I’ve been coming to Mood Salon for the past 4 years, and it’s always a great experience. I always book my pedicure with Jovi because she’s amazing at what she does. She knows how to remove all the ingrown skin carefully and makes sure everything is done perfectly.The salon is clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly. If you’re looking for a reliable place with great service, I highly recommend Mood Salon!

Simply amazing! The beauty studio Mood is an absolute gem, with its stunning and colorful floral decor creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. 💐I had a manicure with Tess and couldn’t be happier – flawless work and such a warm, positive vibe! My companion had a pedicure with Rea and couldn’t stop raving about how gentle and perfect her work was – truly outstanding!🥰We’ll definitely be coming back. Very happy about this place! Joyce did a very good job helping me fix my nails, they became very weak after a bad experience with home salon and she was patient guiding me well. Lucine the waxing specialist is exceptional! Since I moved to Dubai few months ago I was looking for someone I could trust that would not burn me and you can trust her for making bikini waxing as painless as possible. I did a blow dry once it was quick and curls were so well done!!

I have been coming to this salon for my gel manicures and pedicures since July 2023 and have been happy with my service in every visit. The staff is very skilled and sweet. Since Sarwat started working at this salon it has become my go to place for anything related to hair. She managed to get the exact color I wanted with a natural look. She is always positive and gives me amazing care. Defenetly request her when booking for your hair !

Sonia is one of the best nail artists I’ve been to so far. She does her work very skillfully with great attention to detail, and she has a very pleasant demeanor. Whatever you ask for, she does it for you in a very clean and delicate way. This salon is also really good; everyone is very friendly, polite, and respectful. Sarwat is amazing at eyebrows and blow dry and I have the best experience with her! She has done them the best they have ever looked. She cares for her clients. She knows what works and advices the best for my hair also. Highly recommend for eyebrows and hair ask for Sarwat!

If I could give -1 I would do that. I booked a service for 143 AED in the end they wanted to charge me 350 AED, saying that they made another type of procedure. No one informed me about price change. All they want is to charge you more without any explanation before they start. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful

Location is very convenient, lovely atmosphere and very nice staff BUT do not expect to do French design. I had 4 staff trying to do a simple french but they failed and I ended up doing a solid colour. Pricing is reasonable compare to other salons. I will certainly go back for their service but I highly suggest the owner to provide intensive training for the staff on French design

One of the worst salon experience. Went their for bang cutting and wasnt done properly got there again other day to complain and fix didnt even accomodate immediately to make amends of the time waste i had and should have offered complimentary service but no was just too rude to fix on a waiting chair

Great salon. I just had the waxing and pedicure and it was great experience. Also the stuff is really nice.

The atmosphere in this salon feels very chaotic and not overall smooth. They were confused over what treatment I came to get done. I had to repeat several times, and they keep changing people in between to do your treatment. It feels incredibly rushed and overall not relaxing at all. I left more stressed than I initially came in feeling. I told the lady who did my hands to be careful around my thumb nails as my skin was more dry. However, their instruments are so rough and the lady was in such a hurry and was using harsh motions it damaged my skin several leaving me with wound and blood. Even two hours later my thumb nails is still bleeding a little again. Unfortunately I will not be returning here. I want to add they forgot to do one of the treatments I had booked in for and were rushing through whole thing as if they didnt have time. Mind you there were three customers in the whole salon. Upon bringing this to their attention they gave me a 10% discount on the total bill and the treatment they forgot to perform was of course not paid for. Unfortunately unprofessional and chaotic. Spare yourselves if youre trying to de-stress.

They’re good for nails but nothing else. Their hairdressers are a mess. I was deceived into buying a package so I had to repeatedly go to this salon. In one instance their Asian hairdresser dropped the hair curler on my hands causing me a skin burn. The salon owner justified it by saying “perhaps it’s evil eye”- true story! Then there is Jane the Philippineo hairdresser who will take over an hour to give you a simple Blow dry. She’s so slow I can nap! My hair is quite soft and easy to blow dry, so there’s no reason for it to take that long. Then there’s the older Lebanese lady who will curl your hair like it’s the 90s instead of making it wavy despite you asking her for “wavy”. They have an Iranian lady who’s the only competent one but she’s not always around and they used to have a lady called nagham who was excellent. The receptionists are usually slow and don’t understand your request for a specific time. For example you would ask if there’s availability after 2pm for instance. The response will be “we have 10am”. Zero professionalism and the staff all have major attitude. I don’t recommend.

Great service all stuff are professional... you will find a safe place for your beauty... highly recommended...

