I had an amazing experience at Mirrors Beauty Lounge - IBN Batutta. The nail artist was Ms. Reha, she was incredibly polite, kind, and professional. She did an absolutely stunning French nail art—truly showcasing her expertise and attention to detail. I’m so impressed with her work that I’ll definitely be coming back just because of her! Highly recommended!

I want to share my worst experience with this salon. I had a hair botox treatment, and they guaranteed that my hair would be smooth, shiny, and silky for six months. However, after just two days, my hair returned to its frizzy state. I consulted them again about this issue and asked why it happened. I had opted for a Diwali offer, and they told me they used a different product for the promotional price. Is that acceptable?They then compensated me with a protein treatment, assuring me that it would last for sure and that they used quality products. Unfortunately, I had the same experience; after just 4-5 days, my hair was back to its normal frizzy state.In my opinion, this salon does not use quality products. I would advise against any hair treatments here, as their guarantee of six months didn’t even last six days. Its a waste of money.

I get my waxing done by Gurpreet and she is fantastic at her job! Shes very friendly and exceptionally skilled. The waxing session is very quick and painless with little to no mess.The salon is clean, organized, and efficiently managed. Overall, the experience is relaxing.

Yesterday visited Mirrors for a full hair package, including coloration of roots n highlights and glow, styling,shampooing. Welll I am pretty impressed with the service of the staffs who were very friendly and experienced. My hair as u can see is damaged and too dry....hence z girl ( IMAAN) did her best to give me the color i wanted with an assurance that it will not destroy my hair and the color turned wow....jst wounderful.....z pic does not show exactly the color. No worries next week am going for treatment again..and will post a picture.....#highly reccomended#trustworthy#friendly atmosphere.......continue the job. I occasionally go for threading there They do it very well also...Now y occasionally its bekoz the eyebrows onced threaded it takes time for it to grow back again🤗Once tried the eyelash extention.....it was beautiful, painless and friendly lashes. 😍#very hygenic Salon and accomodating price for a good service with good products.But please make sure u check the price well before you do anything......bekoz the package was 399 but thry charged me 499 when i went home and checked the package....i told them zey gave lots of excuses which had no sense and then gave me 1 week timeframe to come and do a hair spa.....but i had to travel and couldnt go bt they nvr rtrned me my momey nor they collaborated acc to my convenience.....

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. There was a clear discrepancy between what was communicated to me during the chat and what I was told in person. This has caused me to lose trust in your organization.The issue is not about the money; it’s about honoring the commitments made to your customers. If something is promised, it must be fulfilled. Instead of addressing the concern upfront, you engaged in unnecessary arguments, only to later call and try to reduce the price. This approach wastes customers’ time and does not resolve the core problem.It’s disheartening because I have come to your business in good faith and based on trust. Please ensure that your processes are aligned and transparent to prevent this from happening to others.

I arrived at Mirrors rather spontaneously for a pedicure. They were able to see me within 10 minutes of my request for service. Harpreet did a great job with my pedicure! She was careful, efficient and friendly. I recommend Mirrors (IBN location)Thank you 🙏🏽

I love how gentle the staff took care of my nails.. it was so relaxing that I almost fell on a sleep. Gaupreeta did her job well done. She is accomdating and kind. i will surely go back for next session. It turned out how I wanted it to be. simple but elegant.gel frenchtip manicure

I was removin coating , the girl didnt know how to use the machine, she damaged all my nails, now my nails are peeling off from the skin, and anechalysis appeared, Im sitting here crying, I have no idea how to treat it 😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬All the nails were cut finely, the fathers were injured and began to come off the skin

Superb Salon, very clean and the staff is excellent. I got the russian Eyelash set done by Sara and it was great. She was really professional and courteous and made sure that I didnt feel anything. I can definitely recommend mirrors to anybody because of this experience. Price cant be compared to the value

I went for the 130 aed package, mei did my hair, she was amazing. she followed every single step and asked questions to make sure im comfortable. she also made sure no frizz was left. if you want to book, book with her.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star.I had the absolute worst experience at this salon, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I went in for an eyebrow threading, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The technician completely ruined my eyebrows—she made them look ridiculously arched and fake, not at all like my natural shape. When I pointed it out, she had the nerve to argue that this was my natural brow shape.The place was a mess, not clean or tidy at all, which should have been my first red flag. And to top it all off, the technician didnt even apologize for the terrible job she did. No professionalism, no care, just a complete waste of time and money. I would never return.

