I’ve been a loyal client of this beauty salon for several years, and I’m always thrilled with the results. My nail artist, Thu, truly works magic on my nails! She’s not only a highly skilled professional but also an exceptionally talented designer for both manicures and pedicures. I wholeheartedly recommend Thu to anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

It was great. I had my nails done. I had nail extensions and nail art and I love it. Thu, my nail technician, is a perfectionist. From the shape of my nails, the color and the smoothness of the surface, it is perfect. She was able to do the design I requested.I had footspa and pedicure as well. The footspa is very relaxing.The ambiance is very cozy. They offer coffee, tea water. Mojo is a great salon.

I recently visited Mojo Beauty Bar and had an amazing experience with Marian. She did both my hair color and cut, and I absolutely love the result!Marian really understood what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I was overcharged and asked to donate money at this salon.I booked a deep mask treatment and Brazilian waxing, expecting to pay the online price of 158 AED for the hair treatment.However, when it was time to pay, I was suddenly charged over 500 AED. When I questioned this, I was told the online price was from last year and was asked to pay 424 AED instead. How can the price change so drastically without notice?Before the treatment, I confirmed the services as per my online reservation, and the stylist assured me by saying yes. But when it came time to pay, I was told a different story.Ive visited this salon several times and enjoyed my experiences, but I will not return due to this overcharging issue. If the online prices are outdated, the salon should inform customers of the actual prices beforehand.

Coming from Mexico this Parlour really amazed me. I got gel manicure ( Anita Artist) and gel pedicure done at Mojo Beauty bar and the service was amazing. The interiors are very pretty and not to miss their amazing cold coffee!! Would surely visit again for more services.

I’m pretty disappointed with my visit this time. As a regular customer at Mojo, I usually appreciate their work, but this experience fell far short of expectations. I had gone in for a full hair color, but the first application left an uneven shade at the roots, requiring the process to be redone with additional toning and highlights to fix the issue. This turned what should have been a 1.5-hour appointment into a 3.5-hour ordeal.While I was satisfied with the final results, what really upset me was almost being charged extra for the highlights—something I didn’t request and was done to cover up for the color that was not achieved. These charges were added for their initial mistake, not as a service I asked for. Instead of being charged around DHS 1,280 as originally quoted, my bill was increased to over DHS 1,700. Thankfully, after some discussion, they canceled the additional charge.To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning to find significant damage to my hair—burnt edges and split ends from overheating and over-drying during the process. I had to spend time trimming the damaged strands at home, which was incredibly frustrating.This entire experience was upsetting and has left pretty infuriated. We come to a salon with a lot of trust with our hair and skin and once a damage, it takes a lot of time to heal as well.They just lost one loyal customer today.

We went for our hair cuts. It was highly unprofessional. I asked for 1 inch trim and layers for both. The lady who attended us cut the hair as someone untrained would probably .. without any proper way of making partitions creating a perfect symmetry. we got super uneven layers. Mine for some reason cut the entire length behind and made it straight. she burnt my daughters hair by ironing same section over and over again. We had shampooed our hair before going she yet dumped S&C in. The worst place I could have spent my 700 AED in. So disappointed.

Jacky is the light and life of Mojo… she is a phenomenal supervisor and manages all the clients with care.An enthralling experience at the unique beauty lounge. Dora is a superb hair stylist and her acumen to give a perfect cut according to the face and hair type is unmatchable. She is gifted!!For facial and skin care Grace is the numero uno. Her facials are heavenly and relaxing.Overall, Mojo is my pick for an efficient and great service every time, with trained beauticians and courteous staff.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I have been to this salon a few times. However the last few times I’ve been the prices seem to have increased at least 50aed each time without notice. Yesterday I went for a hair cut. My hair was half way down my back, with long layers through the back. I asked for a small trim keeping the same style. However I left with a totally different hair style. The front has been feathered so short I cannot tie my hair back. I have very chunky uneven layers (very thick on one side). I lost all my length and now the bottom looks very thin (something I specifically said I need the lengths to stay thick but a few layers through to back to give more volume). I can only think that the hair dresser either didn’t understand and should have asked for clarification or is not well trained. I was polite yesterday and said I liked the hair cut, but today it has been very difficult to style and I am upset because it isn’t what we discussed at all. I will not return to this salon.

I have done my hair coloring with Marian and it really turned amazing. i love her positive vibe and her way of taking care of each single details. the atmosphere was nice from receptionist to the place inside. thank you girls for the lovely day. i really enjoyed being there and definitively i will come back.

Had such a great experience here! I went in for a haircut and the hairstylist, Dora, did such an amazing job and honestly my hair turned out way better than what I’d imagined! Super happy with the way my hair turned out :D!The place itself looks very cute and chill and the staff there was very polite and were also super kind about accommodating me on short notice!Nice coffee too :DDefinitely going back there and would happily recommend it to others ^_^!