4.5 ⭐️A cosy and clean salon in the centre of Creek Island.Service has been impeccable from when I made a phone call appointment til I left the store as the receptionist was so sweet. I felt very welcome ☺️I booked for acrylic extensions and gel polish and the technician cared for my nails and cuticles without any faults. I didn’t catch the technicians name, will ask when I come back but look how pretty they turned out! ✨💗The only reason why it’s -0.5 stars is because they don’t have the traditional tables where you’re facing the technician, but rather they’re on one side of the chair and you’d have to slightly twist your left or right side for them to work on your left or right hand, so if they’re working on your nails for longer than 1hr, you start to feel uncomfortable.

First time I visit today that saloon I love it so much specially madam noura hamdi owner of saloon and reception Jenifer as well good attitude service are just like a waooo really I have done my wax and hair its really good quality product and the staff very professional I will recommend to my friends and family 👍

Daisy and Connie are my fav nail artists here. They’re so professional + very smiley and friendly. I always book them, super satisfied with my nails. We called and booked and said 260 for a service , to be surprised that its now almost 400 ( justifying that hair is long), its not about the money but the principal, just because you are open In an area where residents are well off doesnt give you the right to rip them off . Im going to the salon now for almost 10 years to do my nails. It has been the first time that I have been to Mood Salon. The have done my toes. The next days both of my big toes started to become painful and on the 3rd day it started to swell. Now its the 5th day and I barely cant walk, went to the doctor and I have a huge infection on my toe now because my nails were either not done properly or the people from the salon do NOT clean their nail equipment properly.Dont recommend this place AT ALL!NEW TOE UPDATE!!Now 2.5 months later and my toes are still painful. I have been:- To a general doctor- Dermatologist- And a medical foot doctorIt has been an absolute nightmare! Because of this Salon Im traumatized!! At the moment Im not going to any salon.Look at the 2 last pictures for an update of my toes:I have also raised a complain with The Municipality in Dubai, this salon should not hire people that are not experienced in nails and toes!!Shame on you for making my life miserable!!!!

I have just been shouted at and insulted over the phone by the so called manager of the salon and harassed over whatsapp after she hung up on my face, because I complaint about their nail polish quality. After only 3 days, the nail polish started to come off and I sent them even a very detailed video. Unbelievable that such a salon exists in Dubai. I am extremely shuttered and still in shock after this incredible scream and shout I got over the phone and have complaint to consumer rights.

I come to this salon 3 times a week, for EVERYTHING! Hair, lashes, brows, nails - I only ever use mood. They are the kindest ladies I have met since moving to the UAE; I’m so pleased I found this salon. Gloria does my eyelashes, Jane has fit me & fixed my new hair extensions, i am so happy. Every single staff member is always so kind I attentive. The owner is so helpful & friendly. Thank you lovely ladies for your assistance. There is also a discount for creek harbour residents.

Im the costumer of mood salon i can say its Excellent salon, all the staff is the best and friendly. The manager is very accommodating, especially the owner is giving discounts ,free drinks like coffee ,etc. And the salon keeps organised and clean .

Worst gelish manicure I have done in dubai. My nail polish peeled ond day after the manicure. I usually go to another place in dubai and if stays atleast for two weeks but the quality of the gelish polish here was bad.

Hey there! I just had my first visit to Dubai and stumbled upon this amazing salon! I was lucky enough to meet the owner, who was an absolute sweetheart and so welcoming to my sister and me. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating. My sisters nails turned out amazing - I highly recommend this place! Quite frankly the most unprofessional, rudest salon I have ever been to in my life! I had my make up done and all I can say that it was the most horrific experience I have ever endured! I was so shocked by how bad it was but had somewhere to be in the next 30 minutes so didn’t have the time to complain nor did I want to as it was a very hostile place! I showed a picture to the make up artist the look I was going for and explained that I didn’t want a lot of make up on my face especially as it was a hot day! However I felt like a plastered mask had been put onto my face! It was thick with make up (layers of it) and not even colour matching to my skin! You can see from the photos attached how white/yellow I looked plus the thick make up was in my hair as well! When I got home I could feel my face starting to burn! It took me 20 minutes to finally get the make up off my face! I ended up not going to the event I had booked because I was in terrible pain and deeply upset! The next day my husband called the salon! After many attempts he finally spoke to the owner to explain the situation very politely. The owner was beyond rude and abrupt and also very threatening and told my husband that she will be ‘declaring war upon us!’ She also said she would take us to court which was absolutely absurd because my husband was very reasonable and kind about the whole matter! The manager repeatedly put the phone down, her staff then advised she wasn’t there, we was then blocked from the salon number. My husband only wanted to come to an agreement for a refund but this was refused multiple of times! Honestly the words the manager used to him were shocking and distasteful! As a new resident I was deeply upset! It’s taken me since January to finally write this mainly because I was scared for our wellbeing as she threatened both of us! Truly the worst salon in the world! She didn’t want to listen, we sent pictures and she said I looked fine! I still have slight burn scaring on my skin from the products used and have been referred to a dermatologist who wasn’t impressed by what has happened to me! I do not have sensitive skin and have never had any skin issues my whole life and now I do! I haven’t been able to wear any make up since because I have flare ups even when I touch my skin! So goodness knows what cheap products they use here! DO NOT BOOK! ITS NOT WORTH IT OR YOUR LIFE!!!!

