I went to Mind & Sense after seeing someones story and how good their nail service is but instead I ended up getting hair transformation as my first service and boy were they great! The staff is extremely sweet and professional and the salon has a very calming vibe. They were running an offer so I took that and I love how they are so thorough with their procedure and clarify everything to the client beforehand. And yesterday I got my chrome nail extensions done and it was the best ever. The perfection to with which Anny carried out the whole procedure was mind blowing and she is so fun to talk to. Big shout out to the ladies on the reception and the stylist Irina.

I have been coming to Mind & Sense for the past two years and it’s the best service every single time. I don’t trust anyone else to do my nails other than them. They are literally the best when it comes to classic and gel manicure and pedicure for me. And it lasts for a very long time and maintains the quality of the nails. The staff at Mind & Sense are so professional and extremely kind. It feels like a family rather than going to get a service done. They are honestly the best at what they do. My go-to salon for nails, waxing, threading, henna and massage! The salon has had a revamp and is gorgeous inside. The prices are super reasonable and they have some great offers on. The girls are really helpful and friendly. Maycel and Michelle are amazing for nails, Neha is incredible at henna, threading and waxing and Niluh is the best for a relaxing massage

I love going to Mind & Sense for different services. I (and Mum) have been going to this salon consistently every month since 2 years for nails. After one of my fav nail technicians left the salon, I changed my nail technician to Miriam (junior technician). She is good at basic nails, however cannot match up to the senior technicians at the salon with quality and customer service. During my last service, she did not know how to use certain products and did a shoddy job (painted over the problem areas with a different color to cover up😩 & this was NOT a nail art service, it was basic glitter top coat) and argued that she did it the correct way. However, this time I CHOSE TO SPEAK UP (even with my fear of confrontation) asked Anny (senior technician) to fix my nails (my poor nail beds with all that buffing & blisters😅) the results were SO DIFFERENT I’m sure Anny realized it was done incorrectly before, and indirectly agreed with me but didn’t say much for the sake of her colleague, which I understand. Maycel and Anny are experienced nail technicians and know how to do nail art as well. I get my pedis every month from Michelle and love her too! I recommend going to them for nails!For hair, I love all of them. The entire team is good at their work! Great blowdrys & hair cuts.Taken 1 star off as they recently promoted Miriam to a senior technician, even after my review on her work (& customer service). You’re better off going to Anny & Maycel for nails if you’re paying that much 💅🏻TLDR: Regular at mind & sense - good salon for services, Recommendation for nails - Anny & Maycel - good senior technicians, Miriam inexperienced- skip, Michelle good at work, Hair- all of them are great, won’t be disappointed.(honest review, no hard feelings Miriam💗)

It was a pleasure getting the services done by Sippora at Mind & Sense Spa. She’s calm, has exceptional service quality and makes the client want to repeat Mind & Sense Salon. I got a deep conditioning and blow dry service done from her and her head massage literally put me to sleep :D She doesn’t talk too much( which I really liked, because I have experienced other salon’s staff who love to constantly chit chat or try to upsell products, and that really cuts my experience by half) but gives good advice. Overall Mind & Sense is a 5/5 for me because of the services, staff and the overall ambience.

I just did my nails there at a very good deal as part of a training. The Lady, who was from Kyrgyzstan was absolutely amazing. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect.She is new at Mind & Sense and doesn’t speak English yet but I would 100% recommend her for your nails. This was the best gel manicure I’ve ever had 👌🏻

You attended my wife. She told me how aggressive and brusque the first person attending her was with her hair and scalp.Her hair was literally pulled so strong by the person washing her hair, she has until now a headache. She not only pulled her hair while brushing up to the point where she saw hair falling but used violently her nails on her scalp when washing the hair.She had to ask for someone else to attend to her and even though this other person was fine with her job the damage has been done. What kind of service is this?Never again. There are far better places in DIFC and sheikh zayed road and with the same price which for this place is extremely overpriced

