I had an amazing experience at Miyoshi. Hana, the hairdresser, was incredible. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, and she captured it perfectly. The result was a clean & polished. Hana was meticulous and this is what I am looking for in a stylist. Riza, another associate, ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She made sure the work area was clean. Janice, hostess was very helpful and accommodating. She shared all the location details and terms & conditions before my appointment, making everything clear. Highly recommend!

I did the hair cut with Ari and love the result. Finally i found a hidden gem in Dubai. Everyone is very sweet and friendly. Manicure is the best that Ive done in my whole life. For sure i am going to be loyal customer there.

My visit to Miyoshi was very pleasant! I had the best service from Miss Hanna . She is a true color expert. Also She gave me a very nice design cut. Riza was very experienced ,kind and hard working. The whole place is organized. The process is very clear. The whole team is very nice and focused. I would definitely recommend Miss Hanna and Miyoshi for hair salon services ❤️.

1st time here and 1st time doing a perm. They have exceeded my expectations! Very good service, indeed. Hana is very meticulous and is a talented hairdresser. Risa made sure I had a good overall experience. The owner Janice was so accommodating- she paid attention to what I needed and understood it very well. One of the worst customer service. They are very bad in their terms and conditions. They don’t care about their customers they will just block you. In my first appointment their hairdresser didn’t understand what i want and she wasn’t even listening to me. She cut my hair so short they were the length of my back and she did them till my shoulder i cried soo much. And again i booked an appointment for someone else they didn’t show up and now they are charging me for them to not showing. Where is this rule that if someone doesn’t show on their appointment you charge them money. Guys their customer service worst.

Awesome. The skills are the best in Dubai. My hair was so damaged, but they were able to fix it. All the staff are friendly. But, they are very busy, so it is not easy to make a reservation.Parking is free in the basement of the hotel, and it is close to the Emirates Mall.I do not want to advertise them. The more guests there are, the harder it is to make a reservation. :)

Had a really lovely time, communicative and very helpful. Great service and very gentle service! Hana was wonderful at making sure I got the right hair style and perm, overall comfortable experience.Risa/Lisa(?) was also very good at making sure I understood and clarified by repeating instructions and making sure I took care afterwards!Would reccomend!

If you are looking for a Korean salon, I think this salon is exactly what you need. I had my haircut with a down perm here, and Senny (my stylist) was very professional in how she did my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed to achieve that K-pop look—this salon is a gem. Thumbs up to the whole Miyoshi team!

Great salon, great staff and very accommodating. They listen to what I want and took time to explain what they’re doing. Hana gave me tips on how to maintain my curls and make sure everything is perfect. Staff are also there making sure im comfortable. Will definitely come back soon!

Senny who cut my hair was excellent. She knew how to check on her customers needs. Very patiently she did. The other girls there were also very kind n soft spoken. Very humble n kind staff. Will use them n highly recommend them. There is paid car park around.

Ive been going to Miyoshi salon for almost a year now and I have tried different services; digital perm, haircut, trim, bleaching and hair color (peekaboo style) and elixir treatment. And I can say that I am satisfied with all the services given, Im thankful to the staff for their hospitality and professionalism especially Ms. Ari who is my hairstylist. The salon is hijabi friendly but you need to inform the staff beforehand when booking the appointment so they can give you the service in a private room.

Miyoshi Salon is hands down the best hair salon in Dubai! The salon is conveniently located inside of the Signature Hotel in Barsha and near Mashreq Metro Station, so it’s easy to drive there or take the metro. My stylist was Senny who did an amazing job cutting my hair. She’s friendly, understood what I wanted, and also gave great hair tips. I highly recommend Miyoshi Salon and recommend Senny even more!

This is our go-to salon for simple haircut. My son and daughter were never satisfied with haircut here in Dubai until we found this salon. We never go anywhere else. Our stylist is Jenna, we are always happy with her. Thank you ♥️

If i can give -5 stars i would! The service is horrible, the receptionist or whoever answering the phone and responding to whatsapp should be fired for how ruse they are i got told not to go to this place but i never listen only cuz i wanted to get a perm done to my hair ( ended up going to komi salon which is a place i recommend to everyone instead of this unprofessional place) the lady kept insulting me even tho i was extremely nice to her ! And at the end she told me to go somewhere else and hang up the phone on me ps( i also called her to checkcuz i didn’t believe my eyes when i saw the msg! Visited the salon last Saturday for the Digital perm and their service was really nice and professional.The owner explained the procedure in detail and keeps monitoring me whether I’m comfortable or not. Ari is very professional and really knows what to do with my damaged and thinning hair, when you visit the salon just look for Ari and she will do magic to your hair!! I am a satisfied customer and will come back for sure.