Sadly they are breaking all the rules and regulations around waxing and NO DOUBLE DIPPING. The same stick was being dipped in for underarms, bikini line and half legs. The stick was changed at best maybe 2 times for all activities. This is extremely unhygienic, against operation regulations and can actually result in closure of the business. And there is no poster either.4.5.9. Disposable wooden sticks (spatula) must be used for waxing, and it is not allowed to double dip the stick in the waxing container or use it for other customers. A poster for “No double dipping” must be provided.Tarakhees, Dubai, UAE

Did really nice gel nails and aced the pattern I showed them. Wish I got the name of who did my nails but she did them so well. The staff were all so nice especially the receptionist.

I live next to this salon. They gave me a manicure with gel and it only lasted 2 days. Then i went to complain about it. The lady there gave me a number to contact. They replied after a month. Thats it im not coming again. Really embarrassing.

I recently visited this dates and chocolate shop and was blown away by the quality of their products. The dates were fresh and succulent, and the chocolate was rich and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the date and chocolate combination, it was the perfect sweet treat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! worst experience in my life! went for waxing and the lady (unfortunately, I don‘t have the name) was waxing probably for the first time! She startet to wax my upperlips without cleaning the area first, and the worst thing, she was caughing, her nose was running and neither did she clean her hands first or put on gloves nor was she wearing a mask. very unfriendly on top! when I approached her why she is not at least cleaning the area she is going to treat, she just replied that she will put some powder after the treatment. During the waxing treatment I felt like someone is peeling off my skin and I repeated myself several times, how painful it is and asked her if she is doing it for the first time - she just ignored me and when she finished she just walked out of the room without saying a word, although I booked the appointment for waxing my legs as well. The result of my treatment you can see on the picture (no filter or whatsoever was used) and even after 4 weeks I still have a scarf on my upperlips and probably this will not go away. This salon should be closed immediately! Using randomly and highly unprofessional people for skin treatments is grossly negligent. I am seriosly thinking to report the case!

Had come for my nail refill until I knew it was just colour change and not a refill.The staff will mock and laugh at you if you go for something you paid for and dint get the desired results. They will tell you “ You just didn’t want to listen to our advice”Won’t even help you rather try to mint more money by engaging you to do something else.Will give the task to an unprofessional hair dresser who doesn’t even know how to apply a French nail colour properly to just get done away with it quickly.Will argue until you beg for something that was done inefficiently and for something you did pay for.Not my first time getting nails done but for sure my first and last time here at the mood salon Dubai!

I scheduled a 35-minute haircut, but they unilaterally extended it to 45 minutes, adding a hair wash and dry—extra charges for services I didnt request, which are typically included. Unfortunately, this bait-and-switch tactic is all too common in China, where establishments add unexpected items to the bill and make customers feel guilty for questioning it upon checkout. The haircut was subpar, leaving me looking like a poodle the next day. Im extremely frustrated; this feels like a dishonest business practice that I could consider taking legal action against.

I came, my sister was a head of me but yet not have told the lady in reception that my sister booked for me to have my hair done and I have showed her who I wanna get my service with she told me ( I need to wait someone is ahead of me with the same hairdresser lady )which I did accept it and that cost me 41 minute of waiting and then she kept recommending someone else and I kept telling her that I’m going to wait for the same hair dresser and after 41 minute she told me that the lady is already booked for someone else !!!!!! Which she could have told me that the minute I stepped in !!! Terrible customer service

Con: (1) the price. I paid 528 (not including tips) for gel manicure and pedicure because I asked for something they call an overlay. It’s supposed to make your nails stronger but it’s just the a rubber base. Not an expensive product. Lesson learned.(2) And the next day my toe nail broke?!? How does that happen? Never experienced anything like that especially with gel. I didn’t wear any new shoes. I only wore my sandals and sneakers. I am so bummed out about the lack of quality of the materials used compared to how much I paid. I didn’t even get more than a day.Pro: Joy did my manicure and they came out amazing. I’m super picky about shaping and Joy nailed it. The ladies that work here are really sweet.I’d say bring your own polish and materials. Joy is worth seeing but she deserves better polishes.