UPDATE!!!On the second photo my eyelashes a week after the procedure of extending.Date - Sunday 30.06.2024. In the photo we see that all the eyelashes made by the master Mirrors salon fell out.A few long eyelashes are eyelashes from a previous extension that I did 1.5 months ago at another master and the master of the Mirrors salon did not remove them.We see that the eyelashes made 1.5 months ago hold, and the eyelashes made 1 week ago all fell out!!!This is terrible quality work! I’m not happy as a client, and I’ll be demanding a refund when I get back from vacation in Dubai.I visited this salon on Monday, June 24, 2024. I signed up for the eyelash extension procedure. My mistake was that before I went to this salon, I didn’t read Google reviews about the poor quality of service. I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case my experience with this beauty salon was negative.The Eyelash Extension master is not a professional. She does not know how to glue lashes efficiently and well and uses materials of low quality. During the procedure, she almost ripped off my eyelashes and I was in so much pain that I screamed in pain. The master used cheap glue and my eyelashes began to fall off on the first day, and on the third day, my eyelashes fell out from the corners of my eyes! I constantly do eyelash extension and know that the first 2 days of eyelashes cannot be wet. But my eyelashes began to fall out on the first day! This nonsense! I warned the master that I was going on vacation to Europe and I needed to keep my eyelashes long.Before beginning the procedure I asked the master to show pictures of her works. In the photos it looked better than in real life. My eyelashes after the extensions were rare, scarce, not thick and there were very few of them. Also, the eyelashes began to fall off on the first day. I am dissatisfied as a client and disappointed in the quality of the work of this master and salon. The price of this service was 250 derhams. Why do you hire masters who do not know how to glue eyelashes? It is not worth 250 derhams. It is spoiled mood and thrown money. Another detail I have to warn everyone about. After the procedure At the reception they say that the amount of service should be added to the cost of the tax 5 percent, although in the price they initially indicated a completely different amount. And this increase in the cost of the procedure and customers do not warn about it BEFORE the procedure, but called an increased amount AFTER the procedure, which is obviously a bad faith policy towards the client.I strongly DO NOT recommend to build eyelashes in this beauty salon. These poorly applied lashes will last a week at most instead of a month!

Eman did my hair beautifully, I got a combination of lowlight and full color, she advised me not to make it a lighter shade in order to not damage my previously black dyed hair.Charm did a great job on my nails.Both ladies were so nice and kept asking me if I needed anythingAlso, their prices are so affordable

Recently i did my nails from here and it was fabulous.. nail experts Riha and Lila did a wonderful job. Riha is truely artistic and gives us n number of suggestions and her work is awesome. Thanks a lot.. i also did a haircut and i have never been this happy with it. Hair stylist Sudha proved that any hair can be turned to absolute wonder in short time. She changed my look overall. Thanks a lot for the wonderful service and yes..i will visit again for sure..

The service took too long. I did classic pedicure and gel refill. The gel refill was good, but I didn’t really like the pedicure. The lady who did it, was like in hurry, no cream was applied or anything as I saw it was done to other clients. The skin from the cuticles wasn’t cut or cleaned properly and the nails aren’t filed good, as well the length was not as I requested! The reception lady was quite kind and polite.

Undoubtedly happy and satisfied with the experience. A very cooperative and welcoming staff, lovely ambiance but the best thing was to get the hair treatment done from Reeno. She’s incredibly professional, skillful and friendly. I can totally trust my hair treatments with her. Best highlights and hair cut for me so far.A highly recommended place.

