Had a wash and blow dry. My hair looked healthy afterwards. I also had my eyelashes done. The therapist wasnt friendly and rather clumsy, the tint came into my eyes. The salon was clean.

I did my keratin, gel manicure and pedicure, waxing and eyebrows here.. So far the best experience I had. The staff is very professional and efficient at their work. The design they created on my nails was nice but I’ve never been cut this many times in my life in any of the salons I went to! They cut me twice in my fingers and FOUR times in my toes! One toe even got infected and was swollen for a week :(

Officially THE BEST nail salon in Dubai. My previous mini French manicure (thin line) lasted 10 weeks!!! I refuse to do my nails abroad so waited it out until I got back to Dubai. They’re that good. They do the best Russian manicures they are so elegantly thin you’ll never accept thick gel nails again. Try ‘leveling’ too to help grow out your natural nails and prevent your manicures chipping. All nail technicians are very qualified and precise and you can even have a back/shoulder massage whilst upgrading your nail situation. Manicures and pedicures can be done at the same time to save you time. The Al Barsha location serves me well as I live on the Palm, otherwise their downtown shop is conveniently located too.Try it, they nail it when it comes to mani-pedis.

Worst salon ever, i got global hair color frm here,after the color all my grey hair strands were still the same , i realised this thing the very next day and informed the staff , they call me for 2nd time to make it correct but also charge me the 2nd time , if they didnt do the hair color prperly in 1st sitting then its entirely their mistake, no where have I seen charging a client for the 2nd time when its purely the mistake of the salon staff who did the color improperlyService was done in jan 2024

I have had treatment with them for 300 for roots and I came just in October for the same after 2 months I came to re do my roots treatment they charged me 350 instead of 300Although my friends they have been charged for 300 and they have similar length and hair quality and for roots onlySo disappointingAnd very commercial

Very disappointed with the service. It all started when I made a booking 1,5 week in advance, and 3 hours before my appointment they said please come one hour later when I had my plans. It’s unacceptable. At the end I waited for 1 hour for a pedicure to start after manicure was almost done. Then this did not end, and the lady tried to overcharge me. When I asked her what you are charging me for she started to come up with things which I didn’t have. Also they show you fake price lists and then try to charge more. Coming to manicure and pedicure - also disappointed. I picked a colour and the master “by mistake” took a wrong colour. Russian pedicure is done by lazy ladies. Do not recommend this place.

I feel bad for every penny i paid at this salon. The nail technician was in such a hurry and was feeling irritated everytime i asked her to make my nail shorter or if i ask for anything at all. The service is too expensive for the quality. I had every nail a different length and zero attention to detail. Not recommended.

The best hair straightening and keratin treatment in Dubai! I’ve been doing it with Nurgul for many times now and she is amazing ! She can recommend the right treatment and the results are always perfect and long lasting.

The parlour is amazing with good rates and excellent services.The gel manicure and pedicure are too good . I took protein treatment twice with excellent long lasting results

Their work is very good but sadly communication is an issue. Most of the nail specialists and also the lash technicians don’t speak English. There is always a misunderstanding and a difficult time while talking to them. Nevertheless, the management is horrible! I had an issue the other day with a nail service and it was due to a mistake from the nail technician and the fact that she didn’t understand a word in English. The manager came and was so unqualified for the title and was disrespectful. She acted like she cared less and an argument broke out with her, she decided to kick me out of the salon after I had paid before starting my service and they didn’t t finish the service. I had called the police on them to deal with the disrespectful manager.

My experience was really good, the place is very bright and positive and the technicians were very professional. Had Ameena & Jyldyz for my mani and Carissa for my pedi, and they were all amazingly professional.Will surely be back again.

I did lash lift and tint and they are shorter than before. One eye different from the other. She applied oil above the eyelashes and it never happened to me in other salons. I also did tint but they are not black. This is the worst lash lift. Dont look at their instagram its not true. Not recommended!

The worst eye lashes extension experience and a waste of 3 hours. I have been doing my eyelashes in Dubai for the longest time. The technician doesn’t speak a word of English. She did them so bad. Even when I asked them to be removed, she couldn’t. There was a white line of glue on my eyes that she couldn’t remove. As for the store manager, she was ok with this all. She even tried to convince me that the glue can’t be removed in the same day and wanted me to come for another day. Quality and service can’t be compared with their Downtown branch. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Very unprofessional branch manager (Babi), she saw that I was upset with the service, she didnt even bother to ask for the details when I told her am not happy and all she cared about was to collect the payment (before I was even done!) coz they have to close the cashier!Worst customer service, will not return..

Hair Keratin- worst serviceI did my hair keratin on 8/12/2022 as per their insta promotion.product used was caviar keratin. After first wash as instructed I did my hair wash. Shockingly hair not even 50% straight. Still waving. When brought to parlor’s notice in Al Barsha. The lady in charge blamed my hair for been too thick. When asked for refund as I wasn’t happy with the result. She refused saying she gave me service. Service which had no results. All they do is show shining hair in lighting and mislead customers on Instagram.Today is 13/12/2022 ( 5 days) arrived as they called me today. when showed them the hair in personal as earlier blaming my hair for being thick and now she wants me to do another treatment less then 4 days and refused to take responsibility of any damages to my hair. After lots of arguments she gave in writing.Now fingers crossed 🤞 second treatment has started. Same hair technician. Hope all goes well with my hair. Won’t step in again for any service after this experience.

Horrible eye lash extension experience!! Wasted 3 hours and i look like a effin joke! It even made my eyes turned red and irritated. The lashes fell off immediately. The technician does not seem what she is doing. She did not even listen to me what i wanted!!! Do not go there for eye lash!!!

Horrible service! I wish I had read google reviews before entering. Just went for my eyebrows as this place is in my office building. The receptionist didn’t even greet, the lady who did my eyebrows uses tweezers for almost 5 minutes, I could have done that at home! My eyebrows weren’t even done properly and I was scared for her to work on them more and I left!

Excellent quality pedicure and manicure - all the masters are great! The salon itself is clean and tidy, pleasant atmosphere. The administrators are polite and will always offer water/coffee. I recommend it 😊