I am always hesitant to go to any salons due to past experiences. Either they will not be able to do the haircut that I want or at least close enough or they just ruin my hair completely. 🥲So I wanted a short haircut with little layers (wolf short haircut) and searched for a korean salon here in Dubai, and this salon came up. Believe me when I say, it is totally worth it to visit Miyoshi Korean Salon. 💯 and I will tell you why…Unfortunately, I was not able to get the name of the hairstylist. But she is first person you would meet once you enter the salon. She was totally professional. Handled my hair perfectly and even gave advices to style my hair. (Because my hair is really straight and thin and has no volume at all.) She was really quick. If not mistaken, I think it took less than 20 min. Oh and in addition, the one who washed my hair gave a relaxing head massage. 💆‍♀️ 😉 would definitely come back and recommend this salon. ✅💯Once again, KAMSAMNIDA! 🙏🏻🫰🏻

I recently visited Miyoshi for a simple fringe trim, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. There were numerous red flags from the start.Despite a phone confirmation, upon arrival, I was told that a WhatsApp confirmation was also required, creating unnecessary confusion. Rescheduling for the next day, I hoped for a better experience, but sadly, it only got worse.The stylist neglected to brush my hair before cutting, resulting in an amateurish and uneven haircut that left one side noticeably shorter than the other. Shockingly, she stopped abruptly without checking if I was satisfied, revealing her lack of competence and disregard for customer satisfaction.When I questioned the UNEVEN cut, the stylist attributed it to my hairline not being straight. Why wasn’t this addressed beforehand, and why was no effort made to correct it?This salon seems more interested in making money than providing quality service. I strongly advise avoiding going there at all costs. I wish I had noticed these red flags before stepping foot in the salon.

Mixing feeling for this salon. Roots perm is super, I will give it a 5/5 for that. Hair colour/cut is abit disappointing like 2 1/2 stars. Service and staffs attitude is good so im like 3.5 stars for them.

I am terrified of going to salons since I was young due to bad experience and yesterday I regained my faith. As long as you go to a nice salon, you will be taken care of. I so much appreciate that the owner and stylist didn’t just do what I requested because it will damage my hair more. They kindly suggested ways to revive my hair first and were really polite. I will definitely go back again!

Amazing Korean Salon. Hair master Ah-Ri is very talented. She did digital perm and it was exactly what I wanted. Miss Ah-Ri was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she even advised me not to do colour that day because it might damage my hair even though she could have just done it and charged for it. I like honest service like that. If you are looking for an authentic salon, with knowledgeable hair stylists and a clean, calm environment to you should definitely try Miyoshi salon

I dont usually leave reviews. However, the lady answering whatsapp and managing the salon is so very rude that I have to put other things aside and leave a bad review here. If there is a half star option, I will choose it. A few things that made me angry with them:Formerly, the hair dresser cut my hair unevenly very obviously on both sides. I sent them the picture proof and they agreed to fix it. However, they asked me to come on week days. I then asked if I could come on the weekend for it, because I get off work at 7pm and often work overtime on week days. The answer to me was This is our policy, we cannot change it. Yeah? You cannot arrange a convenient time for your customer, because of a mistake YOU made? Do you understand that I have to go to you again, because of YOUR mistake?Another time, they told me that if Im 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled. And if I cannot make it to the appointment, I would get charged a 10% fee the next time. Because of this, I was always on time. However, one time I waited in the salon for the hair dresser for a long while, no compensation was made to me. I mentioned this to her when they messed up my hair (as mentioned previously), she not only didnt apologize to me, but also chose to argue with me.The latest one being me asking politely if I could have someone who speak English to trim my hair, so that I could communicate how I want my hair to be done better. If she doesnt have one, it would have been fine, I would have used google translate. However, the reply to me was you should find another salon. So, she is basically saying we dont need you as a customer and we dont care.Thats enough said. I told her yes, I will find another salon. Ive spoken to Komi Salon, which is also a Korean hair salon, they are much more civil than this one.

They also do mens hair so its a good place to go on a cute saloon date together. I recommend Miyoshi to all my friends and they all share the same sentiment. Impolite & disrespectful staffI am writing with regard to a recent unpleasant experience I had while attempting to book a perming appointment at your salon.This happened today 15 June 5pm ( not sure whats the name of the staff I was talking with)As a potential new customer, I was disappointed by the unprofessional attitude exhibited by your staff member with whom I corresponded. Upon inquiring about your cancellation with 10% charge and lateness policies (not exceeding 10mins) , I was met with a dismissive response that suggested I seek services elsewhere. In my opinion, such a response is unacceptable and does not reflect positively on your establishment.Furthermore, I found the rules to be quite strict and possibly unreasonable. The fact that a customer could potentially be penalized financially for being only 10 minutes late seems quite extreme to me, and I have not encountered similar policies in other Dubai salons - Im keen to crossed check if this is legal & acceptable within consumer’s rights in Dubai.Although I had not intended to cancel my appointment, I ultimately decided not to go through with it due to the negative exchange I had with your staff member. I must also point out that I was taken aback by the staff member subsequently blocking me on WhatsApp after cancelling my appointment, which I can only describe as impolite and unprofessional.I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I believe it could greatly improve the customer experience at your salon in the future.

You can get haircuts or perms by Korean stylists. I dont know how their English is, but I can tell you their hair styling skills for Asian hair are good. RTA parking is available right in front of the hotel and advance booking is recommended.