I had a really good experience.. Oshal was my hairstylist who did an excellent job with my hair.. her head massage was so relaxing.. very warm and friendly attitude.. I would also like to Riya who did my nails..she did an amazing job

I had my nails done on Thursday, but unfortunately, they were accidentally damaged. I made a reservation for today at 7 PM to fix my nails but when I arrived, I was told they could not accommodate me. If no one is available, then appointments shouldnt be booked in the first place. This is a waste of time.Although the salon has many staff members, only two nail technicians are skilled enough to provide quality service. With this kind of management and poor customer service, I will never return.

Late review : I visited 3 years ago.I always get in on time of my booking there is no delay usually.I always book with Nozhat hair stylist. She understand my need and my concern, she is honest with her opinion and doesnt agree to do things that would harm your hair.They are a bit more expensive than other salons but the service is good.

It was my first time visiting Mirrors at Ibn Batuta because it’s convenient from my home. The staff are very warm and professional from the reception to the nail techs (Harpreet and Riha). They suggested me the colors that will suit me and based on my preference and it turned out really beautiful. I will definitely visit more often ☺️

I recently visited Mirrors Saloon for gel nails, in the IBN Bathutha Mall branch and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service. The nails were not done properly and looked uneven. Worse, the gel started peeling off the same day I had them done, which should not happen with quality gel nails.I had to return the very next day to get them fixed, which cost me additional money on taxis. Overall, I’m really unhappy with the experience and expected much better from the salon

After my first time at mirrors, I was convinced that i would be back more often because of how well and friendly the staff were with us.I got my waxing done from Harpreet and she made me feel really comfortable and was gentle on my sensitive skin.

Got a pedicure and manicure with gel. My toes are fine for now but my nails all the gel. They’ve lasted a week and already it’s peeling all off! Not happy at all and won’t be visiting again. This has never happened before

Booked an appointment for hair color and it did not disappoint!Eman did a FABULOUS job, she patiently understood what i wanted, as I skeptical with using bleach on my hair, she explained the process in detail and did a wonderful job.Highly recommend Eman for any type of hair color application.

Was here at 2pm today I took off to relax but a lady came with her laptop and do all her online meetings arguing with a speaker on while doing her nails. This is not acceptable and staff didn’t do anything to stop her! The whole 2 hours I was there she was arguing I in her laptop. I’ve been their customer for many years I think this time I’ll find somewhere better. Spoke to the reception about this.

Amazing Moroccan bath by Fatiha (I am moroccan myself and rarely get such a service) she worked really hard and didnt speed me up. I also did my eyebrows with Lila and really liked her work and precision. Another special mention to the 2 ladies at reception (sorry didnt get your names) they were welcoming and accommodating.

I wont give even one starWorst experience ever i did highlights on 7/11/24 and took the hair package for 499Aed+ tax the highlights didn’t look good at all i asked her not to apply on the crown part of the hair but she did it turned out so bad and the salon is so unprofessional while coloring she spilled the bleach of my clothes and the package was included toning and hair mask which she didn’t leave even for 5 mins to work on my hair so i had to go again to the salon on 8/11/24 to fix the hair not everyone can travel again n again and go to the salon low quality for 499AED+tax.

I visited for a hair cut, the lady was too arrogant and the worst part is, she used the blow dryer at the highest heat without any heat protection and so many times just to make it look good for that moment.She burnt my ears by hair dryer, but she didnt even say sorry for once! The worst parlour service I have ever received in Dubai. My hair became so damaged, that I am struggling now to manage it. Not at all recommended.

The service is extremely poor when it comes to booking appointments. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes myself, as the stylist was attending to another client, even though my appointment for a hair service had been confirmed. I could have easily gone to another salon if they had informed me about the extended waiting time.During my wait, another lady arrived and expressed her frustration about her confirmed appointment, despite the stylist already being occupied as well with other customers.They will confirm your appointment over the phone and once you arrived they will tell you to wait.

I have been in this salon a few times but my last 2 visits were quite disappointing. I am happy with the services, my nail technicians were very good and even my hairdresser but one receptionist is not welcoming plus makes wrong bookings and not helpful. On the other hand, Erika who is also from the reception is very accommodating and helpful. She was kind enough to see if i can be helped. I hope they look into this and improve this area because this is where customers get their first impression. I will still go there because i like the services. Will just have to live with yhe reception part though.

