I had an amazing experience getting my hair colored at their Barsha branch! Kamna, who did my coloring, was absolutely wonderful—she was so sweet and did a fantastic job. I’m beyond happy with the results. Manisha was equally kind and attentive, ensuring the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The reception is very poor and not attention to details when I request an appointment, I said manicure and pedicure for waxing . So I did only waxing and waited 15 minutes for someone to do my manicure and pedicure. And receptionist saying that I did not call for manicure and pedicure and then I told her ( why are you lack of staff she said we are lack of staff) then I told her you should be honest from the beginning you are lack of staff and she is tell no I book for you another technian but she is very slow to finish thats what the reception told me. So this is not my problem if your technian is slow you should hired someone who is well experienced for manicure and pedicure and also must hire professionals reception who is attention to details very bad service and the reception is not honest from the beginning. And I will not come back to this saloon because of their poor service and they dont have proper manager to guide their staff to serve their customers satisfaction...

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience, where I received eyelash extensions.Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet my expectations for the third time. i have to go twice the second day after i get the service (the glue is cheap), and it is not acceptable due to the cost of the service. I gave them chances 3 times without any improvement. The extensions fell out prematurely after one hour i found half of them on my cheek .I had hoped for a more satisfying result, given the reputation of your salon and the cost.I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope this can help improve the services offered. I would appreciate any steps you can take to address this situation.My friends and I will stop going to them after what happened several times.

I went to Mirrors Salon Muraqqabat with no expectations but just to get my Gelish Manicure and Pedicure. I have been going to another salon in Wafi Mall for the past 12 years but as my nail technician had left, decided to switch salon.I must say the smiling faces was the first tick off for me. The nail technicians Srijana and Loan did an amazing job. Really appreciate the way in which they handled the job. Love their work and it will be my ‘go-to’ salon.Am coming back!

I would visit this beauty lounge whenever Im in dubai. Staff are very professional and polite. Had my brows done by Mimi who was just excellent at her work 💯 👌🏻. The rest of the services as well are always done great and they make you really feel relaxed.

I’m putting this review right after I finish my hair color with Dear samma ruy (my hairstylist) and I’m telling you she did miracle for my hair, my hair was with 3,4 tones of mix color and she did a very beautiful balayage for me. Lots of thanks for her. Salon was nice and clean also and I enjoyed from the hours I depend with them.

Felt bad with the behavior from the receptionist I informed receptionist for a my threading to be done but though she ignore totally n allow other customers though I waited for 25 mins although she promised to be done in 15 mins. It’s totally unfair n negligent staff behaviors. It’s my 5 experience n totally unsatisfying behaviors. I wish team to work on it and behave everyone same.

Worst Service and Bad ExperienceI booked a Hammam and root hair color service, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The Hammam was painful, and the room had a bad odor. Despite pre-booking, I waited over an hour for the root color. The staff was unprofessional and asked unnecessary questions during the service. They used a loofah for the Hammam and charged me an extra 20 AED without prior notice in the time of booking with cobone. When I requested a bill, they made me wait again, only to find out the item wasn’t even in their product list. I doubt they’re authorized to sell it. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Mirrors beauty lounge is quite amazing. I highly recommend Simma for hair service and nail artist Aimee. They are doing excellent job. I did callus treatment with Aimee, she is so compassionate and kind. She will not finish her service until she makes sure remove all the dead skin. She is doing Fantastic job

Unfortunately, I didnt have a nice outcome of my visit to the Al Muraqabat branch. The lady doing my manicure didnt want to give me a French style to my nails because it was to hard to do so. At the end she agreed to give me a French but she practically told me not to complaint at the end because the technique is too difficult. Arent these ladies experts and experienced on this nail field??? Also, the nail polish started to peel off the very next day. The lady doing my pedi was great though. The receptionist also very nice and helpful.