The first time I booked an appointment, I got late by 10 minutes and they had 0% tolerance...They called me constantly and reminded me that they had bigger clients and because of this .. the initial greeting was very sad & pathetic . Secondly, mis communication- the lady at the phone didnt understand what services I was looking for ...after loads of explanation provided by me on phone and watsapp sending images to make them understand the haircut I was looking for .. . thirdly- I still went ahead with my first appointment and I was satisfied ... Post 3 months I wanted to re-visit for a hair color and trim .The same lady answered my call and refused to give me an appointment giving vague reasons ....and to my surprise- she blocked me on watsapp ..... still wondering ??? .... I would never recommend this parlour to anyone ....

New here and been avoiding all gents saloon hoping to find a good Asian stylist that can do med-long mens haircut. Had high hopes when I made my booking after reading all the rave reviews. But instead of crew cut that Ive been avoiding got a bowl cut in this salon instead! The Korean stylist was obviously not interested to do my hair and was totally clueless about men hair style. She cut cut cut my hair for 10mins and wash 5 mins then trim bit more for another 5 mins and DONE! Ugliest hair cut Ive ever had! Not coming back EVER...

I was honestly sad that I did not have a good experience with this salon. I traveled all the way from other side of Dubai to go to a stylist who I thought would be able to give me a more asian style cut assuming she knows it very well. I looked horrendous. Cant even look my face in the mirror. I had to fix some parts myself. Though the staff were nice and friendly. But leaving with that haircut really ruined the experience.

I did the hair treatment, first of all, the korean hairstylist was not in the good mood, and she very loud pulled the chair, and unprofessional way to wash my hair (pulled my hair!). The hair treatment is not worth the money and service, the product and way they provided is not as basic standard for the hair treatment in other hair salon across Dubai or worldwide!! Please train your staff with professional attitude and work ethic towards customers! Thank you

Love this place! The staff here are always kind and attentive to my requests. Ive been getting my hair, nails and pedi from here for quite a few years now and Ive always left beyond being satisfied 😌 Highly recommend 👍Especially the Korean lady, you can tell that she is a professional, she knows what to do with your hair!

Called this salon to book a haircut. the woman on the phone answered in a very rude manner. After that, I lost all desire to come to this salon...Also she told me that if I late I would pay fee for that.. Because they are famous, over crowded salon in Dubai. I checked their instagram, only 80 people following them….Bad experience

Ive been coming to Miyoshi for 3 years now for my digiperm and magic straightening hair treatment but always came out feeling disappointed. Ive always have to rterun my hair to the stylist because i wasnt satisfied with what was done. You might ask why I kept coming back. Its because theyre the only korean salon that I know in the UAE.But last Sept 18 was the worst experience of all. The hair stylist, Mario, doesnt know what hes doing and doesnt understand what I wanted given the fact that I showed a lot of pictures and video. He didnt do the processing properly like straightened my hair quickly that I just ended up with frizzy hair. In the end, he didnt even bother drying my hair properly. He was in a hurry to attend other clients which the salon shouldnt have been booking too many given the Covid oandemic of limited customers only. Not to mention that the staff that was there was obviously fighting and bickering and didnt want to help each other and was slamming the things. 😔😔😔

First salon that i visited that needs credit card details for booking.I was told that there are many no shows, but on day of appointment, i was telling them that i will be 15 to 20mins late. The reply was there is full booking. 30mins per booking.So walking in for haircut and wash. It takes less than 15mins.Makes me feel like its a kind of express haircut service.This will be my last visit.To be exact. My appointment was 1030. I was there at 1040, entire cut finished at 1055. There was no customer in the shop.

My first ever perm was from Miyoshi. Jenna/Janna was amazing! The perm turned out exactly how I wanted it to be! Overall great experience 💗

Julie, the receptionist, doesn’t make you feel welcomed. There’s no smiles. As I walked in there was lots of hair on the floor for a while and she was on her phone. Anila the hair stylist is great and ALL of the other girls are sweet.The atomosphere is poisoned with negative energy. AC situation sucks. Owened by Koreans.

Honestly , I dun feel very welcome in this place . All the stuff specially the hairstylist has no smiling at all . I bought a Groupon voucher which included hair coloring, when I am there, they just told me I have 5 colors to choose from ... SERIOUSLY ! A salon with only 5 colors available . You must be kidding me .

Ive been to several local Korean hair salons in Dubai, and this one is the best in Dubai. The staff are all very friendly.

It is located on the top floor of the Signature Hotel. Parking is available in the basement and there are three Korean designers. If you want to get a haircut in Korean style, I dont think there is any other option. You can make a reservation by contacting us through your KakaoTalk account and the response is quick.

If you make a reservation with a Korean hairdresser in advance, he or she will give you a good cut.Please note that the mens cut is 120 AED.Parking is easy since it is located in a hotel.

My hair is easily damaged and curly, but the designer took great care in helping me achieve the style I wanted. I was so thankful that my hair came out better than I expected. May you prosper!

I went to get a perm for my picky teenage daughter. She came out with her mouth stuck in her ear. The designer gave me advice at the childs level and taught me how to care for it, so I gave it a thumbs up and left. It would be better if you make a reservation well in advance.