I went for a haircut , i had to pay for a styling i didnt ask for as well , on top of that the lady used soo much product in my hair and i didnt realize before it was too late, the haircut was ok but the lady couldnt seem more uninterested in the instructions i was giving her i didnt even get a yes or an ok from her, not to mention my appointment was for 11:30 and they took me in at 12, my sister made a booking online and it wasnt even registered in their system, if your website is not a working system then shut it down, if you cannot keep your appointments then dont take appointments, dont hire people who cannot follow instructions, do not do services that were not asked for and then charge more for it or at the very least ask before you do it. Customers dont know your just doing things they believe is part of the service n then you charge them for something else, ive been to other salons where after a haircut they style my hair partially as part of the service WITHOUT dousing me and my phone with hairspray without my permission. The salon can do very well if service is provided properly and these things are improved

I had booked online for my services which was very easy to do. I booked for a Moroccan Bath and A Gel Mani & Pedi. Both of my services were very relaxing and of high quality. Nail Technicians are good. However the receptionist is horrible. I have heard her shouting at the nail technicians infront of me. Also their attitude depends on the mood. My toenails were in real unfortunate shape and I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I was able to schedule an appointment here. They have a stunning collection of gel nail polish available, I went with nanO N-2683. The nail technician was extremely professional and patient. She exercised extra care with one of my toenails that got removed in an accident earlier this year and was just growing back. She practically fabricated two symmetrical ones for me. I love the shape and colour, this is my current go to place for beauty services.

I made an appointment for a semipermanent eyebrow microblading. I had previously done them, more than 1.5 years ago, but I did not like the color and wanted to change them. Sehar was super nice and she understood what I wanted and changed the color to my liking. She was very quick, very understanding and did a great job. 5 stars for Sehar! If I needed to get them done again, I would go to Sehar again. Recommended!

They changed their staff to novice ones. The girl who did my gel nails doesn’t know what she’s doing. There’s bubble and it’s not dry enough. So when I got home my nails are all ruined. If the gelish medi /mani is done right it’s supposed to be already dry and good to go before you even gone out the salon. I had it re-done 3x and she still wouldn’t get it right! And the girl who did the threading left me with a lot of wounds on my face. First time that happened to me. I know it happens often but not that much!

I recently had my haircut here. I am giving 2 stars for the good customer service because they were prompt in responding and were very welcoming. Another star for the efforts of my hairstylist. Unfortunately, she was unable to copy the hair that I wanted (which was my original haircut done by someone else, but just got longer). Also, there are noticeable uneven lengths that I need to get fixed. This was just my experience for a styled haircut.

I recently got a hair cut and hair colour from Mirrors, I was very happy with the overall experience, however the next day I was a bit dissatisfied with the way the colouring was done on one side and went back to get it fixed. The staff was very friendly and heard me out and gave me exactly what I wanted. Sudha especially understood what I was trying to communicate. Very happy with the final results.

Huda stylist did good job for my hair cut and Botox treatment

I did my lash here a few weeks ago and they were quite lovely, but a bit too much glue was used so it snagged some of my lashes. One lash extension was attached to four eyelashes and it was extremely painful for me, I had to remove it. Please be careful next time applying lash extensions, my natural lashes suffered some damage. 🥹

I went to this Salon few times in the past, but unfortunately today I had a bad experience. The staff are not happy with the management as result they take it out on the customers. I payed full price no promotion for all the services a booked, therefore I expect good service.There was a lots of noise from the girls talking to each one other very loudly and answering their phones few times(4-5times) whilst working as will as taking a break to nibble on there snacks…..I will not come back. There are other salons that offer a better customer service.

Great, excellent service! Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you want to have a perfect and relaxing massage look for the Moroccan Lady shes very good and professional. She was amazing and attentive! My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. The therapist listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place (Mirrors Beauty Lounge) for an excellent massage. They have all the services you can expect from head to foot. A great full salon experience!