I just had my services today with this Branch and i can definitely say i had the best services from these lovely ladies.Waxing was less painful from Chattu, never had a less painful waxing for a while . She handle all with care for meSeridiana was the so caring and so professional im making my nails as comfortable and nice and quick.Emy gave me the cleanest pedi and then later the very satisfying massage that i needed the most and which im searching for a massage for a while now. Nothing beats her professionalism and her technique on her work! My body was rejuvenated.Want to do schedule again a followup massage to get rid of this pain that i suffer for a long time now.This branch service is a definite thumbs up

My trusted and go to place for classic or gelish manicure pedicures, Gurpareet and Srijana for your services. I have always got my acrylic nails done from here. My hairstylist is Pasang and she is just amazing with her work. The ambiance of the saloon both at Rigga and Muraqabat branches is very hygienic and well maintained. You will all enjoy your time being at the saloon and getting your services done. The staff is very friendly and experienced.

The salon is very aesthetic and clean. My only problem is they don’t have the steam machine for hair spa … which is unacceptable given the price of the service. And it’s the most important step of the hair spa treatment.

I do not advise anyone to go to this place. I went to do the Moroccan bath. I was surprised that inside the bathroom, the walls were full of mold, and the sleeping place was used to do the bath. The smell of the bath was disgusting. As for the Moroccan bath that they do, it has nothing to do with the Moroccan bath, neither the materials themselves nor the procedures. It is all lies, fraud, and deception of people. Even in the salon, the materials they put in the shampoo and conditioner are written LOreal, but only the box was filled with regular materials and not LOreal. The employees who work there are very bad. If you want to catch diseases and respiratory diseases, go to this place. I hope that the owner of the place will review the inspection of the place and review the employees who were hired because if it continues in this state, the place will be closed due to the poor services and the filth of the place.

My mother and I visited this salon yesterday, and it was truly one of the worst experiences weve ever encountered. To begin with, they dyed our hair wrong color, and then they applied a cheap protein product that completely damaged our hair. As a result, my mothers dark purple hair transformed into a dirty blonde shade, while I, who aimed for red hair, ended up with an orange hue instead. It is astonishing that they would still have the audacity to demand payment for such poor service. I strongly advise against visiting this salon under any circumstances, unless you want your hair to be damaged as they have no idea what theyre doing.

I recently visited Mirror Salon after being told that the color and protein treatment were part of one package. I reconfirmed this multiple times before coming, as it was the only reason I booked the appointment. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the protein treatment was not included in the package. This miscommunication wasted my time and travel expenses, which I find unprofessional. I hope the salon improves its communication in the future. Please ensure to clarify everything before starting your package.

I had worst experience with them. I would not suggest anyone. First of all I got a cut on my eye lid during micro blading eye brows then when I washed eyebrows after almost 3 days (that’s wat they had recommended), I found so many my brows needed so many corrections. They charged me 499 + vat for 1 seating and asked me to visit for treatment in 45 days but they said they will charge 399 + vat so it’s 900+ vat for eye brows which is way too much. I checked with few other centers and found that most of the centers in UAE gives free treatment after 45 days/ 2months. Bad bad attitude staff except one Nepali staff who although did not give us service still had courtesy to smile.

I’ve just done my manicure and pedicure now in this location and I wasn’t really excited before I enter the salon, but I would love to thank all the friendly team there! Sirjana who did my manicure with gel color is amazing and she was so carful with my sensitive nails and cuticles and Maha and who did the pedicure was so sweet and professional I can feel the softness, highly recommended place.

If you have a slight curl in your hair don’t even consider visiting this location.First of all,they are neither professional nor can handle hair that isn’t straight.The location is a whole other issue,it’s far from ideal and even finding the salon itself is an issue.From the moment my mother,sister,and I walked in and to the moment we walked out,it was very obvious that the staff were disinterested in what WE wanted,it was very unprofessional.To continue it off,we could tell they were talking about us in a different language after we complained that our hair was still very itchy AFTER they had washed our hair,weird right?Moreover,we were appalled to see that once people that they knew,had straight hair,or spoke the same language as them walked in they would brush us off and go as far as burn us several times with their straightener.Overall,I would not recommend this salon to anyone.The combination of unprofessionalism,disrespectful attitudes,and poor location makes it a place to avoid.

