As a regular customer at Million Dollar Lady Dubai, I can confidently say that this is the best place for manicures and pedicures!The specialists are incredibly skilled and meticulous, ensuring every detail is perfect. The finish on my nails is always flawless, showcasing their dedication to perfection. Ive tried many places, but this is by far the best Ive ever found. If youre looking for top-notch nail care with a perfectionist touch, Million Dollar Lady Dubai is the place to go!

Few things that it didn’t exceed my expectations this saloon. They had promotion for this month, which I thought it’s amazing time to try this new (for me) saloon, which was recommended by my friend, and when I was here, already doing my pedicure manicure, it wasn’t mentioned about the removal price from before. If they know it’s my first time it would be nice to know this definitely before, because that’s extra money.. Also, when I decided to do French, suddenly it’s also extra money. Which is fine. But again, I think all of this information should be told via what’s app or instagram from before on the booking time, especially if it’s your first time. So I was not happy about it. And there are so many good Russian technicians in Dubai for doing this why then you would go back to the place where is all of those things is not mentioned prior. Disappointing. Oh, and if you have small ingrown nail ask them to properly clean, because one of the girls cleaned just top, and left it. So mention this, and when I said I still feel a little bit of something, she told me - it’s okay, it’s a skin. Also, they say parking is free but not really, because they couldn’t do it at the same time the mani/pedi, and it took them over 4 hours (for one person), so I had to pay extra 20 aed for the parking which is for another 2 hours, because with the stamp is only 3 hours of free parking.. Other wise the place is small but clean. I was offered cup of coffee or tea, but in a small paper cup. Still a nice gesture.. And I’ll add a picture how they did the nails. For now it’s super neat and beautiful, I hope it will stay like this for quite some time. I’ll update otherwise.Just to answer to your message.Firstly, I don’t think it’s the cheapest saloon.Secondly, I can add the screenshot of the parking message of your staff. Who said it’s free. In this case they should inform it’s only free for 3 hours. On your instagram account I didn’t find this information!!!Secondly, it was in total 4.20 minutes. So they count obviously as extra 2 hours. So would be nice to know this from the beginning.Thirdly, no matter what, when you book an appointment, staff should ask, what the service will you do? And do you have gel/gelish nails or not.. That’s the minimum. To avoid this uncomfortable extra charges at the end. After they know this, they should mention prior, extra pay for this and this and this…. And so on. So no. None of them was mentioned for me.l prop my booking.Fourthly, the staff was arguing. It didn’t make me feel good neither my mom.

I’ve never been to a salon that offers such detailed and attentive service. I loved the Russian gelish manicure which is done using a machine to scruff out the nails, and I’ll definitely be going back for this. The prices are not too high and the value for money that you get for what you pay is incredible. Plus they do creative nail designs with so much precision, it’s a pleasure to watch, and an even bigger pleasure to keep hearing compliments from everybody weeks and weeks later.This is certainly my new go to place for my nails.

Quiet little secret gem!Really friendly girl who did my nails, we had a good laugh together even with the language barrier. Actually felt comfortable to ask her what I wanted. Also recommended to try a new kinda of manicure called acrygel! Super excited to see the strength and longevity of my new set of nails. Communication was great through Instagram and super easy too book an appointment, looking forward to going back soon for other treatments at this beautiful salon.

Wanna leave a review on Million dollar salon as their regular client who was going there around 4 years. I used to do manicure and pedicure for a long time in this salon and was always happy and satisfied with work of girls there until suddenly some time ago they changed completely all team and previous girls left the salon situation there completely changed for worse. For the first prices for procedures increased much and I thought new team more professional and knowledgeable so its ok. However I was completely wrong.I wanna tell my experience with exact master under the name Sasha( blond hair) which completely destroyed my nails. In the attached photos you can see everything. These abscesses I got straight after her manicure. Another thing is her attitude, shich is rude and not friendly. I think its a fungus or some bacteria which destroys the nails. Wanna highlight that I went to this salon around 4 years and I never had any complaints on anyone and never had any problems with my nails, they always been healthy and strong. Until Sasha made manicure twice for me. First time it was the same but I thought maybe it was my mistake, maybe I did something wrong, so I tried manicure with her second time and it was completely the same issue !!Another thing is the new manager of salon. When I sent her photos and videos of my nails and what Sasha did to me ... manager just asked for apologies and said that it happened to them the first time and all masters are pro in her salon and she will talk with Sasha to ask her whats wrong with my nails and how to treat them and this manager didnt come back to me! Means they dont care at all about regular loyal customers. She didnt offer any treatment to me or compensation on my bad experience. Zero.Another regret of mine is that I recommended this salon to many of my friends who also visit it on regular basis, means I brought to this place new clients and in return I got destroyed nails, zero compensation, just plain useless apologies!Id never recommend you Million dollar salon in DIFC, dear people, if you dont want the same bad experience what I got!