I had my massage here. That time it was 150 aed for an hour massage. I had one Filipina lady who assisted me and it was a pleasurable experience. The place was clean and decent. They offered you a robe and the massage bed was comfortable. The massage itself was superb...no pain..just a relaxing time. It made me doze off...I will definitely booked another appointment

I did make up and hair style for a wedding I was invited to. The make up done by Nour is excellent, shes an artist and so meticulous attention to detail. My hair was done by another lady, it looked very nice however only went flat after 2-3 hours although i have very thick frizzy hair that can handle hair styles to stay in place so that was okay but can be better. Also I didnt like how the hair stylist kept reminding me 4-5 times that they gave me a good price

I booked for a manicure, body massage, and hair color & style as a birthday gift. They cancelled the manicure, the hair dye job was abysmal, and the stylist even burned my forehead when strengthening my hair!!

I made a booking online and got an SMS confirmation. When I reached the venue they said they didn’t have the booking and when I showed them the booking on their website along with the SMS they said it was my ‘duty’ to call and confirm. The harrowing experience didn’t end there. They refused to honour the appointment stating that they no longer have the offer I booked an appointment for. They said they would give a hair trim but not a hair cut when I’d booked for a haircut. I left highly disappointed.

I went to this spot because of its ratings but I was very disappointed in terms of their waxing services. The establishment is very clean and staff is friendly, so im sure their other serves are good, but not waxing.I booked a bikini wax and i dont think the person that did it was trained at all.They did not pull the skin taut and pull out huge patches at a time. The worst part was that there was wax left over and I had to take it out when I got home.I personally would not recommend this place for waxing.

I had a bad experience with the previous salon I went to near our house and since I had a great hair experience before, I checked with them if they had availability even though it was already late. I’m so glad they still accommodated me. It was supposedly just for removal of nail gel and cleaning but I had a change of heart and went for nail gel again with french tip. Though it will take longer time, the lady still managed to happily accept my request and I didn’t even feel that she was in rush because it’s nearly closing time. She was precise and I was beyond satisfied with the result. I swear this will be my go to place next time! No more experimenting on other salons. I wanted to comment my nail stylist but I forgot her name 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was regular customer for nail service in this branch.I booked by phone for date 11 of December 2022 with reception for nail technician in Al Rigga branch to do pedicure 6 pm. When I reached almost round building of salon 5:30 pm Jenifer nail technician called me from salon number to said that she cannot do for me pedicure, because she is feeling not well . I was really surprised why manager and reception accept to call me Jennifer to cancel my booking last 30 minutes....,😯🙄Reception must inform me as Im customer 2 hours before minimum, that this nail technician not going to do her job.For sure we are all human I can understand if she really feel not well. But its happening not first time. Its happening now often with this nail technician. For my sister few weeks before same nail technician did really not nice ,not well done nail service because manager didnt give to Jenifer to go home and Jennifer complain about it to my sister. But we are getting this service not free, we are paying and really we liked her job . But If this stuff has good mood she is doing her work nice, if doesnt have mood or doesnt want work and if she wants to go home early or any reason or if she is sick so ,,They could give her better vacation or rest from work. Anyway it must be problem between them, but should be not touching customers.And at least before 2 hours inform please about cancelling from salon side (not from customer side). Because we are planning our day about time, coming to this branch from far place.I spend my time to come to get nice service, but I got totally opposite. I was so disappointed. It is extremely hard to find a good beauty salon nowadays, especially good therapist: however in Mirrors Ibn Battuta I found all. I tried pedicure and it was great and every week going there for a Moroccan bath and massage package with Fatiha. She is amazing! She really cares about me, not missing even 1 small detail in my body, bringing relaxation and comfort after long working week. Highly recommended!Reception is as well super polite, addressing to me and others by name.Haircut is overpriced in my opinion, but rather than that all is perfect: treatment choices, cleanliness and attitude of the staff. Great job!

My sisters and I went to Al Bustan branch and the staff was so friendly, they made everything very easy for us, explained us all the services which made it easy for us to choose.Jackie did our facial which was exceptional, she explained every step and how it benefited our skin which was very helpful.Apart from that its a perfect salon to visit with friends or family, i loved the interiors which made our experience worth it.