I was there with my mom and daughter yesterday. The ladies are so nice. Tina did my nails and she did such an amazing job. She took her time, was attentive and had my nails looking so nice. I want to put a very negative feedback, I did lip blushing and I paid 520 AED , after 4 days all the colour totally vanished in addition I got lip infection, and my lip became as if I didnt do any treatment.. If there is less than 1 star I will give.. I dont advise anyone to try it. I attached the photo of my lip after 4 days only from doing the lip blushing

Extremely disappointed.Took a body massage service with them . The lady MAYA doing the massage didn’t even know how to do it . She just put bare oil on my body and was just spreading over . Also 0 ambiance for massage was created no music , the lady doing masaage had such long nails that it hurt and she was wearing awfully noise making slippers .Wasted my money and time.Have been an extremely satisfied mirrors customer but now never going back.Also their manager is of no use , despite of telling her the issue she was quiet .

My hairstylist, Kris, made sure that I willleave the saloon satisfied.She indeed did it! The place itself was clean and cozy. They we’re following the protocol and made sure disinfected everyone that went inside the saloon.I couldn’t be more happier with my hair! Ms Kris did a great job that when I had requested such hair colour she turned them out be more beautiful when applied!

Very bad service for sale and aftersale, the people arent honest with the customer they always doing promotions to drag the people in they offer me an hair keratin which suppose to last for at least 6 months as they promised but in fact it didn’t last for 6 days either, and the branch manger contacted with me and tried to handle me, she promised that she will do the keratin again and when i called them to book an appointment they are not answering me. I’ll not stop putting reviews until they will take an action and give my money back SO I DON’T RECOMMEND this PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!

I am currently on holiday in Dubai and wanted to get a couple of services done. This includes getting my hair retouched, manicure and pedicure, and a lovely Moroccan bath. Honestly when I do come out to Dubai again I feel good knowing I have a salon I feel confident going back to. The location is stunning and the workers are gems. I really recommend May for all hair services and Jonalyn for nails. You wont be disappointed ladies.

Worst saloon management and if you are planning to use Groupon voucher then be ready to get ripped off with unreasonable excuses for additional payment and second class treatment. Will never recommend this salon to anyone unless they really take some effort in customer service and the treatments they provide. Facial was fine (again I had to fight for performing the basic steps of steaming and blackhead removal), moroccan bath was so bad that the skin was nearly torn due to the rough scrubbing, waxing was comparatively good).

I had done my hair styling and haircut from this salon few months ago. I absolutely adore the staffs for being generous and very much understanding and helpful with my needs. The prices are reasonable for the services provided and according to the standard of this Beauty Lounge, it’s amazing and the atmosphere itself will bring you to a great mood.

First of all thanks to Loan and Tina for taking good care of me and my friend. Just because of them i am putting 2 stars but I don’t even wanna put star: they were so respectful and talented, attentive.I tried this saloon 1 year and half ago with another nail tech which called Srijana I guess, she was adorable as well. I recommended this place to my friend cause I was satisfied and took more infos cause I didn’t go there since a while. The price of the prestation was 200aed (design and everything included) When I came back 1month later price increased and became 250aed (+50aed for design) for the same prestation (means 300aed in total) and the receptionist denied until the end that we paid only 200aed 1 month ago. Me and my friend started to like the saloon and even wanted to be regulars and never go and find some other saloon, but just because of the dishonesty of the receptionist unfortunately we will not come back again. I could understand if she said that prices increased but she denied that we didn’t pay that amount for my first visit with my friend, which was a lie. We even have screenshot of the conversation with the prices but anyway, this is what it is. Unfortunately the nail techs were all so good but we were a bit disappointed.