This salon has the best & the most friendly staff ever. They do the best keratin service and that too at affordable prices. They always have amazing offers going on on all their services. Anny is an amazing nail technician & her work is flawless. I do my nails only & only with her. Lastly Claire ( the receptionist ) is so damn good at her work, scheduling appointments with her is like so easy & she wil remind you as well, she is very friendly & always makes me feel very very comfortable. Apart from the technicians, Claire is the biggest reason i go to this salon, she literally is the soul of Mind & Sense 💕

I love this nail salon! I have been coming to this salon since 2016. I almost dont want to share how amazing my experiences are, because I dont want it to get so busy that I cant get an appointment. I always make an appointment with Maycel and Michelle. They are amazing! They always treat me like a VIP! They take their time, gets to every cuticle, and paints to perfection! I would also like to commend all of the other staff specially Annie and Claire. I found the best massage place in Dubai!!! I just love the balinese massage done by her staff Nilu. Every time I leave this spa I feel relaxed and without pain or stiffness in my body. Well this is my go-to place when i need my nails done. And recently i discovered also the massage. I used to go there long time ago as well. So its kinda home for me. Staff are very nice as welcoming. Everything is clean and neat. And the best part they have Friends rolling all they long. I would recommend it to everyone one. Its a great salon as Ive been using it for years.

Maycel was very professional and I love how she did my nails. I would have given this place a 5 star if they had a better location and better parking spot. It’s always a challenge to find a public parking and the parking spot they provided is very narrow almost impossible to get in and out of the car! Which is super annoying!

The Receptionist are very approachable and Charming😀, they make it sure they accommodate your request as much as possible. Why I love coming to this Salon it’s because of their Eyelash Service. Zhana is the expert if you’re looking for one. She does my eyelash very carefully & patiently. Although the session last for 2 in half hours, it was Absolutely Well Done Results you wouldn’t regret. Rest of the service in the salon I haven’t tried, because it is quiet expensive, a normal haircut would rate for 250/aed. I hope, they should reduced some of their prices, to accommodate lot of customers.

I always feel special when I come to mind & sense spa, they have very good customer service & the technicians are very kind and gentle. My favorite thing to do is lash extension with Zhanna as she is so professional, takes her time to make sure you look your absolute best by the time she is done & the end results are always 😍👌🏽 I highly recommend. Im a bit of a neat freak. Pretty peculiar about the cuticles been cleaned well and hate it when the polish does not get on all corners and edges. I just like it extra neat and Im very vocal about it cz hey ! Manicures are not cheap. Been disappointed at so many salons until I met this amazing lady BETSY !!!! The most neat and patient person ever. Even helped pick my colour to match my skin tone. I could tell she loved her job cz she took her time and did everything exactly how I liked it and always had a smile on her face. It was an amazing experience. In terms of quality the polish does not chip and stays long. Definitely going back to Mind n Sense.

I always visit Macel for my nails because I know I can really count on herI really do not feel it s a commercial place. I am visiting them more than 7 years because I love the service there. Discovered this gem of a salon a few months ago and never looked back. Pam is wonderful with her massages and facials. Always leaves you feeling refreshed.I am not much of an experimental person, so I really need to have trust and confidence before doing something I have never done before. This place managed to tempt me to try Balayage. Was skeptical at first, but the girls and the hair expert, Gigi helped me get rid of the anxiety.Did hair highlights with dark brown mahogany and it turned out to be quite good. Everyone who knows me will get an idea of how much I trusted the place, after they see my hair.Love the place and will recommend it to all the beautiful girls in my life!

