Amazing service and quality. This salon really knows how to take care of customers. They are always very professional, attentive and hygienic. I always get compliments for my nails thanks to Annabel. She is very experienced, kind and gentle. Always knows what she is doing and puts effort to make your nails perfect every single time. Attention to detail is top notch. Also recommend Miriam and Joan for perfect pedicure.

I had the dipping powder mani pedi which was my 1st time. The process is unbelievably quick and no uv dryer used, it was amazing and I love the colour chosen by my manicurist Marinelle, thank you so much for a flawless manicure and to Joane to who did my pedicure with the feather fingers. Definitely recommend the salon, product and therapists.

I’ve had a few visits for pedicure and always been very satisfied with the results. My last visit was with Marinel who did an excellent job and I can’t wait to be back for another appointment with her. Not only she’s very delicate and precise in her work, she’s also very lovely and I enjoyed her company. She made me feel very at easy and relaxed. Ive been searching for a great nail spa with dipping powder polish since moving to Dubai in June, and I finally found it! Mimosa is fantastic! The entire team here is highly skilled, and my manicurist, Merinelle, was amazing. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning!

Mani pedi with Marinelle and Racquel was wonderful. Both were so lovely, friendly and professional. They advised me on the exact nail products to use and were patient while I tried to find the perfect color! Will definitely be returning soon.

I cant describe how well my nails get done at Mimosa. Ive been coming back here since September last year. Specifically to get my gellish Pedicure done by Leah!She has always done an incredible job.I also highly recommend Annabelle for BIAB. The BEST dip powder manicure I have ever had! Everyone who works here was so sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My technician helped me find my perfect color combo from a photo I used as an example. I’ve never had someone take so much care to detail on every nail, I am absolutely thrilled with the result! I wish I remembered her name, she has a gorgeous Japanese cherry blossom tattoo on her forearm. My manicure literally lasted 1 month (while traveling full-time, handling luggage, swimming in the ocean, etc.). 4 weeks later, I went to a salon in Türkiye that doesn’t offer dip powder, and my manicure still looked so good, she was able to shape it and do a gel fill-in.I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I am seriously considering dropping by Dubai on my travels just to get my manicures here… 😂🤷‍♀️💕

The worst experience ever I had with the manager and staff. They should learn to give proper communication and respect. And it is not the first to misleading. It has been more than 5 months going to Cayan branch for my nails to have same technician Leah and annalyn, after I came down to do just nail polish they surprised me that there is no technician available for me. My question was why no one informed during the reservation. The worst salon in uae. Manager was saying I should keep repeating myself during the reservation and why should I since I never give any different instructions for nails technician. It has been always same ladies. I come to do services and I leave stressed and humiliated

Very nice customer service. In the beginning they offered coffee to me. So with coffee I was able to enjoy during my nails treatment. My technician was Sheila, I’m always coming back to her. She knows by heart which shape and color I liked. And my receptionist was Thiri she offered me coffee. This time I also bring my friend with me. Thank you girls.Tamara

The hairstylist “ Narjes” is one of the best. She did a magic on my hair. The highlight is amazing and I recommend her a lot. She is so professional and do her job confidently.

I visited the salon on 29th Feb for nails and hair colour. While the nail services were good, they royally messed up my hair.I opted for a haircut and balyage hair colour, where the technician did teasing to my hair saying that its the balyage technique. I am not sure it was the teasing or the bleach or the colour they used, my hair has never been this rough, damaged and frizzy. I have smooth & straight hair. Now i cant even touch or comb my hair bcz of how rough it is. Right when she was washing the colour off, we could see that my hair has tangled and roughed up real bad. But I gave it a benefit of doubt that it might get okay with some washes. To smoothen it further I took the olaplex treatment from them right after the colour too.Good things about it was that the colour looks beautiful & did not bleed out at all. But in return my hair has become weak, unmanageable, rough & split. I have been doing olaplex repair treatment at home since a month, twice a week, which has made gradual improvement. But I dont know how much time it will take for this whole damaged to be repaired.I am dreading my decision to visit Mimosa for hair colour.EDIT: After 3 months, my hair is still fried. I consulted my derma back in my home country, and yes he said that my hair is clearly over processed and over bleached. Whereas, after my review the team and manager at mimosa called me up for a revisit to help me out, they simply blamed me saying bleached hair needs upkeep and weekly toning and what not, so its my mistake that they feel rough. I wish I could sue them for ruining my hair the year I am getting married. Thanks a lot dear team! You have made my year absolutely unforgettable. Kindly do not reach out to me after this review edit to rectify anything.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experiences at Mimosa salon. The staff there are SO friendly and welcoming, and always make me feel comfortable. But let me tell you, the lashes I got there were absolutely amazing! They lasted over a month, and I received so many compliments on them. They were seriously the best lashes Ive ever had! They also do the best biab/pedicures which I religiously get done with mimosa now. I have also had my hair coloured which made me leave feeling so fresh. Very good attention to detail, cleanliness level is exceptional - appreciate that the ladies still do their work with gloves and masks post pandemic.so far have had my nails done twice here, each time they lasted for a good length of time. And also did a hair cut recently which I love - its refreshing to meet a hair stylist that actually has a discussion with you about your hair rather than just cutting it blindly based on vague instructions.So thanks to the whole team there - particularly to pooja, she did my nails last time (sorry if i got the name wrong) and Joceline for the great cut.See you soon.

I’ve been to every salon in Dubai , nobody compared to this , perfect service , everyone was so friendly and professional , best brow lamination I have ever had , the eye brow lady ( Achalan) was amazing! We had a consultation and she then worked her magic ! One of the best 👏🏽👏🏽 10/10 do not hesitate to book this place !!!

I did not have a very good experience at allThe lady that did my pedicure knocked both big toe nails when putting my flip flops on, tried to fix the one, but when I got back home they were both smudged..Whilst having my treatments, I felt quite uncomfortable as no conversation was had, laughing and talking in their own language the whole time ( maybe about me, who knows.)Having been a hairdresser myself and having my own business for over 30 years, it is only common courtesy to make sure your client is made comfortable.For the 2 treatments, I arrived at 3pm, and was finished by 3.40pm, I would’ve thought it would’ve taken a little longer, probably why my nails are now smudged..On the plus side the receptionist were lovely..But for these reasons I will not be returning.

Technician Pooja is great and extremely profession when it comes to doing work. Always makes sure she understands the needs of customer and puts them at ease. Highly recommended.

They offer the dip-powder nail gel which lasts up to 3 weeks on my nails (and my nails have a tough life). The girls are nice but my nail tech was a bit harsh on my nails and my cuticles bled a little. Overall, my nails turned out pretty but could’ve been better for the price it cost.

Says one price for most people after it’s means for the person!The pedicure takes more than 3 hours!They don’t have top master of deal!!!Girls 💕 don’t start the day if this worser pleaseGod! what a terrible place girls, don’t even think about coming here, it’s just terrible! they charge 150 dirhams for a pedicure done 03:00 There are no normal masters!Three masters changed in one pedicure!!!!One single girl came from a nearby salon; they even removed my old gel with a machine!!! And then, I’m the kind of person that I couldn’t help but give her a tip!!! Im not greedy, if I dont like something, Ill demand it, if I like it, Ill leave a tip!