I can’t believe I just found this salon. I live in rigga/Muraqqabat area for almost 9yrs and just yesterday I visited it for the first time. I love that they only accepts customers by booking not walk-in. You save hours by not waiting too long for your turn (which is my biggest peeve with other salons, waiting too long & staffs being rude.) The place is clean, staffs are friendly and nice. I love that they kept their things/equipment well clean. I will try all their services one a time and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. I finally found a salon that I will visit regularly.

It was my second time at Mirrors, I had done my hair there before. I visited the salon this weekend for a mani-pedi, facial and eyebrow+upper lip waxing.The nails were done well, but the waxing was a DISASTER. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional-ism at a salon and Ive had my brows done at more than 10 different salons over the years. My right brow area was burned along with a part of my upper lip (FYI, I do not have sensitive skin). The technician kept the wax on for too long, it felt like she kept stretching the wax (and my skin), I dont know if was trying to save wax. She also noticed the redness and said that it was normal because I just had a facial done. So I ignored it thinking it will subside, but when I got home my right eye was redder, burning and slightly swollen. I iced it and applied some topical cream. The next morning was worse, I could hardly blink without it hurting! I immediately complained to the branch and sent the below pictures, only to receive an apology and a comment that my skin is sensitive after a facial. I dont know if this even reached the management but I want this up here so no one goes through this again.Sorry, but you have just lost a lot of business, I was going to recommend this place to my colleagues and friends before this incident.Please hire more competent staff if you want repeat customers.

Sadly I had a bad experience with them at the al muraqabat branch i booked their hair package and at the time of booking they told me it includesRoot touch upHighlights/balayage/full hair colourToningHair cutBlow dryBut when i went there i was told i have to pay extra for the root touch up as it is not the part of package,i showed them their message in which it was clearly written that root touch up is included but they called it a mistake n ignored.i paid for the root touch up separatelyAlso for the hair i told the stylist multiple times that for my balayage i dont want any gold tones i want a blended very subtle look with no golds atall and the end result was an over powering gold look which i didnt want at all.I told the stylist that its just gold n nothing else but she kept on denying.I m very disappointed by the whole experience.There are better places with better prices so be careful.

I highly recommend Nimisha for lash lifting (no one else ) and Harvindra and Mary Jean for nails.Unfortunately, during a busy period, my skin got scratched during the pedicure process. The salon tries their best to accommodate their clients, even walk-ins, but I recommend booking and requesting a preferred therapist and going during weekdays. I give a 4-star rating primarily because of my appreciation for my therapist and the excellent job done with lash lifting.

Read before you visit this salon so you don’t make the same mistake i did. I visited Mirrors Beauty Lounge in Muraqqabat for Lash Extensions, Brow Lamination & Lip Blush. The technicians are really nice but they are definitely not good at what they do.Lash Extension - They told me there was an offer for Ramadan but when I went there, she told me to go for a more expensive one because that’s one by one lashes (it’s not, i’m trying to remove it now and it’s clump of hair), when she was doing it, it was hurting & it’s my first time doing lashes so i didn’t know what should and should not happen. She redid one eye because I couldn’t handle the pain but now, less than 24 hours later and I can’t even blink.Brow Lamination - it’s a pretty straightforward process, what I didn’t like was they tried to charge me more than what they told me it was when I made the booking, the difference in the price was only 30 dirhams, but it shows they will try to trick you. Also it didn’t even last 24 hours, my brows are already back to normal.Lip Blush - The lady that did it was super nice, but she is definitely not the best at it, my lips look really patchy and when I asked her about the shape and patchiness, she said you need 2 sessions. But the point is not the intensity of the color, it’s placing the color in a clean uniform way. I later saw the other technician who seemed more advanced, and she agreed with me but couldn’t fix it because they don’t use the same pigments.All in all I am thoroughly dissatisfied and I won’t be returning to this salon for any further services.

