I visited the Mona beauty centre at Sahara centre. I am happy with the haircut I got. The hairstylist was very nice. Giving two starts only for the hairstylist behaviour and efficiency. But the manager/receptionist is very rude. They charged me more than the said amount and was very rude n adamant. She was also getting angry at us and at her staff in front of everyone. So many reviews about her bad attitude by many customers on google shows she needs training on how to behave. Will never visit again as the salon is very expensive, charged extra than the mentioned amount.

Excellent service and nice ladies. Did Manicure, Pedicure, massage and blow dry. All was great. I only remember the sweet lady Amina that did my hair, very professional, kind, helpful and genuine.🤗 The rest of the ladies forgive me I forgot your names but amazing work also 🙏🏼

Worst manicure. Spent 3 hours, applied gel is horrible, shaped very badly. they didn’t even offer to fix, all they cared about is to take the money for the service.

The waxing specialist from Pakistan provided excellent service—she was gentle, ensuring a pain-free experience without any irritation, and was incredibly warm and kind. However, the receptionist may benefit from additional training to enhance her service skills. One more thing you should change the rule of using only card for essad you should keep cash also

I always visit Monas salon because there is an employee named Iman who is kind and friendly, her way of dealing is excellent, her work is clean and she works from her heart. Thank you very much Iman for your elegant style.

My appointment at Mona Beauty Salon was scheduled for 9:30, but I ended up waiting for over an hour due to their tardiness in managing appointments, regardless having a scheduled time, they allowed late customers to jump ahead, which was frustrating. This lack of organization and consideration for scheduled appointments is unacceptable.

I visit the Al Badia branch regularly. The staff are wonderful and are so friendly. It is testament to the owner that most staff are over 10 years working for her. Root colour for hair is excellently done by Marecell - exact match! Nail treatments are amazing and last three/four weeks, they do not use acetone to remover which is wonderful! A fabulous branch ✨

This salon reminded me of the 90s where bad service was a standard back then. The worst thing in the salon was the manager! She’s too loud and was angry at her staff mistreating them all the time in front of customers. I am not sure how she thinks it’s a good behavior. I felt sorry for all of them honestly.The second bad thing was the nail polish it was a bad quality very slow drying where the technician had to turn a blow dry on my nails for it to dry!

Today was my first time in this salon and I had bad experience the lady in the reception was very rude and she was shouting on us and this is not acceptable she should respect the client this was my first and last time I hope the honer of the salon will do something about the lady in the reception , she even said that the honor knows that she is shouting on the client . I’m a regular customer, but they always deal with each other in disrespectful way , they don’t solve problems internally , and they are not honest with customer, they dont tell prices of service before starting, and they were like “ we changed our prices madam “ without any respect to customer.. never coming back again and I. Will raise A complain regarding customer rights

Such horrible services, only good thing is the nail service, other than that nothing, their hair dressers are horrible, and that includes the manager, shed do anything for money. they are also very unorganized with appointments, and their place is very very small and youll barely have space to walk.

The place is okay, but the stuff are not trained well, they are talking negatively about the management all the time with loud voice, some of them sleeping in the entrance area, there wasn’t any relaxation music you hear shouting all the time. And regarding the service it was okay but over priced honestly.

Was my go-to saloon,but since my last visit i really dont have any idea of what happened.i literally saw two big cockroaches in the saloon,and half of the employees keep complaining while working that they wanna go home?i mean why tho especially while having a customer which actually made me feel unwelcomed and unwanted.what shocked me more that after few days of getting a manicure and pedicure done,i got an infection and im still trying to cure it.the only explanation and reason that i got from the dr that it might be from the manicure and pedicure that ive gotten!this was my last visit👎🏻

I came in with some oil on my hair and told them I wanted to wash and do a hair dryer. The receptionist gave me a different price and the hair employee was a completely different price, and the hair employee treated me very badly. I washed my hair out of her mind and thought it was all oil, and her experience after it was oiled, she did not respond to me and I was angry. On top of that, I consulted him with a cut comb and cut my hair, and the smoke went to the end of the salon from the oil because it was not washed and it burned my hair, and she said because of your hair, it’s safe now. We have had zero dealings. The last time I visited this salon, I filed a complaint with consumer protection

The salon is considered the worst salon in terms of treatment, style, cleanliness and sterilization.The receptionist never deals with customers with respect or at least with tact. The hair comb was in this person’s hair and it was not cleaned and was broken. I asked to change it and the second comb turned out to be in his hair. They did not get any clean and sterilized comb!! There is no standard for cleanliness. They give the customer a blowdry to dry the manicure! Ive never seen this before! If you complain to the receptionist, she shouts and tells you to leave my job and talk to you! Sure, talk to me as long as I am a customer and have paid the full amount.. It is impossible for me to return to this salon in all respects because of the treatment, the style, the level of cleanliness, and the level of service.Her excuse was the pressure of Eid. I told her that I was coming from a salon and there was pressure on them, and every Eid I go to a salon, I did not encounter all of this, and if you have a shortage of workers or work pressure, you are supposed to provide an additional charge to ensure the level of service for every customer.

I am an old customer of the salon. Unfortunately, the salon has changed a lot, the standard was better. The massage towels are not clean, the smell in the massage room is unacceptable, and the sound of the music in the salon is annoying. The Arab lady at the reception treats the employees badly, does not respect the customers, and shouts at the female workers in front of the customers. Her style is sharp with customers. Her presence made the atmosphere in the salon uncomfortable

Frankly speaking, the branch in the desert is one of the first to enter the salon. They greet you with shouting and harassment, from the manager to the employer. Always screaming at employees so unprofessional, whatever the matter she can talk to them behind closed doors than in front of customers and making us uncomfortable!!!!

They told people before I went to get my nails done, they said 180, and then when I came out, they told me 342, and after she said, Isaad’s discount is impossible for me to walk.The Filipina, Khasoo, who was the one at the reception, said, “Maybe the patron of the salon pushed me extra, why, shhh, may God bless her livelihood as long as she tells people about her salon, how the municipality doesn’t accept them.”

The most horrific salon I have ever been to, it killed her. I dyed my hair black, I dyed it dark brown. She came back to dye it to straighten it, and I tell her, “You can’t get a haircut without getting a haircut,” and I say to them, “You can’t have a haircut because she cut my hair,” and they let her give it a haircut, never and ever. I’m a prisoner of this salon.

My appointment was at six and a half... I was in the salon waiting for the appointment until seven o’clock... failure to adhere to the appointments... while I was alerted to this on the phone when I called that I did not want to wait... and they confirmed the appointment at six and a half... the workers are very nice. Slow...

The service is excellent, the curtain is smooth and the manicure and pedicure are clean and meticulous. May God grant you success.

The place is not tidy, the tools are used, the work is not clean, and they are not professional, and even nail dyeing does not have all the colors, or even half of them.

My head is bad and she straightens my hair from so much that she brushes it, and their prices are on fire for nothing, and they dont take cash.