Absolutely love Zhanna from Mind & Sense. Been going to her for my eyelashes since 2015! She does her job extremely well, the eyelashes are very soft and good quality and they stay for a very long time! Even now that we’re locked in this quarantine, its been over a month and they still look very nice! Unfortunetely in the past had to try 2 other places when Zhanna wasnt available and regretted it so much, and will never go to anyone else except her for as long as I live in Dubai!All the ladies are super nice (Claire from the reception would recognize me from my voice when I would call for an appointment, which was sooo nice!), its great service, good prices. I have been in Dubai for 17 years, tried too many nails spas and so far the Best most pro one is Mind and sense spa I booked for home service . Im just back from the most amazing foot massage I eve had in my life (and I have lived in Singapore and Thailand) A very special thanks to my masseuse called Nilu who is so professional and has an amazing massage technique. Ill be back for more massage sessions with her. I also had my Extenso hair straightening treatment last year in this salon and it was a fantastic treatment. Totally recommend it if you have thick and hard to manage hair. Overall this is my to-go salon from now on!

Dont get me wrong.. I really adore their technicians as I have been a regular customer for more than 4 years. Monthly I do my nails.. Since being a regular customer I was offered a promo 5+2 for gelish manicure and regular pedicure for 971.25. The service was really great for 4 years. But these past months I have really been disappointed with the way I was being treated. As my dear old technicians no longer works for the salon and new Technicians have been assigned, most of the time they are not available even booking 3-4 days in advance...Last night was really the last straw and I snapped at their receptionist. I was scheduled supposedly Dec 17, but due to unforeseen instances I have to cancel. I rescheduled for Dec 23 at 10.30 am, yesterday evening I received an sms saying that my technicians are not available on the CONFIRMED date and time given by them.... To cut the story short what i was appalled with this issue is that I can keep my schedule provided I PAY REGULAR PRICE!! First and foremost, I am a paying customer who paid in advance.. She told me that they are not accepting promo during 23 Dec -30th Dec Management decision. Because I was your regular customer you are the one who offered me this... I may sound silly that is just mani and pedi but for me what matters is how you treat your customers... Very disappointing!! I still have the 2 appointments but I will NEVER bother to go back... Such a shame...

Update:Its my updated review after one year experience of poor services. First incident was a bad haircut and after that Everytime their services are getting worst. Staff is so careless and doing services haphazardly and with no interest. Feel like were forcing them to work free of cost.They messed up mine n my sisters henna application on this eid however they offered complimentary application anytime but Eid time is gone.I visited them again today for massage and pedicure BUT technician messed up pedicure :(Anyway They waived off the pedicure charges When I complaint. They should please the clients through good services instead of apologies and waiving off the charges afterwards.Im Visiting them only because of their Indonesian Masseuse therapist who is a true professional and one of the best in the town.

I went last week for a cut & blow-dry as well as a classic Mani Pedi. I will review them both separately.Mani Pedi - first, despite being advertised on their website is 99 DHS (and still is), they said that price was no longer valid and changed me 130 DHS. Not ok. They should honour prices they advertise as it is 100% their responsibility to keep their own website up to date.The actual service was very good, no complaints.Cut & blowdry - cut was a simple trim and done well.Blow-dry was poor. I asked for big volume curls and lift at the roots. I left with flat roots and minimal messy curls at the bottom. This is the usual blowdry I request at all salons and I know what my hair should look like when finished. I dont think the hairdresser knew how to do this as she asked if she should use a curling iron, no. I even asked her half way through to add more lift to the roots. She did not.My hair genuinely looked terrible and I could tell there was no point complaining as if she didnt understand how to achieve what I was asking for there was no helping the situation.Its concerning a salon will let you leave with hair looking that bad.I went home and had to redo my hair.

I am so happy that i finally found the best saloon in Dubai. Solima is so talented she coloured my hair and i love her unique technique. The keratin offer was very good too as i have a very long hair.

I just finished manicure here and I have to mention how great Aizhamal is. The technique that she uses,how professional and fun she is. I was coming time to time but today I really enjoyed and Aizhamal is the reason why I will always come back!

