Used to go here for a couple of years, was so surprised to see a price increase again! In less than 12 months from 280 to 357?! And the treatment is becoming less and less of a quality. This is ridiculous and you will lose your loyal customers.

Used to be my go to place, I did my hair with them for 3 years. And now I see that they changed the receptionist, plus they increased their prices - which I would say is already expensive- from 180 to 260 AED for natural treatments !

I love the saloon & hair treatments bit got socked to price increase as the treatment is same items same so I suggest to reduce the price as before or even higher slightly bit not this much as even petrol prices reduce

I love their hair treatments one of the best. The hair treatment includes a scalp massage with a neck massage. I love it. And the staff their are nice and helpful

Love their oil treatments & massage but They need to fix their broken sink as its been weeks and the wait on hair wash is annoying.

They haven’t done what I’ve asked for, and when I told them what I want she started burning my scalp, really bad at blowdry!!!! Never again

The hair lady absolutely ruined my hair, I didnt get what I asked for and the front side of my hair is completely ruined this salon should only be for nails, ill never do my hair there ever again!!

I am an old person in this salon, but the prices are exaggerated before the hair oil service, at 180 and every year they increase, and currently the service is 375, literally expensive, and I wish it had been. Atsoili. A young Nepalese woman with zero work

The prices are not worth the service. The price of the nail service is expensive, but the quality of the work is poor, and the Moroccan bath is used to rub your hair with wax tissue. At least on the day the price is reasonable, the service should be elegant so that the customer does not regret that she lost her pizza on a service that is not yours.

Its the first time I went to get my nails done at them. I didnt like their treatment. I dont know why the reception was closed. She didnt let anyone walk over and get her nails done in the nail department. She made me sit in the bathroom. The place wasnt comfortable. Another thing, those who do nails are adults who wear glasses. I wouldnt advise my private parts.

To be honest, some of the female employees are supposed to be taught courses on how to deal with hair, because literally I was going to get a treatment and cut my hair off with the brush 🫠

My wife went to them and her psychological state came back ruined by the treatment of the Filipino women in the store - the employees in the store do not like native women, and the owner of the store is good news.

Today is the first time I have been to the salon. I have heard many praise and regret that I came. The smell of female employees 🤮🤮 I am not counting the minutes until I return home. I have a headache from the smell. First and last time 🤕