My favorite nail boutique of all times.. very professional ladies and amazing service. A girl named Marina is an angel for me she did my nail extensions and top of that I broke one of my nail totally by mistake but they called me and did it again. I felt so good then I got my eyelashes extensions done. Would highly recommend Million Dollar Lady.

I am happy to learn about that place for nail treatment in DIFC and finally find my best nail technician in dubai Sasha from Russia.Definitely one of The best Technicion for hard gel and nails in whole dubai they’ve done perfect job with big smile and warm welcoming.

Everything was just perfect. From booking to leaving the salon, all went super fast and clean. I enquired a large number of salons for a special design I wanted (picture attached) and finally found Million Dollar Lady who did a better job than I even expected. Definitely recommend them and going back regularly now!

I was a regular in the salon and initially very satisfied and recommended to few of my friends. However they have increased the prices and very disappointed with last visit. I was told a different price in the beginning and after the nail technician fixed my nails i was charged additional, without prior informing me of the additional price and amount.Almost every visit I had 1 or 2 broken nails and never was charged. Even though there could be some charge but not that much.I asked to speak to the owner and was told that “she doesnt want to be bothered”. Shame on you lady!Never going back, as there are millions of salons in Dubai and definitely dont want to spend your money for someone that doesnt want to be bothered by her own customers.

Wanted to get my nails done before I went for my vacation. Stumbled upon this and thought Id give it a try. So glad I did. The masters are diligent and considerate of your needs. I got a Russian manicure and the results were fantastic. The Russian manicure and pedicure lasted three weeks and I only had to redo them because they were too grown out to my liking. Got them removed also at the same place and did a normal manicure and pedicure. They still lasted a long time considering it was normal polish. Will definitely be coming back.

I have read all the reviews and most of them are bad even though i went there but was a disaster first of all they don’t offer you even cup of water and the girl who was doing my pedicure was full of attitude she doesn’t like when i tell her i want to short or shape that’s crazy because im also nail tech so i know the mistake and the difference but they don’t accept it they think everyone doesn’t know anything it was absolutely the worse learn from my mistake and don’t waste your money and timeAnd about the price in the website cost 330 for mini and pedi when out come to pay i paid extra so worsePlease don’t there’s many options in dubai to do nail

Highly recommend master Sasha. I go there just for her. She is very clean, tight, positive and does the fastest and the highest quality manicure in Dubai. I do manicure once a month with no issues!

The best place to get my nails done at! The russian manicure with gellish color easily lasts 6 weeks or even more, it literally doesn’t peel off or crack or anything at all 😍 they also have a huge collection of colors to choose from. The girls are so sweet too they always offer something to drink. They rarely make me wait to start, mostly they are on time.My favorite Master is Noza ❤️ - thank you so much 😊 she is so precise and gentle and genuinely kind, her work is top notch 💯

I found this place randomly on IG and I’m sooo glad I did! I’ve been going here since Jan 2023 and this is probably the only place where I’m not picky about who does my nails because all the nail techs are SO good! Very good rates, good location.Shoutout to Astra though who is patient with me and always makes my nails look 💅💅

Very bad experience and service. One of the staff was pruning my nails until hurts my fleche inside the nails.Also we agreed on a price before coming and they surprised me with another one.Usually all salons in Dubai they’re charging on French manicure mani- pedi 50 Aed extra they charge me 100aed+ extra charges !!Not recommended honestly after this bad experience.

My sister just had one of the worst experiences ever in this salon. After going every month for 2 years there, tonight was about to cry the way the 3 ladies treated her for a medical problem with one of the nails. The whole appointment the ladies + manager spoke only in Russian: gossipping, fighting and laughing. Since Sasha came in the salon everytime she has to give attitude and behave bad with each client. The igyene is not at the top either to be honest. Since they increased the prices we felt is not anymore a good idea to go there but my sister was attached to the place. Overall NOT RECCOMMENDED at all this place.