I cant tell you what the services are like at this salon. I walked out before I had anything done because of the unprofessional front desk experience.The front desk staff hadnt recorded my booking and tried to tell me I never made one. She was quite rude about it. When I proved I had made a booking, she came up with an elaborate lie about my technician having an emergency, but she would get to the salon as soon as possible, but she didnt know how long it would be. We then had an argument as this was obviously a lie as she tried to cover her tracks on forgetting to record my booking and was scrambling to find staff. So I walked out.The worst thing about this situation wasnt that they forgot to record my appointment, its the unnecessary elaborate lie to cover the mistake and the complete lack of accountability. Why not apologise, admit the mistake and see what can be done, rather than lie?Additionally, see how many 5 star reviewers for this salon have only ever given one or two reviews in total, so theyre likely to be false. Theres no way this is a 4.5 star salon

Mirrors at Ibn Battuta mall is a great salon! Right from their decor, to the colours inside and on the walls - everything is very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk service is great and efficient. They are very polite and accomodating.Nuzhat - the senior hairstylist, has worked on my hair a few times. Shes amazing! I really trust her with my hair. She understands exactly what the client wants - whether its a haircut or blow drying/styling or colour. Shes an expert and listens very patiently to the needs and requirements of the client, and only after that gives her advise on what would look best on the client.I also got a pedicure done once before at Mirrors, that was great too! And my mom got a neck and shoulder massage - she liked that as well. I always have a very good experience at Mirrors.

Pavonia full facial.The experience was amazing and I was quite impressed with their hygiene practice to keep their salon and clients safe from the current pandemic.I never had acrylics before as I thought Its not comfortable having artificial nails all the time but my current experience changed my percpective all together as its not at all uncomfortable and not heavy on nails.They did the Acrylics so professionally that I dont feel like I am having artificial nails at all but if you are thinking of getting them done make sure to have plenty of time as it does take minimum 2 hours.Paraffin pedicure:I had paraffin treatment which is good for blood circulation and I felt relaxed after having this.Pevonia Facial:After having this facial I felt fresh. My skin is extremely sensitive so it’s difficult for my skin to adjust to any product initially but this somehow worked for me (may be due to the fact that they have experts who recommended me this based on my skin type) and my skin felt super soft, fresh, and glowy.P. S. With Acrylics you cannot offer prayer so I did mine during days when I cant offer prayers.Overall it was an amazing experience do give it a try they are having some amazing offers going on as well ❤️❤️

I had an appointment at the Ibn Battuta Mall branch after checking that I could use the Groupon voucher for Microshading.The treatment I received from the therapist Sahar was amazing, and I thoroughly recommend her. 5 Stars *****Unfortunately, I will not be returning to that branch again as the Receptionist, also the Branch Manager, was busy with an unhappy customer upon my arrival. She acknowledged me but didnt take the time to properly help me and I sat and waited 10 minutes looking at Sahar as we were not introduced to each other. My treatment didnt start until a full 20 minutes after the booked time.After the treatment when I handed over the Groupon voucher, I was told by the Manager that they do not accept Groupon vouchers for this treatment. There were a lot of conversations before the voucher was finally accepted but I was told under no circumstances could I use another voucher at this branch. It was very embarrassing and I will not be returning to the Ibn Battuta branch again even though I loved the treatment.

Will definitely come back again** I was happy with the mani and pedi right after it was done, unfortunately it lasted less than a week. Classic mani and pedi shouldnt chip just after few days.. disappointed. Giving 3 starts instead of 5.

I had my lashes done today at the Mirrors Beauty Lounge with Bella, She was so friendly and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. This newly opened salon is a quite a hidden gem. I was so pleased with the services, the best gel extensions I ever got. The staff is extremely trained. I am so happy With my haircut as well. I’m REALLY DISAPPOINTED with my last visit! I went there before and I loved my nails and the technician was nice with me. I decided to come back to make overlay and two nails were broken in three days, so I contact the receptionist and she told me that I wouldn’t pay for the repair and booked for me at the next day.First thing they changed my booking because another person decided to made more services and informed me on the very last minute, and at the end of the service they charged me the whole price of the gelish application for ONLY 2 NAILS! I explained myself and both receptionist just said that nobody told me that I wouldn’t pay, and they wanted to charge as well for the repair + gelish (again, the full price of gelish). It was just too much money for a service that I didn’t receive. I’m really disgusted with the attention at the reception, the technician lady was nice with me.

