I was supposed to give review longback but today when a visited someother salon then I realised that you have given best service comparing to other salon in international city. Thank you so much making me to recollect your service. Hopefully i visit your services very soon again

Been going to Massa ladies Salon for years and never been disappointed with the work they do and how friendly the staff is.Really apprieciate all the ladys at Massa ladies Salon for always making my visit a comfortable and pleasant experience

I had been going to here for almost 1.5 years and never encountered any problems.However around in May I went there with the expectations of receiving the same professional services but instead AED 500 got stollen from my wallet while I was having a face mask.They promised they will look into the matter but they never did.I never wanted to post any reviews as I considered probably someone there was in a very disparate need for the money and probably did that act in a very low point in their life but a friend of mine went there last week and asked them what happened of the money and they blamed me by informing her that it was my mistake and my husband had taken the money out of my wallet without my concent and I went I went to the parlor to apologise to them for blaming them.This is totally bongus.This false accusation made me go over the edge and post this review.

Pathetic service. I got my eyebrows, upper lips threaded and half face wax done by bushra and I have injuries all over my face. My chin is burnt and I have severe thread cuts on my eyebrows and upperlips. Not professional and not trained. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Cute-sized salon with all services available. Staff was v friendly, focused on me until the end! Colored my hair to utmost satisfaction! Will definitely come back again!

They are using the cheap product will cause skin damage. I would say that no one should go to this parlor to spoil their skin.

The staffs are so good and experienced. Im so happy and satisfied with the services. Nissa, Simran & Sonita provide excellent services.

The first time you enter the salon, they ask for money from you as if you are going to run awaySecondly, the salon is not clean, and the tools are not clean and do not sterilizeThird, not good at cutting