The team at mojo is super friendly!Honestly, I didn’t go with the expectation of getting my hair highlighted. However, after consulting with Lea I took the plunge and the outcome was brilliant. For someone who doesn’t really like experimenting with her long hair, I decided to trust Lea with her work. Loved it! Thanks Lea and team :)

I highly advise you to stay away! They try to upsell you, dont tell you the price and then try to blame it on you! I do not live in the area and instead of offering me a refund, tried to pass off an in-store credit as a remedy for a 475 AED caviar treatment that did absolutely nothing and I could see no result after merely one wash! They did not tell me the price when they tried to upsell me. How can you not disclose a nearly 500 price?!? I am not from the area so maybe they try and trap tourists and prey upon our trust, but I would not recommend anyone go there unless you want to be hit with charges you were unaware of when you check out. To add salt to the wound, they tried to blame it on me, but mind you, they provided NO instructions on care for this supposed treatment. Nonetheless, regardless of their blame shifting (we realized it was not my shampoo or the number of times I washed my hair- because I washed it once with high quality shampoo I use all the time and use after any treatments I receive) they still wouldnt issue a refund. It took all of 5 minutes and cost 475. I would be very wary. As a side note- thoroughly check your face before you leave the salon after getting color- I walked out and had color residue all over my hairline and sides of my face that I had to go home and scrub out. I didnt mention this to them and handled it on my own, but the lack of transparency and not providing a refund (im not talking in store credit because as I mentioned I dont live there) is enough for me to take the time to warn other clients. There are a lot of other options in JLT, I would steer clear of this place. I think they just say an American that was jet lagged and decided to take advantage. Thats what it feels like at least.

The salon is super nice, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and Lea is always my go-to when its time for some TLC for my hair. It is a tad pricey but you will defo get the best service.

I honestly cannot stress how AMAZING Lois is with hair styling! She took her time to study my rough dark Indian hair and coloured it to the exact shade I wanted it to be. I have never been this impressed with my hair before. Throughly recommend her for your hair colouring and styling needs. MoJo has been my go to for 2 years now, their service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and above all efficient. They know what they are doing and the rates are very reasonable for the quality of service provided.

Have been a regular at Mojo but I just got a new hair colour and highlights and Rachel did a fabulous job! I did a facial and a pedicure. Sophie is the one who did the facial as well as the pedicure. She is very good in what she does. I usually get very bad skin irritations after every facial but it has been a week and my skin looks so amazing and everyone notices it. I’m loving it and definitely going back. Sophie is well educated and trained to handle the facials. she was explaining me the importance of each step. She really listened and understood what I exactly wanted. She did a great job and everyone in the salon are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the salon is stunning and this was really a relaxing session for me. Can’t wait to go back.

I really like this place! Here is a space of comfort and beauty. Ive been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Im happy with all the masters. Grace, the facial massage therapist, is amazing!

I loved my experience with Dora. The salon itself is beautiful. It is very clean. All of the hairdressers were so sweet they all greeted me. My hair was a disaster from previous use of box hair dye and Dora worked wonders on my hair. It’s such a beautiful blonde tone, she took her time to explain thoroughly what she was doing and why she was doing things. She gave me the confidence to trust her completely and it was totally worth it. She knows what she is doing. She is such a gem, and can’t wait to visit again!!! 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

I came to Mojo for a facial which was amazing. I was treated for over an hour, and had a face neck and shoulder massage included in the facial and also my feet and calves massaged! Such amazing value for money and my face feels amazingAlso had my brows tinted and threaded and an upper lip threading. Great service and really helpful with the colour of the tint!I would STRONGLY recommend Mojo to everyoneThank you again!! I cant wait to book in again 😃

This is my second experience with Mojo Beauty bar and am very happy to say that this time I had to do a walk-in early in the morning during opening hours due to some uncertainties at my end for a new hairstyle that had to be done up in a very short time. Wanted to dye my hair a crazy color and that is exactly what I got! If youve tried it before, you would know how difficult it is to achieve the color you want without orange undertone and stuff...so yeah, they fixed my earlier color and I went again to color the roots. Very clean and modern salon with friendly and professional masters working there. Did dry manicure, top accurate and big variety of nail designs to choose from nail master Feruza. The next day came in for hair style and also was a pleasant time to be with stylist Dora. Also its a beauty bar concept, so service is quick and on time

Really lovely staff - got a french gel and classic pedicure, as well as a haircut in a most likely record setting time frame. I am notoriously clumsy, but both my manicure and pedicure have lasted longer than expected. My french manicure was done by a perfectionist, and I am very grateful for her attention to detail!

I got my hair colored. They were very dry and brittle. My hair stylist Dora was able to fix it. And she gave me a lovely color and my hair is nice and shiny. She was very friendly and she gave a lot of advise on how to maintain my hair texture and color. Overall the experience was very good.

