, which is when I decided to write this review.It is a waste of time and money. Nora told me that business is not good and now I can understand why!! Please do not waste your time,money and efforts at this salon

The receptionist named Babita is very rude. I rescheduled my appointment and when I came my technician was with another person. They told me its because I rescheduled ! Then why would you reschedule my appointment if the technician is occupied ?!!!! Babita was eating KFC when telling me rudely that I still had to wait when I actually came on time. Terrible customer service and rude staff.

Went to try the salon for eyelashes two weeks ago and amazingly my lashes are still good. The lady who did mine was sarah and she was very polite and did what i asked for the length and thickness. Whats more good is the price! Its affordable and worth the try. Will definitely go back again. I Just hope that theres an option for refill in their promo. Also i would like to comment about the other staff as while i was inside the lashes room there were those staff arguing about something and they were shouting at each other and it was really disturbing and not very professional. I think the management should talk to their staff about it.

1st of all I had to wait 20 min for my appointment, although it was early morning. They decided to take another client before me.Lady who did waxing removed top layer of skin for me, I had to ask her to use gloves, she left some areas with hair. Please think many times before going to this salon

I did my lashes at Mary Salon, a week ago and it was beautiful, very safe and comfortable, took us about an hour and I am super happy with the results ! There was an offer and I only paid 99 Dirhams ! I am going there again for more services for sure 🔥

I recently had a manicure and pedicure at this salon, and it was a disappointing experience. There was no special table for the pedicure; instead, they brought a pot of water, which felt unprofessional. The salon itself wasn’t very clean, and the towels they used looked dirty. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.