I visited Mirrors salon yesterday, muraqabat branch. Before that i was having a very bad experience from Al barsha branch. But yesterday all the services which i took was amazing. The massage girl Aimee is an excellent therapist. The way she did my massage waa outstanding. Their nail stylists are very professional. The services by the staff, receptionist, manager, everything was appreciable. Environment, cleanliness and hospitality all perfect. Highly recomeded muraqabat branch 👍👍🥰

I LOST MY GOLD BANGLE IN MIRRORS BEAUTY LOUNGE MURAQQABAT BRANCH ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2023!!! I was booked for moroccan bath and body massage that day. The incident has been reported to them and responded that it hasn’t been seen there. I was never contacted and it wasn’t even investigated further. I’m a regular customer of not this branch only but IBN Battuta and Al Rigga as well. How will you feel the customer service, concern and the care of the management if this kind of situation was never prioritized. I told myself that I “will never go back in this branch anymore!’

I came to this salon first time and was very pleased with the ambiance and the cleanliness. All girls in the salon were very polite and professional specially Kris, she’s great. She’s very patient and into details. I’m really picky about my hair and she went beyond expectations and made sure it would be exactly how I wanted it! Very professional and reasonable prices. I had hair Botox treatment and end result were amazing. Before my hair were very dry, frizzy and unmanageable. Kris did wonder and made my hair look silky, shiny, soft and easy to style. I will be definitely visiting this salon again.

I went for for a trim and the salon assigned me Jean.I explained that i was only looking for a trim at the back of my hair and did not want my front two money pieces touched. instead, jean proceed to chop the first two pieces off almost entirely and then continued to cut my hair more than what i asked for, despite stopping her many times in between the session.afterward she tried to style it by blow drying it but it was left looking really horrible and cheap looking, and even she couldn’t fix it.i went back home extremely upset and tried to style it myself but it was butchered beyond help.i complained about my experience to the manager who is trying to convince me to see their lead stylist but how can i know that she was trained well if this is their standard?this has left me extremely emotional and i am never someone who complains about services unless exceptionally awful.0/5 stars

Incredible attention to detail by the nail technicians - they were very comfortable to work with and shined my nails well. Unfortunately I do not remember the names but I could see how neatly the pedicure technician (girl with panda tattoo) was focus on the detailed edges and even the manicure technician handled the shaping beautifully - really recommend their services as the receptionist was very nice to us as well!

I bought via groupon promo for gelish manicure & pedicure and paid extra for French tip. I am pleased with the staff since they were friendly and attentive, the salone was very spacious. But I wondered why no one checked our temperature when we entered the salon (unlike the other salon where our temperature was checked first).After a week, 2 of the nail polish chipped. I expected it to last at least 2 weeks or more.I also did eyebrow microshading in this salon for AED800. My eyebrows are still under healing process so im waiting for the final result.

Pathetic service, the wax used wasnt good and I ended up with a rash. The lady who was waxing me was in a hurry to finish her duty and they really need better hygiene as she had body odour. When I finished and went to the reception to give the feedback, the lady was least bothered. Terrible service and staff need better hygiene and need to be trained in customer service. Let me also add, the wax is so cheap that it not only peeled my skin but there was bleeding. If anyone is thinking of using this salon please do not!

I go to the Muraqqabat branch and staff there are very kind, accommodating and experts at what they do. I would like to thank the two lovely ladies from Vietnam who did my manicure/pedicure, sorry I wasn’t able to get their names! But they were both very jolly, fast and professional. Unfortunately very unprofessional staff. From reception to beautician to technicians. From start they was confused about assisting me even though I had an appointment and the salon was empty. Rooms occupied by staff so had to stand wait for them to leave and no new sheets was put. Rough waxing. Waited for the nail services to start even though no other stylist. Staff joking around, Laughing and screaming to each other. If any other client staff would scream from reception to staff room. Staff constantly talking with each other from all over the place. None of my nails are cured and no polish is covered fully of my nails. Nail surface bumpy and uneven. Hygiene unfortunately not up to standards. Open sanitation bags and machine etc dirty.

