Unfortunately, despite that the salon looks professional overall I really dont recommend that you do your lashes extension there! I now have an infection in my eyes.Ive done my extension 3 days ago with lashes artist Eliss. During the session I complained about the fact that the glue is burning my eyes. In fact, the lashes artist is adding several tape to the lids that its open the patients eyes and allows the glue (or glue vapor) to enter the eyes. I suffered all along the session and I had red eyes and pain after the session.Following my visit, I received a survey link and I explained this to the salon. FYI, Ive been doing extensions regularly for 7 years now and I know that its a practice in Dubai to put tape on the eyes, but even if it makes the work easier, it shouldnt affect the comfort of the client. This time, it was not done properly as Ive never had this much pain in any other salon…Also, In the end of the session I had to wait to take pictures before having the drops in my eyes... Confort of the client should come FIRST!!1 day ago, I receive an answer for the owner informing me that for her its totally normal to have red eyes (see photos) and that I should have drops and It will go after few days...Ladys, Im telling you! If you have red eyes after a lashes extensions this is ABSOLUTELY NOT normal ! Its 7 years that I do extension and I will not do so If it was with this pain and even more... affecting my health!!! The glue is maybe a bad quality or the lashes artist making it easier for her but not confortable for the client, but this is NOT NORMAL !!The salon had ZERO consideration for my complaint and health!After 3 days now, IM STILL IN PAIN! I went to the pharmacy and I have antibiotic drops to have several times a day as I have an infection....!IF THIS IS A NORMAL PRACTICE FOR THIS SALON.... IT IS NOT Im telling you!!Run away ! (for Lashes extensions) !

Ive been a regular customer of Cristina for years, even before she started her business. Recently, Gulea did an excellent job with my lash extensions. Im also grateful to Cristina for the amazing eyebrows she shaped for me two years ago. People still ask me about them. Highly recommend this salon for their skilled team and outstanding service!

So this is my 4th visit; I had an appointment of lashes first at 12pm then I wanted to add facial as the owner Cristina highly recommend it last swiping in which was scheduled at 10am on the 26th. So I confirmed appointment and showed on time. Started the facial which was the WORST facial I ever had; it’s a deep cleansing and guess what it’s all manual! Not a machine or other pointy equipment it was done by hand then a pointy tool which wasn’t applied on my nose! I literally died! And on top of all of this there was a red spots all over my face from the pimple which should calm down but didn’t. Want to know THE WORST PART? After I finished my facial; the recipients said I quote “ oh Cristina won’t be able to come today she’s not feeling well, she was on the way but she couldn’t make it due to sushi from the day before and asked me to cancel all her morning appointment” SERIOUSLY ?! My house is located in downtown Sharjah I won’t come +60km to very nasty facial only!! Why was the customer wasn’t informed earlier ?! My appointment with Cristina is at 12pm! She canceled in the morning and I was informed after the very painful facial!! The therapist recommended these products which I wanted to refund because honestly a deep cleansing old school facial and recommendations as per the therapist (vet affordable prices are lower than brands) total bill was 1015DHS!!!!!! Of course dispute the products being sealed refund or exchange wasn’t acceptable; so I tried the hydrating cream which says 24hrs moisturising but only lasted me less than 5 hrs.

Thank you nana for the best deep cleaning facial I have ever had. You have a customer for life!I’m editing this post to add that I came back the next day to get my eyelash extensions done and Gulya did a set of classic lashes for me and what can I say? I am amazed by how beautiful they look! Thank you Gulya, your work is perfection, I’m definitely coming back.

