Semi permanent make up experience into disaster, totally forgettable name of your semi permanent makeup artist/technician, she needs more training, I need to go to the derma clinic and another technician from another salon who is more knowledgeable and she did mention the damaged and repair did to mine now, its better to ask for a copy of certificate of training before heading and speeding, not worth a penny. Maybe what best from them is the eyebrow treading.

Hideous Filipina staff attitude, told her that its painful when shes doing my pedicure, she replied thAt my callous are thick with angry face. She even stretching her arms acting she got exhusted doing it. Perhaps its About time for her to retire and enjoy life along with her gold necklaces.

A very nice place with amazing and professional staff. Great service for a great price!!! Its been almost a week and my Pedicure still looks and feels amazing.

What a rude filipina hair stylist. We did not get her name but she was so disrespectful. We had haircut last Jan 30 night time. She doesn’t even know how to cut . We asked straight she did curved. We requested for the style she told us to shut up and let her do her job. I WILL NEVEE RECOMMEND THIS SALON AGAIN TO MY FRIENDS!

I only go to this salon to do my threading as recommended by my colleagues at work. Grace is amazing for eyebrow threading.The only bad thing is that there are days when we cant book appointment for Ms. Grace as it is a busy day.

The outcome was actually nice but the staff are not so professional. No words or explanation on what color they will use on my hair, if you asked questions the hairdresser will get offended and have said a lot of words that will make you feel uncomfortable.

This salon is not a first come first serve. The service is from high paying customer to low paying customer. I was waiting for my turn for haircut (which i was waiting for an hour now) when a new customer came for hair coloring, once the staff done with the haircut she told me that she need to do the hair coloring of the new comer before she do my hair cut. I told her that a haircut wont took an hour to finished but a hair color will took more time and i was here first. But i was told that i need to wait bec that was the policy of the salon!!I complain in the front desk and i was told to wait bec i had no choice. 😡😡I leave bec im so irritated.a waste of time.

I booked an appointment today for eyebrow retouch. They confirmed at 10AM, I am already on my way and called the salon to inform them I am on my way and I was told no one can do it and cancelled me. I live 40KM away from this salon and commuting. This is very inconvenient that I had to wake up early for my appointment and already on my way just to know I am cancelled. Very disappointing! Very unacceptable and unprofessional.

This places services are good and low priced for sure, but they need to clean it up, get a new couch, and chat less between them while working on clients

It’s entertaining to be in this salon with the mixed cultures. The Chinese hairdresser is very funny, very opinionated but makes you feel like you are around family. The place has affordable prices and can accommodate walk ins.

Im not satisfied at all with the services , i went there for a hair cut + blow dry and ironing + manicure they didnt do it properly at all . My hair look like a mess and the manicure is another sad thing its a mess . They have a bad attitude they will refuse to do what u ask for i told the lady there that they didnt do my hair properly at well and they have to re do it she told me next time not now .Im sorry but u guys are not professional at all

Did basic manicure, the very next morning my nail paint came off. Substandard nail paint was used.Dont get tricked by the price. Unhappy! Didnt feel like i did a manicure.

Horrible attitude from the Chinese lady very rude and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. many customers complain on her inappropriate behavior and on top of that she is very rude. i hope the management reconsider her position at the salon.

Its just OK...As a customer, we want relaxing environment while doing any type of service for ourselves, its a kind of relaxation and pampering BUT staffs are too noisy talking with colleagues. Just concentrate for each every customer so that you can bring more clients. Just my thoughts and opinion.

Dear owner ,I want to complain, Last Thursday dated 20.12.2018, when i visited in your salon @ Barsha Branch for normal hair cutting , when she saw my hair she suggest me one products and its related to hair that price around 150 Dhs. & she said will free cut your hair, i said i dont want this products because i have allergy Just cut my hair, immediately she said your hair is curly so, will charge you 50 Dhs extra for Ironing + 30 Dhs. Hair cutting even she didnt comb my hair ( as my hair just wash & i came in your salon after 2 or 3 hours) for your knowledge with same hair i cut same salon in Mid July 18 that time they did same 1st they comb my hair + Stret+cutting they charge 30 Dhs only ,+ after 2 days i came i did Ironing as well with 80 Dhs, i dont under stand every time you are changing your price ? my friend also told me they are charging only 30dhs for any hair , i dont mind to pay more money , but should be something fair . When i came again ask your representative you change your price or what , same time your Chinese girl (Hair cutting & coloring) said to her, tell her do treatment , from beginning i told i have some allergy for chemical i cant do any thing now. but again same thing just only for gaining more your business , not fair , Please ask 1st customer , or Explain dont do like this.

You are not prioritised as a customer but as high or low paying customers.And if you give unsatisfactory feedback, they will not attend you properly, not even listen to you and would rather prefer to lose their customers.Highly unsatisfied with the service.

I went for eyelash perming and to say that I was HORRIFIED with the results is an understatement! I think Melanie over processed my lashes and I was left with double curled (s-shaped) lashes on the left eye and overlifted lashes on the right eye!This salon is also not a good place to relax and pamper yourself. The staff were gossiping, saying vulgar words in a screaming manner to beat the very loud music. I would say this is my worst salon experience. NEVER AGAIN.

Please hire someone better.Your new employees are unprofessional. 2 days back they did my haircut and they did worst and no words about eyebrow threading. Worst experience.

I went there 3 times for Meni pedi package.. First time I tried 3 girls.. The service is not very good especially the nail polish it doesnt look good and it comes out after 1 day.. They use very bad brand..

I didnt know this branch until a friend bought me here... I highly recommend this.. you have girls me time not to mention the staffs were friendly too... Keep it up

Good go-to place for low cost spa and salon needs. Grace is amazing for anything spa related and kudos to Jinky their upbeat receptionist.

Opening time is 10:00 am but I was waiting till 10:30 and it was not opened. What an unprofessional behavior...Nobody know how to do eyebrows threading and upper lips except 1 attendant, that’s strange...

Affordable, great sevice, long wait time especially during the weekend. I waited for 3 hrs to have my nails done.

Im going to this salon around 5 years for manicure and pedicure, Grace is the best, she is in Al Barsha branch.

Never take appointment of morning slots...They ll themselves come late n giggle out at you at ur face....Highly disappointed.....

Went there with appointment and when reach there on counter she told me that there is only customer here I called her several times before reaching that I am coming really unprofessional