It was a beautiful experience, helpful staff and good reception. I tried nail extensions, they were great in their work and very well done. The deep cleaning of the skin was wonderful. They also have a wonderful hair treatment.

She is extremely professional, infact she is the Queen of removing knots, from your cervical spasms to knots in the trapezius, she is powerful in her maneuvering and gentle in advising the individual on how to get rid off them with lifestyle modification. The hair stylist was pretty manipulative trying to convince to straighten my full hair even though I confirmed thoroughly that I need to straighten only 1/4 th from my roots Tired of listening to same question 100 times and manipulative behavior . Never going to this salon again. And making comments on hair and comparing with others . Don’t treat customers as if they are dumb and doing straightening for first time in their life !!!. Keep your comments and thoughts to some one who actually love to hear from you . Just don’t annoy unnecessarily!!!

I had a botox hair treatment at this saloon twice. My first experience was amazing the effect lasted long. It was done by Mili n she was great. I was so happy with the service that I thought of doing hair treatment again. Moreover they had a discount at the moment. But honestly it wasnt as expected I dont feel any effects on my hair like I really wasted my money. Maybe the discount means services would be halved as well. I was really liking the saloon. So I would like all customer to specifically make sure you get the service for the payment you have made. I didnt wanted to click on ratings but there wasnt any option for zero.

However, the prices at Mirrors have gone up drastically. I would have not come back if it werent for Cris because she never fail to satisfy me with her work. I had Cherry attend to me to do a protein treatment. First, I was made to sit for a long time without being attended to. Secondly, after the treatment, I asked for a trim and got a cut instead.Now I have shorter hair than what I asked for. And rather than an apology or something, I was simply reassured that it would grow back. I am very pained and annoyed by what I faced in the salon. I am never coming back.I also forgot to add that I wasnt even offered an apology for sitting down for so long before being attended to. It was simply... Ill come to you after Im done. I went here for a Moroccan bath, massage and waxing. All the services were done by professionals and i was very happy at the end of my session. The moroccan bath took a lot of time though. The waxing was done by an Indian and the massage was by a Vietnamese girl. I left the salon feeling fresh, relaxed and invigorated. Recommended!!

Hair treatment-I was served by kris who is honest outstanding in her work. She cares about the customer’s satisfaction more than anything and she delivers her work perfectly and completely. To be honest, Kris deserves a raise because she clearly put her work as a priority and is great at it.

This salon have nice and calm atmosphere, its very easy to book an appointment and service so I didnt even have to wait a minute upon arrival. My hair was cut and nicely styled by Ms. Chris, she really have a magic hands even her attitude is very friendly and polite. Therefore I highly recommend this Salon.

Used a groupon voucher here. 1. Saloon was not aware of discount.2. when hair specialist was doing my hair the manager pushed another customer on. 3. Second visit i was late by 10mins and i called to tell the saloon. Manager pushed another customer and then asks me to wait 45mins and let me remind you I have paid the full amount for the treatment. And the specialist was not told. 4. Then she is in a hurry and colours my very wet hair and says its okay. Colour has lasted only ten days. Such a waste!I don’t recommend.

Hammam lady wasnt very open about using their own loofah otherwise I wouldve purchased it . She used my loofah and said it might not work properly. Wish she had told me beforehand as I dnt mind buying a particular loofah they use. Pedicure was perfect. Has lasted me till even now, 10/10 :)

I had a very bad experience with my manicure at this salon. The lady doing my nails was doing the removal very fast and aggressively that she made my bleed in 3 different nails. She did not have a good, professional technique but rather a rudimentary one. All my cuticles are absolutely swollen and in pain today. The overall experience wasnt pleasant at all, not to mention there was a cockroach walking around my seat. There was poor technique and hygiene on her behalf. Even the tools she used to treat my nails I did not see her using sterilised material. She should have opened the material in front of me. I have no way of knowing if she used clean, sterilised utensils or dirty/used ones. Im never coming back to this salon again!

