I tried the aqua head spa at the galleria branch, it was so relaxing and definitely worth trying!I also tried their pedicure, the technician Aisana was so gentle, she did a very neat job.Overall I enjoyed my experience, will visit again :)

After I visited this salon around 1 month ago. It’s showing on first photos that The way my gel polish nails removed after 1 day! And that was not all!!! almost I lost layers of my nails because of the way they removed my gel polish from nails! Under warm water I feel pain. My nails got infected. It’s about 1 month ago!!! I don’t know how long I have to wait to heal. I don’t need anything from this salon. I just want to show others what is the quality of this salon. Very unhappy. I thought it’s only bad quality and the gel gone after 1 day. But now I don’t know what to do? I just be worry about my nails my health. I was one of their customers. It did not happen before. But last visit in avenue mall made this issue on my nails.

The aqua head spa experience left me with a clean, healthy scalp. The products they used were of high quality. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Sheila.

I’ve been here over 10 times I tried their manicure and pedicure and blow dry and massage. The star is for the mani and pedi only! The massage is the worst and unprofessional at all they’ll ask you to relax then hand you a paper to sign and the therapist is lost. Their hair techniques think they’re always right. Also their therapist’s personal hygiene is poor and the place smells like food most of the time and you’ll face delay in the reception they’re very slow.I go there for my nails just because it’s convenient for me.

This is my first time here! i really loved the services specially the moroccan bath.(Khadijah - Nad alShiba branch) is the one who did it!! she is truly amazing & professional. She made the service 100 times better!!! I recommend this place & please ask for Khadijah shes the best

They used to be good, not anymore. I tried the makeup service for a wedding and it was bad. The makeup used is from SheGlam, the blending wasn’t good, they dont even have an eyelash curler (she said to use my own back at home). And this costs 600+.Had to fix at home again, and then go to the wedding and have people ask me whats wrong with my makeup. I paid for my own suffering. Very disappointing.

I’ve had great experiences at this salon in the past, especially with Susma, who provided an amazing Aqua Head Spa. However, my visit today at the Nad Al Sheba branch was disappointing. I went in hoping for the best treatment after my surgery to help me relax, as I mentioned to Samira, but the experience was really bad. The treatment with Samira was not as nice or effective as with Susma, and I had to wait a long time. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left frustrated. I hope the salon can address these issues for future.

I had the aqua head spa treatment with Sarmila. Wow … this was amazing! This has been one of the most relaxing experiences I have had in a long time. Not only that my hair feels amazing and the body massage was perfect. Sarmila is so friendly and very thoughtful. Amazing!

I did the Moroccan bath with Mrs. Khadijah, she and the service was the absolute best!Amazing and authentic technique, done with the most attention and care. Very very relaxing.Afterwards I was served Moroccan green tea and relaxed on the loungers.Amazing!

Nad Alsheba branch, aqua head spa1. The service was supposed to be relaxing, but the technician opened the door and had a loud conversation, which disturbed the experience.2. I had to ask for a bathrobe and slippers myself, which was frustrating.3. During the massage, I could feel the technicians nails, making it uncomfortable instead of relaxing.4. The pricing was unclear. The service was supposed to be 293 after discount, but I was charged 370.5. I didn’t ask for a back massage, but the technician did a few minutes of it, and I was charged for it.6. I feel very disappointed and upset with the whole experience.

The experience was very wonderful. I give it ten out of ten for the privacy and pampering in the head aqua massage. I really liked the employee Sarmila’s attention to the smallest details in the comfort of the customer.

I’m really frustrated with the pricing at MIA BELLA BEAUTY LOUNGE. I was told that a pedicure and manicure with color would be 168 AED, but when I asked for just the color without the cleaning, it was 115 AED.How does that make any sense? The cleaning takes way more time and effort, but somehow the difference in price is only 53 AED? It seems unreasonable and inconsistent. I left feeling very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I went to nad alsheba branch to get a hair treatment1) The call center gave me the price of 250dhs and I asked them about the price 3 times since my hair is long to make sure that the price is correct but they charged me around 400dhs, after arguing about the price & adding esaad discount they changed the price to 290dhs2)while washing my hair she gave me a quick shower my shirt was wet from the front & back side3) Mid appointment my hairstylist left & when i asked about her they told me that she went home4) The hairstylist gives false information about the treatment saying that aloe vera drys the hair when it doesn’t5) This process took way too long we went at 7:20 and left at 9:40 JUST FOR A HAIR TREATMENTOverall my experience was bad I don’t recommend 1/10, to be fare the staff was very sweet.

I went in with minimal expectations in as I have been disappointed a few times with Moroccan baths in Dubai. I am so impressed with the services received from Jamila. Despite her limited English when a therapist enjoys what she does that is so evident in every move or gesture she makes. My skin was left so soft & glowing. So convenient to have a hairdresser to attend your hair after the Moroccan bath.. I missed the name of the hairdresser(beautiful African lady).. I had a blow dry which is looking great even after 4 days without any extra effort from me. The magnificent service I received finished with Maria and Amelita providing a great manicure & pedicure along with some great chats. Spending almost 4hrs in this beauty Lounge was time well spend and it made the 30 minute drive to get there time worth. I will be back soon!

I visited Mia Bella, Nad Al Sheba branch and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.During my appointment, the stylist left me unattended, went to another customer and made me wait for over an hour.I would not recommend coming to this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant salon experience. There are plenty of other salons that provide better service and care for their clients.

I’ve been going to Mia Bella in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for a while. I did their Morrocan bath with Jameela and honestly it’s the best Morrocan hammam I’ve ever done in my life. She’s so friendly, kind, and her service was 10/10. My skin felt so soft and clean. I will come back just for her hammam.

I bought a gift voucher for my wife as a gift for our anniversary i choose miabella as my friend recommed that the service there is very good. My wife love the moroccan bath and her nails even the massage she feel relax. All the staff is very accomodating and friendly..surely my wife will come back again..i did not regret that i choose miabella to pamper to my wife..

They are perfect in manicure and pedicure and the Thai massage also however their prices are hightit’s almost 400 dirham or more can’t remember and the place is so nice and clean, they can serve you a popcorn and Moroccan tea for free and they do have other drinks to buy

The eyelash extensions were not good at all.. they started falling the next day, so I went back back and they filled it again.. it’s been a week now and unfortunately, they have a fallen off.. what waste of money. They need to change your glue and your technique.

The same comment i gave them last time (7 months ago), that they need to change the nail area furniture. It’s really dirty 🤢. And they need to sanitize the sink directly. I came and saw 3 dirty sinks with nails🤢. And i have been waiting 15 min for the ladies to come even they were not busy. Every one try to avoid working.
