They have good hair treatments which is moderately priced, however the staff sitting on the counter are not professional! It took them one hour just to identify who did my service the last time and after the confirmation they gave me an appointment and when I came they told me the lady is still doing someone else’s hair! I just wish they had more training to ensure customers have a more seamless experience. I would recommend to my friends as their organic treatments are nice.

The place is really aesthetic but needs some cleaning immediately after someone walks out. The treatments are nice and I love the massages but I think you should have a variety of different shampoos and conditioner for different hair types and porosity types so people can get a better look.

Too expensive and the service is not even done properly.. I got my nails done with gel and the next day they chipped? Also in what earth is blow drying with a low curl costing more than 300? they are not worth it

To be honest, Aydin Madhouli invited me to the salon and I signed up for an offer for five hair treatment sessions.. The first time the service was excellent.. Today the salon was closed and there was an abnormal delay. Every time they yelled at one person to start, she made an excuse for something and told them to tell the second one.. I kept waiting for more than half an hour.. To be honest, Aydin got annoyed. Especially since I dont have time to waste!!!!!

Mashallah, a classy and beautiful salon, and most importantly, the staff is cheerful and helpful, but the prices are a little exaggerated, regardless of the type of product, the high cost of living, or even the rent, etc. They do not accept any Discount cards, now Dubai, as large as it is, accepts it, whether it is panic or happiness. It means getting the hair done without a blowdry and a normal pedicure 483 🥴 Syrian support only. I get this service in two very upscale hotel lounges and the price is not good. Of course no one is forcing me to get it there, but the problem is firstly, the same as I said, “You don’t have the garlic, and most importantly of all, your location is behind our house 😎 and His Eminence.”

The services are high-end and excellent, but we need two essential things. We need a suitable place for prayer. We stay in the salon for a long time and we must pray. They take us into any room for prayer, and the place is noisy and empty and not suitable at all for the equipment in it. The room is already unused, so I wish they would devote it to prayer! Another thing we need, you with dignity, is a bathroom Kleenex. We also asked for this thing and no one was willing to provide it. Regular Kleenex is not suitable for use in this place, and Your Eminence, we were forced to write it here.

Honestly, they have an amazing hair oil bath. They have several oils. I tried garlic and fenugreek oil with aloe vera. Frankly, it is very comfortable and amazing. Their care is excellent.

Exaggerated, the prices are fantastically higher than the prices in hotels, salons, even their decor, nothing. A pedicure without hands is 130, why!!

They ask every customer to sign the invoice. The salon is acceptable to those who cannot find an alternative
