I went for henna mehandi and spend money. First they were not experienced in mehandi and did random design. I showed and they replicated that too without proper experience. The design was not even close. More than that I paid inspite of thick lines in mehandi art which should be elegant, but was not. But still after payment it was super light. Didn’t even get dark at all. Looks worse than applying henna mehandi at home. Would never recommend to anyone. Even staff was not welcoming and were in hurry. Better to not visit and avail services. Super disappointed because it’s special day and they ruined it

Done my pedicure and waxing it was amazing, very excellent experience, by Anmol n suneha. You must visit this salon, if you are in discovery gardens. They do even amazing hair cuts as well.

Terrible service ! The most unfriendly staff. I did a face polish and my face was starting to burn and told that it’s hurting me and she said it’s normal . After this while removing my face to pac told me they are not responsible for any reactions .Like which saloon says that ? Was a usual here but never going here again .

Took a package yesterday and much impressed with the service. They have dedicated and well trained staffs who does great job. Special mention to Ripti who had high level of customer focus and provided quality service. The hair cut done by their other staff(forgot name) was also gud.

One of the best salon in Dubai. Staffs are very friendly and they know their job well. Very professional and they advise you on treatments based on your requirement. I visited this fraud saloon on March 20th, and after getting my waxing and trimming services done, the lady at the reception (I am guessing she is the owner) recommended that I choose the Diamond package and said I can use the four pending services on my next visit as long as they are consumed in 30 days. My bill at regular price was approximately AED234, however, after constantly being asked on each visit to try the Diamond package, I gave it a try and paid AED378. I visited back on April 14th, after getting the wax service done, and when i went to pay the bill and redeem my pending 4 services, to my surprise, the lady at reception (i am guessing she is the owner) made a huge false face, completely lost her mind, and started being awfully disrespectful (mind you, this is the same lady who was reading a holly book at that time as its holly month of Ramadan) and refused me to utilize my 4 services, which I paid for, with a statement saying that I couldnt redeem my pending 4 services on the service i took in the past, She knows I visit them only for wax and no other service, but she started being awfully rude and disrespectful and kept forcing me to use my pending service on things that I didnt want to get done. Besides the fact that I was looking for a solution, as they had no terms and conditions in place, she didnt care to mention them when I paid; instead, she screamed and said, You should know about them as they are standard in all of Dubai. But, my dear saloon owner, its your job to tell your customers what the terms and conditions are for the packages you sell before you start stealing. I even offered for her to charge me regular price for my last visit and regular price for this visit as she wouldnt let me redeem my 4 service as this was the only solution i could think of, so she get paid for service i used and i dont waste my money as she refused to pay back or let me use the servies however she refused and was not keen on provide with any alternative solution. I was so distraught by this act; I cant raise my voice or be disrespectful, so I left the place and paid another AED204, which i shouldnt have as I had four services pending that I was told i could redeem. . Dear Momis Saloon Owner, please realize that it is our hard-earned money you have stolen, and it is the worst sin to scam people for your greed. I have made an official complaint to the Dubai Governments Unified , and you will hear from the authorities soon.

I went here twice, the first time for a facial and blowdry which was good, second time for my mani pedi and wax, needless to say the second experience was quite bad with mani pedi, girls gossiping with their attention somewhere else and didnt finish the job properly since they were not attentive, kept on telling me excuses. Not a good place for classic mani pedi but good for other cleaning stuff in nominal prices. I had waxing being done by two girls, one was fine, and other had skill issue, she was not skilled on this so all wax was getting stuck on me.

I got hand and arms waxing done from this saloon and ever since then I have been itching my hands. Never ever I had such a skin problem. Worst thing is the itching has spread all over body. It started the next day of me visit this saloon. I never had any skin energy and now I am badly suffering for more than 2 weeks. Even the nail.paint they used was smelling till next day. Nail paints dont smell for such long hours.

I had a negetive experience during my under arm waxing at this saloon, the lady who did was like holding a grudge against me. Its very painful and resulted in bleeding. Even next day i have that pain and i have warned people whom i know in discovery gardens not to visit this saloon.

This saloon is the worst ever, they just care about money and the receptionist is full or attitude and negative vibes. This saloon is unprofessional, I did my hair and they burned it with the highlights and keratin. Even the haircuts isnt straight. My hair was very soft before now its very damaged and its falling. Seriously I regret going there and I will definitely tell everyone I know that this saloon is very bad and compared to other places the prices are very high.

Had a rejuvenating experience today at Momis Salon- Discovery Gardens. Ms. Kiran is the one who did the facial for me and she did her best to give me a very relaxing experience. Massage was amazing. Hair wash and blow dry was done by Ms.Sonika and she was very gentle in handling my hair and loved the way the staff takes care of the customer.I will surely go back to them and highly recommend their service .Thank you for the beautiful experience 🙏

I took their gold package. All things went well except the waxing. Got my skin peeled which is called as an industrial lift. My hands and legs have skin peeling off. Really unhappy about it. Called the owner and informed about it , she said this happens to people. however was told to apply coconut oil. Beware of waxing here Incase you would visit here. Not at all happy about it

I went there for waxing, they burnt my skin with waxing. 1st time I had such experience. The waxing material they used is like paint. My skin colour become dull. This salon is very bad. When I complained about the staff who did the waxing, the response from the owner is - Achcha, oh logI am still suffering with the pain.

The staff is very pleasant, however the attitude of the owner is much to be desired. She sits at the reception and for someone sitting at the front of the salon handling customers , she strongly lacks customer service and the pleasentness thats required for that role.

I took a diamond pakage wer still 4 items are left for me..i wont be going any more...waxing was good even face waxing...bt hair cut was horrible...i asked several times for catalog of haircut styles..they didnt provide and also they cut my hair tooo short..also the styling was very poor...neve evr i will go there..very poor saloon in discovery gardens.i have been to several saloons this one is the most horrible which have been.

A very, very bad experience with the salon owner, exaggerated prices for protein, lack of credibility. The employee tells you a price and sits you down and you start working. The salon owner comes and says a higher price... This is the last time I will deal with this salon. I spent the worst day of my life. The lack of respect for the client is a disaster. Great.