Very poor service especially with the nails. Imagine that the lady who did for me had a hard time of removing my ingrown nails but other lady is asking for additional 25 dirhams if she will be the one to take it because it will take time and its difficult the ingrown nail to be removed. Oh my gosh, what is the sense of hiring one person who cannot perform their duties completely. And asking for additional payment??? You dont even care even if your colleague was having a hard time with her work. You do not know the word “teamwork”

Horrible customer service. The place looks nice but it’s very cramped. They have false advertising e.g the eyelashes they show on advertisements they cost 2 /3 times at the salon as they say the “promotion” is basic / different . Did lashes for 350 instead of the 150 advertised. Half came off the next day , they refused to assist. HORRIBLE salon . 0/10 actually!!!

It’s very easy to book an appointment and choose the services you want with a lot of discounts. I went to their Al Rigga branch and was warmly welcomed by their team! Carmela took great care of my hair, Marilou for my nails and Jackie for my facial. Overall, it was an amazing experience and will definitely recommend them to my friends!

High price , less value. I did hair botox treatment from this salon 3 weeks back. I had chosen here bcz I had a good service from here before with Ms Judie thier old staff. I revisited here hoping the best service even though they charge more. The very next day after the botox the forehead hairs were looking curly. I informed them , shared the pictures so they asked to revisit. They gave me lame excuses that those baby hairs cant be made straight. its difficult to do there,might get hurt so n so. I am doing botox for the 5th time now. never heard such an excuse before. wasted my time again after revistiting there. Still the front part looks curly as if i had done the service 3 to 4 months back. Not at all recommended.

I recently had the worst eyelash perm with a Chinese salon. My lashes were burnt and cut and I thought it was already a hopeless case. However, I contacted Mirrors Beauty Lounge and they asked me to come for a consultation to see if its possible to fix my lashes. When I visited the salon, the entire place was really nice and well decorated, the receptionist was super friendly and they even sanitized me upon arrival. Ms. Bella was the one who examined my burnt lashes and she even contacted her trainer to see if my lashes were fixable. After thoroughly checking the status of my lashes, she proceeded with the eyelash perm. I wasnt expecting a lot since my lashes were already ruined but Ms. Bellas work exceeded my expectations! 😍My lashes looks healthier and longer now. I came here for tourism. but this is one of the most important itinerary i need to do. Their services is world class, the place and ambiance is private and secured and you are treated VIP. Equally professional, Ate Jona nail pro and Suda the hairstylist was very nice and kind and patient too with my hair and nails hhehehe. Their prices are within reasonable amount. Salon is much cleaner.However,still didn’t see anyone sanitizing seats or place after customers. And I spent 4hrs in that salon.Will come back for facial with girl from Panjab & Jona for nails. Those girls are amazing.

Last weekend me and my 3year old baby girl had a haircut at mirrors beauty lounge. I read many good reviews about Maria and went to meet her. She was very brilliant on discussing about the texture and health of my hair. I was very satisfied with my new haircut done by maria along with oil massage and blow dry which was done by a nepali staff (dont know her name).thanks guys for the gud experience will definitely come back.

I had my eyelashes extension at Muraqqabat branch with Kris and I must say that her work is absolutely great! It lasted for a month (of course it will also depend on how you take care your extensions). I live in Discovery but I travel to Deira just for her to do my eyelashes. I highly recommend her if you want to experience a very professional way to do your extension.

I am from Abu Dhabi and my friend recommended this saloon. It was a very nice experience good service and happy ambiance. I had been in different saloon for a long time. And in my 10yrs here Dubai it was the first time that saloon manager is the one who prepared my coffee and my pedicure chair. Everything is good the staff are very cool and clean place but the only disappointing point that whenever you use Groupon they will approach you and ask you about the price of the voucher (which is really unprofessional) either you accept it or remove your offers from Groupon that’s what happened with me last time the receptionist told me: how much you got the voucher because I can’t find the price in the picture and I answered her that I got it as gift from my friend she looks at me for a while than she said look madam this time I’ll allow you to use our service but next time i will not accept it.I felt that I’m asking favor from and I’m not welcomed.I hope will upgrade your customer experience

Excellent home service. Jyothi came to my house. She was excellent with threading and waxing. She kept the wax temperature comfortable throughout the session, after face threading she gave me ice water massage which was heavenly! Strongly recommend her.