I just had my lashes done by the incredible beautician Gulya, and let me tell you, they look amazing with the 2D extensions. She is very patient and make you feel relax so that the result can be great. Plus, the receptionist Amrita was super cool and made me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in. This is THE SALOON every girl/woman should try honestly. The staff are super friendly, cooperative&professional. Owner is always there, working hand in hand with the technicians, she is very helpful and got the right attitude to handle requests and management. Place is clean, calm&comfy atmosphere. Every time I get my nails done there I get asked by random people in malls, restaurants about them, they even take photos! I enjoy the result for a long time and look forward to my next visit and next design. Tried also the brow lamination and amongst all the places I have been to, this is by far the best result, natural and soft, lasts long, they did it fast and i didn’t have to stay long in the saloon, after a month my eyebrows didn’t get harsh, dry or thin. Hi everyone just want to share my experience with MC beauty loungeWell, I have been Doing my eyelash extension with Christina almost 3 years, and I was really happy with her services But now she has a reason to stop doing eyelash extension services. They should recommend me eyelash extension technician Margo she said she’s great, so by Cristina’s recommendation I tried to do my eyelash extension with Margo to be honest I was nervous because I used to do my lashes only with Christina such a long time but once she done my lashes I was gladly surprised it was amazing ask Christine I used to do my lashes and now almost 2 months they still stay great I’m really happy. Also the stuff is so kind they always provide with great service always serve coffee with sweets i’m quite happy with the service and the beauty lounge thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️

I just went there this morning at 10am for 2D lashes. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcomed as I did at this place. Sally was rude and talking about me to her colleague right in front of me after I asked about their lashes. This is unacceptable.I also hate the look lashes. The 2D look is terrible and the set is incomplete. There isn’t one on the side and the shape looks terrible. I paid 363aed which is WAY more than I’ve paid and far worse overall.I would have expected much better from a salon like this with many followers and people going there for quality services. Spend your money elsewhere ladies.

A ZERO STARI did microblading with Christina i regret it she messed up with my eyebrows.-Very dark shade that turned to gray-not symmetrical the shape the eyebrow were like two different shape.-STRICTLY DONT PAY ANY DEPOSITS FOR ANY SERVICE IN THIS CENTER, cause i paid in advance for two microblading sessions and when i saw the result and asked for the other session money i had to FIGHT to get it back, and manager said we invested that money in the salon but thankfully got it back, just pay for what u think u will 100% do.-i don’t recommend them very UNPROFESSIONAL for handling their MISTAKES after discussing with Christina (THE OWNER AND THE EYEBROW ARTIST)! what she did to my eyebrows and after changing her mind 100 times she said it’s your skin mistake either (dry or oily)!-now i’m paying for another artist to remove Christina’s MISTAKES and draw again so im paying 3x more for something i could of done from the first time. Anyway ladies choose wisely specially when it comes to something permanent, cause this center apparently they only care about MONEY once u done with the service and they got their money they DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I’ve been using Christina for many years for brows and lashes and have loved watching her start her own salon and grow and grow. She trains all her staff to her high levels and I won’t go anywhere else for lashes and brows. People always comment on my microbladed eyebrows that were done by her and topped up over the years. Elize now does my lashes and they are always spot on to whichever style I chose each time.

The stylists are very attentive, the work is of high quality and I always leave satisfied with the results and of course I am very pleased with the service of the cosmetologist Narine, nowhere has anyone done such a facial cleansing as she did .... attention, care and the result is gorgeous 😍😘 love this two professional girls!!! The first thing that doesnt suit me might suit someone else (unfortunately, I had eyelashes extensions done with them, and I showed the specialist a picture and she gave me a completely different shape, and the eyelashes are plastic, not from you, and they fall off quickly, not for their price 👎🏼As for me, the manicure gel was not precise, as there was a gap between my nails and the installation gel, and the pedicure gel showed her a shape and asked her to do a French manicure, and she started to make a shape of her head, neither the shape nor the color I wanted.Frankly, I will never go back and I regret leaving them

I had a mechanical facial cleansing with Narine. I have quite a lot of experience visiting cosmetologists, so it’s straight to the point: delicate, tactful, pleasant, professional. This is the only cosmetologist who cleans with his hands millimeter by millimeter. And it really cleanses pores deeply. While preparing the face for cleansing, I asked about all the health conditions (in order to prevent allergies). The cleaning was carried out very efficiently, there were no traces or damage to the face. I was more than pleased with the result.
