I had a great experience at Mirrors Salon, Marina branch, for a mani-pedi Gelish. Alishba and Berry were fantastic—very professional and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. My nails turned out beautifully, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I went there for gelish manicure and pedicure and I’m really happy and satisfied with the results. Dolly and Zahara did a great job, they are very careful and nice. The salon is clean and trustworthy!I arrived 20 minutes earlier and the girls were free so we started as soon as I got there. Great service!Will come back for sure!

Terrible experience at Mirror Beauty Salon in Marina!I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:30 appointment, only to be kept waiting until 2:10 because they were busy with another client. Ironically, they refused to take me when I was just 20 minutes late during a previous visit, making me miss my appointment entirely.I had already paid online and confirmed beforehand that I had booked the correct service. However, when I arrived, they refused to provide the service I booked, admitted it was their mistake, and insisted I choose something else. I didn’t want anything else and refused to pay extra, but they still forced me to pay additional fees.After completing my lashes, I realized the volume was much less than what I had asked for, even though I had clarified multiple times before the service what I was paying for. When I complained, they said I’d need to pay even more to get the volume I originally wanted!This salon is unprofessional, misleading, and all about upselling. Very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend. Save your time and money!

Mirrors Beauty Lounge in Marina is hands down the best hair salon near me! I went in for a hair treatment, and the results were amazing. If you’re looking for a professional hair treatment salon in Dubai, this is the place to go. I also tried their keratin treatment for the first time, and my hair has never felt healthier. They really know what they’re doing when it comes to hair keratin treatments. Not only that, but I got a beautiful hair colour done, and the results were perfect. Plus, their eyelash tinting service was also gud! Highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!

This was my 1st time getting any service from Mirrors and Zahara was just wonderful. She did all my services with such love and care. I felt as if I am a regular and she knows me for ages. I am definitely calling her for my home services.

The professionalism and costume care isnt good at all.I lost my nail because they didnt realise it was a fungus coming because the job wasnt done properly.My other mails are falling as well.I called the clinic to have an opinion and get the problem fixed, the lady Joy said she was going to call me back asap and after 2 days following up only from my side ,.I still dont have an answer without considering the lady being quite rude and short

My personal experience here was good . Staff was very cooperative and professional well dressed they listened to my problem did a great job at manicure and pedicure my nails looks the best ever its festival season every thing so economic and staff well trained Mirrors Beauty Salon will be my go to from now on. All my friends and family really loved the work

A very bad experience at Mirrors Beauty lounge in Marina branch. I went for hair spa treatment which was for AED 99 and the only thing they did was hair wash & blow dry. When I checked with the manager, she mentioned the process is deep conditioning, massage, wash & blow dry, but the female who was assigned didnt do any of those.They argued a lot and had a really bad day at salon.Would never recommend anyone. Its a waste of AED 99.

Scammers, the lady at the till is dishonest and make the charges as they wish. I had booked a massage which I have been told that was 200 AED when my friend got the same service at 130AED. An hour massage was finished in 35 minutes and the lady said the new rate was 360AED. When I tried to understand this change I was told that they messaged me the change of while I was in the middle of massage. Avoid them at all cost. I would have reported them if I was not leaving Dubai that evening.

Its almost one year since I visited this lovely place with lovely customer service but it deserves the review. I came with a botched up nail job from the prevyday and was so sad. The lovely lady fixed my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. I liked that we would have a nice conversation, brought me coffee. will 100% be coming back when I visit Dubai again. Also came for a facial was so nice

I had the best experience, the stylist Elian did my hair perfectly. You need to keep in mind that you need to take an appointment because theres a staff shortage and you cant walk in.

Just so everyone knows and doesn’t make the same mistake as me, I went in for the Brazilian blowout- the second the product was applied to my scalp- my scalp started burning. I told the team I’m in pain and their literal reaction was to gaslight me into thinking it’s my fault. Hair came out looking fine but now I have angry patches of infected skin all over my scalp- can’t stress this enough - their treatments suck. (FYI, I’ve been doing Brazilian blowouts since I was 10- never experienced this before)

Booked Mani/ Pedi - salon is not clean and equipment used was not sterile. Staff was pleasant but no uniforms and generally sloppy. Good Groupon deal but poor service.