Nothing less than amazing. The owner is a lovely lady inside out and has worked meticulously on every detail in the salon. She chooses her products and her staff carefully. One of my favorite services is the nail art service, very unique and beautiful. I also recommend trying the hair service too for blow dry and hair color - sample images are shared in their instagram account. Love this place, an absolute salon get-away.

Request for Joy if you want long lasting manicure with zero lifting and beautiful nail art, she is a really skilled Nail tech. My nails used to be really short & brittle but Joy asked me to trust her, she put the rubber based gel and now I’ve long strong nails that never break! All are skilled for pedicure, but do not miss the massage by Rose!My mum and grandmother were visiting Dubai for a holiday, they accommodated the three of us at the same time for mani/ pedis. 10/10 everytime 🌺🫶

I started to go to Mood salon recently because we just moved to Creek Harbour and I wanted to find a close place to do my nails. I thought this place would be just an ordinary nail spa, but oh boy I was wrong. First of all, this is the most gorgeous and fun place ever and with the kindest people possible. They take excellent care of me and I am always happy with the results. Secondly, I never saw a place that has so much colors to choose from both for Gel and normal polish. 5 star 🌟 !!!

I did a gel manicure. The lady promised they last from 10 days to 2 weeks. They chipped after 5 days. I complained. They promised to fix them. Instead they did a hasty job. Such a loss of time and money. The receptionist is very rude. When I call to book for appointments she is not helpful.

Had an appointment booked and was left sat waiting for over half an hour being told it will be soon. My appointment didn’t happen and I will not be visiting again.

1st experience wasnt great as the woman washing my hair was scared for her nails to get spoiled and she barely washed my hair.My second experience was much better and the blowdry was great!

The place is beautiful and relaxing, but I had a bad experince there yesterday, it was my first time there as I booked for hair color and bleech and haircut, as well as nails.Got there exactly at 5 which was my appointment timing, and they started on my hair at 5:30 even though i told them I want to start with hair as I know it will take long.The woman who was doing my hair had 2 other clients at the same time, she took couple of walk-in clients while she had me sitting there....she was running back and forth and letting other people touch my hair including the owner who am sure she doesnt have hair expirence and wasnt wearing a mask. I talked to the owner and told her i booked at 5 with that woman and I only want her to do my hair, I had like 5 different people touching my hair!! And I told them there is Cornona in the world thats not acceptable nowadays... The owner walked away. The hair dresser lied to the owner she said when I called I didnt say I want bleech, which is a lie because its not the first time i bleech my hair, I know how long it takes, I dye my hair twice a year I know how things go!!!The salon closed at 8, all the staff left including the owner who didnt even apologize for the misunderstanding, didnt do anything to make me feel better about her own salon, infact I had to pay extra because i have THICK hair, so does that mean if i have light hair i will pay less? LOL!!! Never in my 27 years I payed extra because I have thick hair. And I wouldnt have payed extra if she didnt spill the color on the ground!! However, if my thick hair was the issue, shouldnt the hairdresser know how to handle it? And shouldnt she know how long it will take? And shouldnt she tell me that I will extra BEFORE the process not while am leaving at 10 PM!!! I had a very bad experince, I will never go there again, I recommend friends and family and everyone not to go there..its not worth the hype, or maybe they just treat bloggers better than us normal people...Finally, the end result was beautiful, but the whole experience was terrible and the salon is way too expinsive in my opinion. I regret going there.

Highly recommend it, this is my second time and i loved it.I did my nails with Connie and Rose they were amazing and professional

Had a hair trim, eyelashes and eyebrows tint and shaping. After the hair trim was done, had to ask the master to adjust the hair line to make it equal from both sides. Eyebrows and lashes tinting took an hour, while usually thats 15 minutes max. Froze under the AC while waiting for the very slow technician lady to finish. Eyebrows shaping was awful, brows very clearly are not on a same level. Instead of a long lasting result (usually at least 2 weeks), after a week my eyelashes require tinting again.-Update: was duly contacted by representatives and was offered to receive a refund. Wishing Mood to improve!