When you do your Hair consultation she will tell you exatcly whats good for your hair and reccomend the best treatment. I always get compliments on how amazing blended is my hair colour.Lea is one of the best nail artists I ve met while in Dubai.Make sure to book in advance as both of them have a busy schedule.I highly reccomend this salon for the technitians and as well for the professionalism.Keep the great work!XoxoTalita

Its such a shame that management really doesnt care about their customers. Ive been a very good and regular client for long time (because some of their therapists are really good) but I got absolutely fed up with how often my bookings were either cancelled or wrongly taken. I cant even court how many times I went there and found out that they didnt book my appointment properly. The people at the reception are so incompetent it hurts. I still have ongoing packages but Im so disgusted that I dont want to go back and I just want my money back. But despite my emails and phone calls, I still havent heard from manager!!!Update : They put me on a black list because of this review instead of getting in touch with me to know why I wrote this review. But at least I had a refund so Im very happy!

Looked at the great reviews and decided to give it a go... Came for a balayage, showed the picture of what exactly I want to the stylist, after the process was completed (3hrs after) my hair looked nothing what I asked for - horrible yellow color on the ends. Hair stylist seemed very annoyed when I didnt like the result, making it seem like it is my fault as if I havent explained it well...to be fair, she did try to fix it, but my hair still looks very much ruined(even though I paid extra 200aed for Olaplex treatment where she said will protect my hair during the process). Very disappointing..

I came today with an aching back and went home fit as a fiddle. Opted for an hour long Balinese massage and gosh it was so super relaxing, could feel the pain going away really fast. Thankyou Ms.Niluh for your kindness, patience and understanding. She knew exactly where I was having muscle aches even without my telling, shows how experienced she is. The lady at the reception did a good job as well.Definitely will come back soon.

Not happy with the blow dry at all. They charged 150 aed for blow dry and hair wash. At the end hair was fizzy, not smoothened and lacked volume. Reception staff did the blow dry - not even a stylist!

I had the best experience with my hair consultation and haircut today! I can’t remember the last time I had a haircut this good. All the staff were super friendly and i left the salon with the biggest smile on my face 😁

I went there to cut my hair, the receptionist was very helpful( I think her name was Andrea) the hairdresser (Gulfina)was amazing, she did exactly what I wanted. Also the lady doing the eyebrow (Neha)was really good.I definitely recommend it.

Walked in with long decently healthy hair requesting a keratin treatment. Was recommended to have a “protein treatment” by a blonde stylist whose own hair was so fried from blonde (as she said) that she had to chop it to a boy cut. The protein treatment must of been a chemical treatment as my hair was fried after it. It was soo badly damaged that other hair dressers refused to touch it. Iv had to chop off all my hair and let it grow out naturally. In my opinion the hairdressers are incompetant and I would not recommend this place. Also they get fake reviews.

I went to color my hair, the lady suggest olaplex I paid extra amount as she said it will protect my hair then she put bleach for too long and They burned my hair, when washing, my hair fall and they said its normal... during 1 year I was cutting my hair regularly and spent a huge amount to repair the damage.. Simply waste of mony and not professional

Worst ever experience of Keratin treatmentMy wife got a Keratin treatment, they had an offer but it was the worst ever Keratin, there was no difference before and after treatment and even after making a complaint, they refused to accept and said we can do again if you want but we give them guarantee if my wife loose hair they are not responsible, this is like they are trying to scare you, I totally not recommend anyone to go at this place

Thieves laugh at the customer who cut my hair. One time, the story was not pretty. She asked for an ombre. She made me a color correction. They thought I didn’t know the difference. She cut me a pedicure and worked on my nails without putting them in water, meaning on the dryer. I was there from ten in the morning and didn’t finish until seven in the evening. I did not say a word. The important thing is to be sincere and get out of their place. They take care of foreign women once when I saw them giving pedicures to foreign women. Care and attention, I said I had to work, and when I did it, it was old and disgusting once, not like what they do for foreign women. I asked for a skin mask. She bleached my entire face, and I have sensitive skin. She humiliated me and burned my skin. The best thing was applying eyelashes and massage. Only those who go to them should object to anything she doesn’t like. Don’t be silent. They think it’s stupid. And they laugh at her, be careful of them