Sorry but I need to share my experience. I took two services Hair Spa and Mani Pedi. I had vouchers. Mani Pedi was ok.Hair spa for me was not good , just hair wash and put the mask . They mentioned deep conditioning in voucher And few minutes massage while I checked personally which was not done. During blow dry , the person who was doing the service for me , his nails hurt my forehead. I felt they were rushing to complete the service..Thanks

Really dont like posting bad reviews, but my experience left me mortified and cost alot of time, money and tears!Had my consultation on a Wednesday, and appointment on the Saturday for Tecom branchDuring consultation I mentioned I wanted extensions and a balayage. Stylist confirmed I was a good candidate and I only needed 4 bundles of extensions (50 pieces per bundle)I have a long bob, and Ive seen people with bobs get extensions and they turn out amazing. Mine looked like a rats nest when I walked out the salon. The color is not matching my hair and did NOT look like I had highlights like she claimed.I called Marina branch to complain to get in touch with the owner, and they told me to go there so they can fix it. (more money spent on petrol) The stylist cut my hair and tried his best to make it better. And with salon lights it did look slightly better, but when I was in natural light it still looked horrible.Everyone asked me what happened and why my hair looks so bad! Im out 2000 dirhams and need to now pay to have them redone by a salon that knows what they are doing.NEVER coming back, and never recommending your establishment!

I just went to the newest branch of Mirrors Beauty Lounge and as always it exceeded my expectation. The place is always clean and tidy. Staff are approachable, Services are worth the price youre paying and you wont be disappointed. They have a nail section which is separate from the hair and massage area so you dont feel like its too crowded which makes the place have a more relaxing ambiance. Im having my facial done with Ms.Leslie every month and I would recommend giving her a visit if youre looking for your regular facial specialist. Keep up the good work team! See you again next month! ^_^

Mirrors has opened newly in the Marina and today I tried it for the first time. It was hands down THE BEST mani and pedi experience I have had. The staff are just so kind and nice, and I fell in love with their work which was very verrrry professional. I know for sure that this won’t be my last visit and I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you mirrors!!!

MINUS -5 stars for wasting my time!First of all when you walk in this salon, it smells of disgusting sewage or as if some toilet blew up from the ground.Second of all, this is one of those places where dont know about the quality but the workers are so incompetent and incapable of communicating. They just wasted 45mins of my life... sitting there, even though I had a booking, because the technician decided to go somewhere and they didnt even communicate this to me until I started questioning my wait time. SOOOO ANNOYED!! Dont give this salon any business girls...

I’m really happy with my gel manicure, Dolly is a wonderful nail artist.EDIT: my nails chipped one week later. When I went back to get it fixed they said something about a 3 day deadline to get it fixed which has not been communicated beforehand. They still fixed my nails but only after a 30min wait even though I had an appointment. At this point I was so frustrated already, I won’t come back to this salon.

Made a booking in Marina brunch. Came on time was waiting 15 min to meet assigned specialist, lady who is doing pedicures just flush the sink with water only without sterilizing it. I ask if she will sterilize the sink after previous women she say i have no time for it and when i ask to clean it she wast happy with my request, anyway she came back with Jiff and barely wash it.

However, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service I received at Mirrors Beauty Lounge, Marina. They deserve all the appreciation for a job well done. I’m new to Dubai and staying in JBR. Walked into this salon to get a full face wax done. Although the salon was very friendly the lady doing my waxing has caused burn marks to my face due to repeated pulling in one area. I am known to have sensitive skin so I explained this to the lady once I noticed my skin started burning. She then went easier on the other side. Now looking at the condition of my skin on day 1,2 & 3 I am appalled. No one has ever done this to my skin before.They also charged extra for “threading” which is unheard of to me. Threading is always included in a full face wax, never heard of having to pay extra to have left behind hair removed by a thread. What a joke lol. I didn’t mind paying this at the time as I love to pay for service but don’t charge premium rates on poor quality work.

I recently got my haircut from here and I really liked it. So later I wnet for waxing , mani-pedi. But they postponed both the services exactly 10 or 15 mins before the appointment time. Apart from this the main thing that bothered me was that the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all . Throughout my service she didn’t smile at-least once and sometimes she didn’t respond if i ask her anything as if she didn’t want any customers. Overall service was good other than cold behavior of the receptionist.

I was very upset when I got out of the salon. first of all, I was 5 mins late, and when I arrived they asked me to wait because they still needed to prepare the room. When the room was finally ready, the worker was unprofessional, I booked to do half legs, and she did them so bad, that it hurt way more than it’s supposed to and when I went home the pores started bleeding. the woman kept sighing during the entire procedure and she was very cold and unfriendly. Eventually when she did the massage, she did it for 5 secs with basically no cream.