Fully unprofessional service - they confirmed my booking and when I came the manager was absent, while the master was busy with another client and told me that she was unaware of my booking and if I want to have manicure I would need to wait for 30 min to finish with that client, then she would leave for a lunch, and only afterwards I might have my manicure done. Everything was said in a rude manner as if I was depriving her of the food by coming in the appointed time. I am not aware whose fault is this, manager or the master, but it would be waste of your time and very unpleasant experience, if you are not lucky enough to come at the moment when the master is free and friendly and the manager is present:)

Very disappointing customer service that spoiled a day for me.Let’s start with the welcoming: a complete negligence of the person walked in; I have been standing for quite some time waiting to be acknowledged by anyone - a single “hello” would make it.After finally being noticed I’ve been shown to a seat by mere finger pointing action and offered a drink. Later, when I showed a design to the lady, who was suppose to do my pedicure, she said “we’ll see, I have another appointment at 4” (I came at the time of my appointment - 2:30pm). I then had to mention that I have shown this design when making an appointment and after few more minutes of lady going to speak to colleague about it, we have finally started. I did make an effort to not make it spoil my experience, yet it was only the beginning.Every time we would start “next step” in the procedure, suddenly I would be informed that they charge additionally for it (I have to mention, I specifically asked about the price of the services and showed the design I want). So here we are adding additional charges to every little thing: you want a base instead of color - additional charge, you want a design - additional charge, you need to have small piece of broken nail to be built up - additional charge (this is actually fine, as it is never a part of manicure or pedicure service). As I have mentioned to the technicians, it all would’ve been fine, should they inform of these charges prior to the appointment. Having half of the previous gel taken off, you, of course, can’t really just stand up and go.I have also informed ladies that I have capillaries located very close to cuticles, so they should be very careful, otherwise they will surely be cutting me. Yet a lady, who was doing my manicure, started cutting my cuticle and after my every “ouch”, she would say “ you have dry skin, that’s why you feel it, bear with it”. Then tried making a joke about it, when my cuticles were bleeding.After we finally got to the design and a I have been informed of the additional charge for it, I decided not to let it go and asked them to make sure they inform their clients about it, otherwise it is a very unpleasant experience. The lady doing pedicure tried making the situation better by offering to remove some of the additional charges as I’m the first time client, but I refused so.I could sense after that the lady doing manicure was very unhappy with my words, she just tried finishing the job faster. The design didn’t turn out to be all good, yet after all I didn’t have enough mental power to bring yet again another issue…As a summary:Feet turned out to look nice, hands - shape and base are fine, design is sloppy, made in a rush.P.S. I worked in hospitality for years and now work in marketing, therefore my comment is based on a good understanding of proper customer service and a lot of disappointment (I tend to never leave bad reviews).I wish for the salon management to have their staff more informed of the basic customer experience journey - some training would help greatly.

Going to this salon for one year now, super friendly and proffesional ladies. Mani and pedicures are always spot on and last for 3-4 weeks. many different options/packages and an amazing wide variety of colours! Would definetely recommend to everyone!

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 1pm and I arrive at 12:58, the girl is asking me why are you early, its only 11am?I had my nails recovered from gelish for three weeks, so Ill be having healthy and strong nail to do gelish again, they kept filing the top of my nails and ruin them totally! Dont want to talk about the shape which were disaster! the girl was refusing to do the shape I want!I showed them a pictures from their own Instagram, asking for the same colors, they didnt have neither of them.At the end I asked just to do a normal polish since I was invited to an event same evening, otherwise I would have left at the beginning.

I v visited salon multi occasions and my overall experience was terrible!on my recent visit they kept me waiting for almost one hour to do my nails although I booked and confirmed appointment two days in advance.Technicians always in Hurry and just doing services in rush so most of time I used to go back to saloon to fix some nails again!!on my other day after the blow dry I found my hair was full of Vaseline !!I will never go to this salon again

This salon is a hidden gem in DIFC, Damac Park Towers. I had my manicure done and ended up booking a massage session as well. For the first time in Dubai I enjoyed and was so relaxed after the massage session, as some technician they believe the harder you do massage the better and I was always hurt and was asking for less pressure but massage lady in this salon - Halime has a gift, it was superb, even today my skin is still lifted 😍 totally recommend!