. They mentioned about certain important things when we entered the saloon and none of that was written in the terms and conditions. They were acting with no humanity after the purchase was made. The receptionist was very rude and tells us to ask the groupon for refund in rude way. She told my son to go out of the building with my baby daughter to use washroom without my permission. The owner was very rude and told us to ask for the terms and conditions from the groupon. And no parling from the saloon itself is available . The owner is not understanding and is very unpolite

Very much satisfied with the services. Excellent job done by all the staff. Ms Maria did sweet botox treatment & hair color alongwith the highlights, its just fantastic. All the staff in the salon are very well mannered & well experienced in their services. The salon is very neat n clean. Looking forward for such other services from them.

I went in for gel manicure & pedicure and also for waxing my face. OMG I loved the service provided by Miss Nimisha and Rodha. They were very patient and even re did my manicure because I ruined unknowingly by touching the UV lamp.

Had purchased a hair spa and hair trim voucher from groupon.It was the worst experience till date that Ive experiencedThe hair wash was just done for the sake of it and my haircut that I got was terrible,no proper sections were taken. (everything is so uneven probably because no effort was actually put into it while cutting and got done in less than 10 mins).The lady who cut my hair didnt even bother to ask if I liked the haircut after it was done.All the stations were filthy with cut hair all around (unbelievable during covid youd think that there would be more effort taken to keep things clean and hygienic).Seems to me if you come on a Groupon or for a discounted service you actually end up getting the service done just for the sake of it.I dont usually ever put negative feedback but this needed to be addressed ,please even if someone is coming in for a discounted service make sure they actually get a good service with time and effort and proper customer service.

This is a good salon with decent prices -- service on some things could be better but Leilani did a really good job with my nails for my gel mani pedi!However it is extremely difficult to find esp with their two branches both in Deira. Good value for money though!

Went in for a gellish mani, pedi. Extremely loved the service. My nails look beautiful. Its been over 12 days since I got it done and it still looks the same - glowing and gorgeous. They even repaired my toe nail as it was broken. Definitely recommend their gellish mani pedi! 10/10

Did my Hair Botox services Kris dis he friendly and professional services... clean salon I saw how they disinfect their place after each customer.Also had a good experience for foot spa and classic pedicure with Jilyn and Melbet did my classic manicure... both are professional and friendly...I can say I can recommend the salon.👌👍

This review is long way overdue but cant help myself to give a very good recommendation to MIRRORS BEAUTY LOUNGE! For how many years no one had gone thru my hair for im scared with my fine hair strand that may break after treatments but Ritchel did a a very good Protein treatment to my hair and loving every strand of it and May made my haircut so lovely! Thanks to both of you and wish i could share some photos but i cant for Im wearing hijab! 😉

I would like to highly recommend the hot oil massage for hair by Geetha. This has been the best massage that I have had ever. Hair spa was also done well by Naara. Usually beauty salons in this region look down upon people with curly hair and all the time force upon us treatments to straighten hair. But in Mirrors they treated me well and gave me tips how to take care of my curls.

Excellent service and professional staff, prices are cheaper compared with other places in Dubai. Highly recommended. Ask for Rachel if u are looking for hair specialist.

This is going to be my first and last visit in this salon. Receptionist is very rude. Services are costly. Nail techs cant speak english much and dont know much about their work. Unacceptable.

I had a very good experience coloring my hair and getting highlights. Maria did a very good job and the color turned out very beautiful. The place is very nice and beautifully designed. I am very happy with the results, recommend it.
