I had called them before coming to file my nails and I reached at 9.15, even though the close at 9.30 they did not go the extra mile to accommodate a quick nail filing. I was a first time client.. obviously not going again.

Extremely disappointed with my hair color experience. Opted for blue and they used a very low quality brand for the color and wont even tell me which brand they used on me. My hair is damaged. Rude staff and bad service.

These people advertise a package and if you go there the staff tells you different price. they are working on commission basis may be so they try to hike up the price. not recommended.