Horrible experience from the start I booked for gelish mani and classic pedi which I specifically asked for 2 technicians cause I was pressed in time. When I arrived to my appointment they didn’t have any booking under my name and only one girl was going to do my service so instead of one hour I ah to sit for 2 hours and change all my schedule due to the receptionist mistake. There was another technician available waiting for a no show client over 30min playing on her phone watching videos instead of assisting me, at least to start. The nail section is mixed so expect men to walk in and sit next to you, which is not mentioned anywhere. Oh and Also the classic pedi doesn’t include any scrubbing which was unheard of. There’s no manager to speak to or to complain apparently resigned since Jan so it’s a free for all.

I am leaving a negative Google for Mirrors Beauty Lounge in Marina. I had a Manicure and Pedicure done by a friendly young girl, but unfortunately, she forgot to apply the top coat on one of the footnails. I had to go back the next day for a redo, and to my dismay, two of the coats chipped the very next day. I went back again, but my nails chipped again on the third day. I tried to complain to the branch manager but was told that they dont come to this branch. I was given an email address to write to and followed up three times, but received no response. I strongly advise against using this parlour.

I had a great experience in this place. Ilian had done my hair but all staff are amazingly nice. I also had mani-padi here. Girls were lovely and has done a beautiful job too. Extremely satisfied. They are a bit slow for me but I couldnt be happier. Thank you ❤️

Very bad service. The worst facial I had in my life. Lady put massage cream as a pack on my face and messed all the steps. Total money waste. My first visit was amazing but my second visit they were lacking staff and they asked masseur to do my facial. This is for sure I will never visit this salon again. Not qualified beautician. I booked a deep cleansing facial and the worker told me I forgot the certificate at home and the colleague said our Academy do not give any certificate! How come? Liars! Skin treatment cannot be provide by unqualified people! It’s illegal and dangerous.

It was one of my best experiences in beauty salons,all the staff was very nice and professional, and I get very good service.

I found this place online and was excited to go as the reviews seemed very positive. I did my research on their website and found the service I wanted - a deep cleanse facial for AED 129. Made an appointment and found the place. The skin therapist did a consultation and tried to upsell me to a service I wasnt interested in. I told her clearly what I had come for. So we went back to the receptionist, who insisted that the service I had asked for (based on the menu online) was an Express service, whereas it was listed with the full process and duration of 50 minutes. An annoying lady who tried to insinuate I didnt know what I was talking about and quite frankly I was on the verge of reporting her to higher management.Then I turned to the therapist - Leslie - and said Im going to go ahead with you for the option I had come for which was a 50 minute deep cleaning facial for AED 129 (which the receptionist kept insisting was just a short Express facial)! Turned out to be brilliant and Leslie is fantastic. Inspite of the rude and clueless receptionist I will be heading back here monthly from now on and will make sure to recommend Leslie to all my friends! Well done Leslie!

I went to Mirrors Beauty Lounge Marina for a pedicure and a facial for 2 persons. The pedicure was done by Rimple, she did everything right👌. Our feet are soft like silk and the nails near to perfection. For the facials we had Leslie and Annie, they are both so sweet and did very good as well. It was soo relaxing with beautufil, shiny and fresh skin as a result. I would say, go see for your self! Thanks ladies!!

First of all - I was intending to leave a 5 star review as I’ve gotten 3 services at a really reasonable price and they were all quite goodMoroccan spa - 5++++ amazingHaircut- greatGel mani and pedicure - amazing except for the fact that my finger is now infected and still continues to be infected a week later as she nicked it quite deeply.

If you want to waste your time, go to this salon.... I had mani-pedi appointment at 7pm, at 6:30pm they called me to make it at 7:30pm. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes until I got really upset because nobody was accommodating me. I asked to see the manager, nobody showed up. After half hour (I was sitting on the couch waiting to be served) I just left. Nobody even called to ask me why I left or apologize. So rude and unprofessional.

They are fooling people by selling discounted vouchers on GROUPON. By “Pedicure” on Groupon they mean “nail filing and nail paint application “ and if u go DIRECT and ask for pedicure , they will provide u the exact services that of a pedicure. I mean what do they mean by PEDICURE??? It’s a different meaning if u have a GROUPON voucher and if u pay full price then u get the actual service!!!!!’

Have no concept of customers time. Had an appointment at 10:15 am. Left at 11:20 am as was just waiting for the girl who does mani padi to turn up. The staff at reception kept saying its not their fault.

Welcome to mirrors Marina branch

They dont know how to do a pedicure or a manicure. Calluses are not removed from the feet. They cut all my fingers with scissors, although I asked them not to remove the cuticle too deeply. Now I walk around with plasters on my fingers. The request was simply ignored. Everything is done quickly and without fuss. The tools that have already been used are taken out. I dont recommend it.