Sahar is really amazing at what she does. I got the lip blush, microblading, and eyeshadow done. This isn’t my first time getting these done so I can tell you from experience that she knows her craft. Great experience. Also, I was almost 20 min late and they were very understanding. I would recommend arriving early at the mall because it’s pretty big and it might take you a few minutes to find :)

I recently visited this for hair cut and hair coloring , i already informed them that i have long hair after going there they refused to give me the package as my hair is long. Even while coloring and hair cut they kept saying your hair is long and its challenging for them to color it for that package. Over all Hair coloring and haircut was decent but i don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s too natural i don’t feel like i colored my hair. Won’t recommend for haircuts.

Very incompetent management at the reception. Nobody is answering calls or whats app after 10:15am. Then when receptionist picks up it’s obvious she is in the car and not alone. After promise to contact us it didn’t happen and then although offer is from Mon-Thu the saloon rather says they don’t have available technician and pushing you to make an appointment when the offer is not valid. Very incompetent and unprofessional and misleading information towards customers.

Absolutely horrible experience because of the manager Pooja.I booked and payed for a massage and facial appointment on the website but when I showed up they said they have no record of it. The girl at reception said she would figure it out by the time I finished. The manager (Pooja) came up to me while I was waiting and said I didn’t have a booking and gave me a higher price than what I already payed. I showed her the confirmation on their website but she didn’t care. I ended up just having the massage as I wasn’t going to pay more than what the actual price was for the facial. By the time I finished Pooja had left and the girl at reception asked me to pay. Again, I showed her the confirmation but as her manager didn’t accept it she demanded me to pay again. She asked me to speak to Pooja on the phone but she just kept repeating herself saying that I haven’t payed. Anyways I ended up paying for the massage again even tho I already made the payement online as well as for the facial I didn’t even get. 5 minutes after I left Pooja called me and said they received my previous payment and she will refund me. I understan these things happen but her attitude and level of custumer service was unaccepable which is a shame because everyone else in the salon was lovely. I still haven’t received myrefund….

Moroccan bath, the behaviour and uselessness, and the attitude on top of everything was outrageous and out of this world horrible. I was forced to pay for the service which basically wasnt even provided .The branch manager shouted at me instead of assisting, Service was not safe and beyond not enjoyable! The bathroom was without slippers, no neck pillows, although I requested many times a few months ago, no music to relax with, the technician- instead of complaining about the low and late salary should have better focused on work and made sure the client left happy and clean and not with the sticky body! Whats the point of me using the scrubbing and the steaming if I left dirty and un-taken care of! What have u paid for??? I request an area manager to provide me with the relevant compensation! Please contact me ASAP!

Very bad serviceI have 3 issues1- I booked an appointment then when I reach there, they called the technician she’s not answering, then I wait 15 minutes, then they told me she’s not coming!!!!! What a bad stuff !!! No communication with each other, she should informed that she is not coming!!!!!2- before I do eyelashes lifting and each eye looks different, I text them and send a picture, they didn’t answer!!!! What a bad service.!!!!!3- when I text them on WhatsApp they will reply after 3 hours or the next day !!!!What a bad service!!!!!Very bad service!!!

I have visited it several times and every time all the staff are super professional and on the detail. I love every set of nails that theyve created for me. The manicure and pedicure is just exceptional and most importantly lasting! It is worth every penny! I recommend it 100% to everyone.