Such a great place, Ive been going there for over 2 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Honestly one of the nicest salons ive been to in Dubai with the friendliest girls there- its worth the travel if you live far! I have been client since 2015 when it was name Address Beauty Salon things a lot of changed in this we call Mojo Beauty Center which is much better than the past at the present I can see so much improvement of course staffs are so amazing and they treat me as if I’m their sisters there was previous staffs are MJ , Marie Lou , Zandelle , Micheline and Dora . Dora is the cutest and lovable person I seriously enjoyed with her blow dry she’s really friendly with me and she’s so respectful indeed . Thank you Dora !

What a fabulous salon, Melissa did my hair, but before starting spent time asking about my hair and what I would like. Her recommendations were spot on, spent next day at a work do and got nothing but compliments on the color and cut, felt like a million dollars. I had a lovely time at the salon, Melissa in particular was a great listener and good laugh.

The owner of mojo has no vigilance on how badly behaved her staff is. I have been going there for 3 yrs now and their service has deteriorated so much… the staff never gives you the appointment you want or the person you want. They hike their prices whenever for whatever. I am not going to go back anymore. The women are sitting jobless taking about every client that walks in, sarcastically commenting.. totally disrespectful.

Lois and the team at Mojo Beauty Bar are amazing! My hair, both cut and colour, are exactly what I asked for and the condition is fantastic. The salon is super clean, with all the Covid safety precautions in place that you would hope to see in a salon.

First time having Dermaplaning so wasnt really sure what to expect but, Sophie made me feel extremely comfortable. The treatment was pain free and I am very pleased to say that even days later my skin still looks incredible! So healthy with a natural glow. Fave part of the treatment was while waiting for the mask to work its magic i had an amazing shoulder massage too. It was also great to receive aftercare instructions thats quite rare with a salon. Mojo beautybar have been great all throughout my client experience from booking an appointment which was straightforward, to a call pre appointment to ask if I wanted to amend my appointment time due to cancellation.Genuinely can’t wait to go back 😊

Mojo is that beauty bar I have been looking for, for a long time. The place that understand what you want, but at same time can suggest something that works better. All their consultants care about their work, and also think about what they do hence they will say no to something which is not possible or will not work or look good on you. This salon got my attention due to there fabulous interior and exterior. While walking on the lakeside I thought lets check what all services they have. The staff welcomed me like I was pretty known to them but no it was my first time. They made me comfortable to ask questions. I asked for the pricing of blow-dry this is what I do on regular basis. Their beautiful catalog with service and price details made me feel so good that I will surely try them. I have tried blow-dry and nail paint service their price is super reasonable and the quality of service is commendable. The expert workers are friendly and ready to advise what looks best on you. I had a photoshoot the other day I went to MOJO and I told them pls its a shoot to make sure the hair stays for long she did blow-dry + curls with curler to make-sure I get the desired results. Believe me, they didnt charge me extra money for doing it well. Impressive ppl and amazing work. I am sure whoever owns the salon knows how to win hearts. BTW girls their salon interior is instagramable so go and create your lovely stories and get yourself pampered with comfort 💕💕💕

It was my first time at Mojo and it will not be the last I went for blow dry and I was amazed by the result ..my hair is so curly and dry but Cassy the hairstylist did a very great job turning it soft and shiny she is very professional and nice ..the place is clean and staff are welcoming

I have been going to Mojo for years, the salon is beautiful, airy and bright. The staff is friendly and welcoming, from Zandelle and Michelle when you walk through the door to Rechelle and Dora working their blowdry magic! Booking is super easy, always professionally handled. During COVID they have taken all necessary precautions to ensure their clients health and safety. I can unreservedly recommend Mojo and the entire team!

After watching a few tiktok videos on bleaching hair, guess what I did? I botched my own hair 🙃 I had a consultation round prior meeting the Mojo team, came in a few days after and my hair went from a splotchy green/gray to a honey toned blonde! Theyre all lovely ladies with top notch service! I highly recommend 🌟

Amazing desing of the salon, menu of complimantary drinks was a nice touch, very competative price. Unfortunately my nail extention from that salon lasted for 2 days. At the beginning nail extention did not look tidy because nail lady refused to clean cuticular saying i have to pay the price of full manicure on top of the nail extention !!! Gel was spreded not even on the nails, it looked like nail lady had very few experiance in nail extention, gel started to crack within 2 days and in 1 week almost all extention came off. The worst nail extention i have ever had within 15 years!!!

Whenever I contact Mojo they are always so sweet and accommodating. Lois is a top notch stylist who is warm and down to earth she really listens to what I want and I always feel like a million dollars without spending it. Thanks Mojo ❤️

I book Mojo for nails and massage services: the mani/pedis are very pleasant and the results are long-lasting; the massage facilities are obviously not the same as in a spa, but the staff knows what theyre doing.Absolutely everyone is super friendly and professional, and they do their best to pamper you.It would be great if management could add some loyalty card or some discount for regular customers.

I only go to this place, as has a nice vibe about it. The girls there are extremely pleasant and I always feel I’m getting the value for my money!

MOJO is simply a hidden gem! One visit is enough to make you fall in love in this place.
