I had high expectations when I visited for a hair spa treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although I had purchased a package and decided to give it another chance after three visits, this will be my last time. During the blow-drying, my hair got caught in the dryer, and the stylist ended up pulling at it to try and free it. The result was severe tangling, and she had to cut my hair to resolve it because I suggested it because her pulling it was just hurting me more and for sure weakening the roots. Should have some common sense and experience I am traumatized . Moreover, when I suggested her on the previous visits to dry my hair by segmenting instead of making it frizzy by the technique she’s using everyone has different hair texture and style a stylist should learn how to adapt accordingly she was offended and claimed to have 4 years experience.Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be returning.

I have been coming to Meraki since I moved to Dubai last year. Jenny and Wilma are absolute professionals and complete their work with utmost passion and perfection. The gel manicures, blow drys and Dr Renauld’s facial by Jenny are a must try. The ambience with the new interiors is also absolutely amazing. Do try it out ladies!

The WORST experience!I went to this place from a friend recommendation but clearly, unless youre a blogger, the service and attention given to you is very poor!I went during EID time on June 2019 and the place was quite crowded but I had still taken an appointment in advance. I had booked for many services as I was preparing myself for my wedding and the ladies knew it.However, the 2 ladies working at that time were accepting every client that was entering without appointment and were asking me to wait more!Result : I waited 1 hour and a half before starting my services, my express facial took 2 hours, and so on! I came to the parlor at 3PM and left at 12AM !!!! The indian lady was somehow trying to manage services that she wasnt trained for (blowdrying, manicure, pedicure) but the Philippino lady was really rude and getting frustrated at me because I couldnt wait for her until she finished another unplanned client visits hairstyle!She then tried to finish my nail extensions very fast so she could leave and the end result was really really disappointing!!They had also not informed me at all about their temperature discount that was going on at that time, which I got to know the next day, after paying a non-discounted price!I was really disappointed overall and keep a very bad memory of those services! A beauty lounge is supposed to relax you but this one was only frustrating !

Very good and professional service. Jenny is fantastic! The place is also kept clean and neat. This is my go-to salon for mani-pedi, waxing and hair keratin treatment.