Ive been to this salon twice, and I can surely say now, that finally after 6 years in Dubai, I found my hairstylist. Roxy (Oksana) was recommended to me by a friend, first time I came just to cut ends and give some shape to my hair, and she was just amazing, her every piece of advice is gold. Just trust her. In 2 weeks I felt like I urgently need bangs, and she made it perfect!! I am sure all girls know how dangerous it is sometimes :)) with her - no danger, it just looks gorgeous. I had gotten my manicure and pedicure done by Charma and Chin respectively. Both were very good with their work. Besides the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

The salon is big and spacious. Love the ambiance and the design. The ladies are nice and welcoming. Only thing that bothered me was that the beautician hurt me when doing my pédicure to the extent that my big toe was hurting from the next day on until a week later. 💔 but I have no other complaints otherwise.

My daughter had the most amazing haircut and I had an amazing facial and mani pedi. Very friendly staff and professional service provided throughout. Will definitely go here again and again and again... 😊❤️

I had one of the most unprofessional experience in my life. When I communicate with them they gave me a price but when I arrived they surprised me with another price.And I told the receptionist did i just drived 35min from my work place in my break time for nothing she said yes ma’am 😡 I don’t recommend this salon to anyone

Nira has done waxing and she has magic in hands without any pain and she love with his job and deliver great services. Visited the salon (muraqqabat) june 28, around 5pm an Indian lady in the reception welcomed me it wasnt that busy only one client when I came in. They were friendly and the place is perfect clean.Had gelish pedicure and acrylic nails on my hand. The gelish is good, the pakistaní lady was slow but she did well on my feet.However, I have to say a few pointsFirstly, Im not satisfied whats been done on my acrylic I had a french tip with silver lining design but it was not amazing the lines werent aligned and the silver looks faded. If you see it from afar its nice but if you will look closely its really not good. I paid 200 for that as its on promotion but since its discounted quality shouldnt be compromised. The Vietnamese lady was nice but her work is so, soSecondly, to my dismay I asked the receptionist for coffee and it took her forever so, I asked another staff for the coffee and I was told that THEY DONT HAVE SUGAR which means I cant have any coffee. WTH!!! Its a very lame reply for a huge salon that cant provide sugar for clients Im not asking for a nespresso or something just normal coffee with milk will do.Thirdly, when I was about to pay I asked for a new face mask as I wanted to replace mine. And as usual they dont have.Oh my gosh! Its my first time visit there and definitely will be the last. I cancel my eyebrows and upper lip threading because of what happened. Im completely disappointed. 👎👎So poor service. I dont know if the staff are lazy since there are fewer clients. Or I dont know?!I rarely give reviews on anything but since I checked out the salon on their IG and it I find it nice so I gave it a go, but its an upsetting experience with them 😑

I visited the Ibn Batuta branch and was very much impressed with all the services I took. I visited a saloon first time in 2 years and the experience was really amazing. Would recommend this saloon for anyone anytime. All the staff are really good at their job, the saloon is very clean keeping all safety protocols and the services are worth for all the money you spend.

I always go to Leela for my waxing and she’s been by far the best and my go-to person for waxing. She is really sweet and professional. She always go over the top to make sure I am satisfied with the service and I always had a smooth and awesome experience with her. She’s the best in Dubai ❤️

My go to Salon ❤️. Clean, beautiful interior, friendly staff and are very good at what they do. For Manicure and Pedicure look for Glow and Crinz they will surely take care of you - the best. Did my lashes too and Bella was awesome. They have promotions as well and their prices are a good value for your money. 😊

I love this place. I did a hair treatment and my hair looks so amazing a soft. Christina took care of me so well, explained all the steps sopt on all my hair problems. She also made some massage while waiting and when she was washing my hair. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I cant wait to come back!

In love with my hair transformation .I went with a reddish color with very brittle fine hair, and next to impossible to bleach with color correction and didnt wanted full hair color, I wanted balayage or highlights in ash gold or caramel tone but again it was an impossible demand, but Christine didnt left any stone unturned in providing me options, possibilities and solutions. Finally she did balayage and WOW is the word. Thank you Christine for taking care of me and u have earned me as ur client for a life. Also met Puja the branch manager who was very lovely and great personality, very friendly and cheerful. Overall experience was amazing. Thank you team. You ladies are doing a great job.
