Desperately looking for a hair dresser post surgery I encountered with Mike and Kals which is based near my home. Delighted and honored that I gave them a try. My first appointment I had a hair cut from Mike which it was amazing and thereafter styling with Oday which I am absolutely stunned everytime he does my hair. I have been going there for quite some time now and I am so glad to have found the perfect hairstylist.

I had an incredible experience with Majed! I came in for a new look, and he truly transformed my hair. The colour turned out absolutely amazing. Majed has an exceptional eye for colour and is highly professional. I also appreciated his expert advice on choosing the perfect shade. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

Finding someone who can do a great job on your hair color and haircut and can do it perfectly is pretty rare…and amazing blow-dry as well.Thats what I found when someone recommended me to Mike. He can tailor the whole experience end-to-end plus he is a master for color! He has an amazing way of balancing your desired look with keeping the health of your hair in focus.I cant recommend Mike & Kals and Mike himself enough! Always a great experience. Mike is a magician with colour (specifically balayage and toner). The stylists always have you leaving looking glamorous and the lady washing your hair - theee best scrub and head massage ever. Highly recommend. (Pics are before and after)

My hair dresser is Majd, and by now he’s quite familiar with my hair that I don’t need to mention to him what my preferences are yet he gives a lot of great recommendations. Visited this salon after reading all the good reviews. However Im not at all happy wth my haircut. It looked ok at the time of leaving the salon as it was set well, however, the moment I reached home I could see all the flaws. I know my hair is thick and not all stylists can cut it as I want. Hence I was repeatedly telling to be careful. I called them back and left a message for the sylist to call me however, till date no one has called me. since my hair is short, it not even possible for me to go anywhere else to fix it. The only option I have is to wait for it to grow. Gave 2 stars as I was happy with the manicure.

At last I have a hairdresser who I can trust. Mike is a hair genius. My hair always looks beautiful, the colour and cut are perfect. Even when I make no effort, my hair still looks good.

Ive come away quite disappointed. I had a haircut with Majd, and while he was quick and efficient, he did not listen to me.I have straight hair that falls right to my underarm, and it was all the same length, with a small fringe. I asked him for some dramatic layers to give my hair volume and interest, without losing all the length. He basically gave me a trim with a tiny upward slope towards the front. I asked him twice to not be afraid to cut off more, and that I wanted a dramatic change, but he simply said becauseIhave a gringe he cantcut layers! Never heard anything that made less senseaboit a haircut.I would have asked again, but at that point I felt like he might just botch it on purpose if I keep pushing.Im home now and I cant even tell Ive had a haircut. I guess Ill need to find another place and go back next month to get a real cut. This has been a waste of 210 AED and an hour of my time. Oh well...
