Shoba,Bichana, Dilpreet, Lani all the staffs are good and has customer service approach. They have good combination of saloon services which are affordable and can cater an individuals routine need.

Had a lovely experience with Sobha here today. We opted for the 155AED package, with mani-pedi, waxing and threading included, as well as the 51AED flash deal on Gold Facial. She was extremely gentle with her hands whilst doing all procedures, and left me feeling very pampered and fresh. Would definitely recommend taking service from this beauty salon, and do ask for Sobha as she is great at what she does :)

Except for the haircut which is good, rest is pathetic. They comprise on the basic hygiene.. they want to do cost cutting by using unsterelised instruments and combs. I will not at all recommend this. Had a horrible experience and I discontinued my pedicure half way due to bad hygiene.

My wife visited this place over the weekend. Apparently it was quite full and therefore took time to attend to her. But she loved the haircut she got done from there. She would definitely want to visit again. The prices were quite reasonable as well.

Worst experience . Please Ladies Never Ever go tk this salonBurnt scar in underarms.Very unprofessional staffI went for waxing the wax was very hot which i informed the lady but the lady doesn’t care .A customer was already fighting with them in the salon because of their unprofessionalism ,they missed her appointment or something. They actually dont care about anything. In between waxing the salon lady was shouting for her tea order laughing loudly. I asked her to apply some after wax serum or something. I think she applied some expired lotion which made my skin even worse. Eventually my underarms got burnt and still after 5 hrs Iam applying ice in my underarmsi can still feel the pain. Please never ever go this salon.I wish i could give Negative star

Its very disappointed experience.i have done my botox treatment from here and my hair lost textured and looking rough within one month in spite of using sulfate free shampoo as per their instructions.I complained them but they are telling that they are not responsible after one month of treatment. Very unprofessional approach. I am highly disappointed.

Most pathetic experience one can ever have .i gave them a list of services i wanted to take . the receptionist lady took the list and handed over to the no 2 service provider .she started with my mani and the other no 3 intern meanwhile started with my pedicure. the intern did the cleaning and massage as she was not trained to clean the cuticles the 4th lady came into picture who was no 4 and sad to say had a very casual attitude .inspite of me telling her the cuticle in the great toe is painful she kept on pressing it hard . and cutting my deep till the nail ed and then tried to file it . which was very irritating .finally somehow mnaged to finish my mani pedi and by then she wanted me to shift to te threading chair . the lady no 4 held my eyebrow till the time lady no 2 was getting the thread . i told her you can leave it and hold it when she comes . she turned away and started walking in other direction meanwhile lady no 2 started my eyebrow . .. it was painful obviously and i had to request her to come and hold again ... my god the attitude was so wrong.after alll this traumatic procedure i told thm whycouldnt u do thi after waxing by that time my nails would dry and the ladies were shocked that i wanted waxing too..they forgot that they were suppose to follow the list .and then the lady no 4 says oh my god 9 o clock sharp we have to close it was already 8.20...so to avaoid further tortrue i reduced my list to minimum 4 services and took head massage which was probably the worst decisionsje kept on massaging in in all wierd directions and i had a heavy heavy heavy hair fall....the worst experience finally came to end with steam for which i ws just left alone for 15 mins and only when i requested it was switched off by the last lady ... the one who had got worst tasting chai for me earlier .will never visit here again. cherry on the cake by the time i reached home my hand nail paint is all distorted as the coats applied were very very thick and untidy .
