I did the Botox treatment twice - they lied about the type of Botox they injected! First time there was NO EFFECT at all, second time 50% effect - all they way they lie about the actual brand of injections they put. Very overpriced and low quality medication

Excellent service! The staff is Russian speaking which for me is a huge plus. They have a high level of professionalism and great gentle technique in work and my nails stayed for 4 weeks. Not to mention that my nail techs were so nice.The price is a bit higher than some places, but it is 100% worth it, and I am coming here again for sure.

Amazing! Did the BBL laser therapy with Valeria, second treatment. The results are stunning, I was surprised how my skin got flawless after only one session. Valeria will not miss a spot and will make sure you are comfortable throw the whole process. I was very skeptical to this treatment from the beginning but now I can’t wait for next treatment. I had lost weight and skin was saggy, sun damaged also I had parts with rose acne. It’s all gone now, no rose acne, perfect skin tone all over the face. I would recommend this treatment for everyone. Best thing ever.

I have been using cosmetology services for over 10 years and one day I came to Milena Beauty Centre, from that day on (3 years ago) I never wanted to go anywhere else! My skin is the best advertisement as all my friends from Dubai and oversees (New York, Norway and Russia) come here now. All procedures performed by Milena and Mariam are top, personal approach to your skincare that makes you look the best version of you. I tried multiple injection procedures with Milena and regular cleaning, quick peel and enzyme therapy with Mariam. Highly recommended - also budget-friendly, as compared to other salons.

Very poor customer service and complete lack of organization. Very difficult to communicate in English as they all speak pretty much only Russian except few operators but mostly you don’t have chance to communicate or express what you would need as they don’t understand you…which I find a bit odd in Dubai. I live here since 9 years and this is very awkward honestly.A part from that very disorganized and unable to deal professionally with their customers. Over 5 services booked and confirmed only 3 were performed and with hiccups.Lamination well performed even if I couldn’t express myself as the operator could not understand me.After seating for manicure and pedicure and almost started they even let me stand up to give my pedicure slot to another Russian customer so I could have waited to do it after, of course I refused as I booked my slot with 3 weeks in advance. Only manicure then was done, and it was done nicely. Not the best environment to relax I would say… I won’t go back!

I have been living in Dubai for about 8 years and visited quite a lot of “specialists”, I was very pleased with this center for the price = quality of services 💯 plus a BIG BONUS for me was that everything was in one place, when I came to clean my face I did a manicure / pedicure in 4 hands. I did a manicure and eyelash extensions with 6 hands, they were super comfortable, the nails were done well, but the eyelashes were not exactly what I asked for, but overall not bad.The coloring was terrible, I didn’t notice it in the salon in poor lighting, but when I got home I sent photos and videos to the administrator.The administration, instead of independently resolving this controversial issue, gave the phone to the coloring master, and the master wrote to me in the category of “well, if you had additionally tinted it would have been beautiful”, perhaps so, she is a master, she knows better, but unfortunately the master is in front of coloring did not warn me that without tinting it would be of poor quality 🙄The work of a hair stylist is not professional -The administrators work is not correct and not professional.Overall, I was left with a bad feeling and will not return to them again.Although for each visit I left $700-1000Plus I bought cosmetics in their salon

Unfortunately, I really regretted that I went to this salon for hair treatments, I came for a hair diagnosis hoping to get an accurate analysis and professional treatment for hair loss from an experienced trichologist, but the trichologist Ekaterina did not show herself to be a professional specialist, she only offered expensive hair peelings and cosmetics , which they also sell in this salon, after 3 hair peeling procedures, I noticed that my hair was very broken, probably trichologist Ekaterina is very I pulled them out strongly with a hairdryer, because my keratin was immediately washed off and my hair became very fluffy, after 4 months of using their cosmetics, the loss and fragility did not stop, my hair just became fluffy and unruly.... And I spent 5450 dirhams on this.

I came to this salon on the recommendation of friends. First I came for Botox and profiled Milena. She interrogated me with passion, who, what and where from, since I take my health very carefully and trust only professionals, in this case with medical education. Yesterday I saw a new cosmetologist, Adriana, very tactful, professional, and attentive. After listening to my questions, she offered several options, we will try. For the first time I came to beauty master Mariam in the fall of 2021 - at that time I suffered from subcutaneous acne and skin pigmentation (I have been in Dubai for 6 years, I have been suffering from pigmentation for the last 4 years, it especially worsens in the summer). We started treatment with deep cleansing and after just a few procedures the skin began to look much better and healthier. Mariam is a wonderful specialist, it’s very comfortable to communicate with her, she will answer all questions, explain the reason, and give advice.

Cosmetologist (?) Marina is the worst thing that has ever happened to my skin in my life. A month has passed and I am still healing my skin and recovering from shock. Besides how to sell (!!!) the cosmetics that the salon sells, she doesn’t really know anything. Hence the question of whether this person can practice at all. What was a huge indicator for me:1. Pressing with your hands when cleaning is unacceptable!!!!!! No way. And I voiced this to her. I just begged. She barely listened to me. It is very strange that a “specialist” does not know such banal things.2. After such rather traumatic procedures as peeling and cleansing, should I cover the whole thing with a five-kopeck Korean panda fabric mask? Who does that anyway? Even in home care, there are more expensive and much better quality products. I didn’t think that this was even possible in salons.3. And the last thing...that killed me. Marina didn’t even deign to apply sunscreen after all these procedures. My question is why? She replied “it’s already dark, the sun has set.” My jaw dropped. It was 15.30!!!! The sun is still hot. I had to ask directly. She did so with a heavy breath.And in general, she did all this with the feeling as if I had come to her house on her only day off in the last 2 years and forced her to work.I just want to warn all the girls! Be careful and don’t fall for such “specialists” who hardly even have the right to practice. Take care of yourself and your skin!

It’s simply unbearable to listen to cosmetologists peddling procedures and products. I was there several times... I just wanted to get up and leave. I only liked Adriana as a specialist who did her job efficiently and didn’t push anything.
