I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the service! It’s rare to find such a professional hairstylist these days. Ms. Jithmi is incredibly skilled and experienced. Despite having visited many high-end salons, I never thought I’d trust anyone with my hair, but she earned my trust completely. She did an amazing job with my haircut and blow-dry, and I was truly impressed with her work.

I have done Hair keratin, my hair had become so smooth and soft. My hair looks amazing now. The products used for keratin are real good quality and i could feel the difference. Thanks Moon Valley i feel really really good now. I recommend everyone.

The only reason I’m giving a one star is because the ladies took us in without an appointment even though they were busy. Other than that, I asked the lady not to thin my eyebrows and just clean them but she removed almost half my eyebrow off.

Horrible experience.. I did keratin there and it was worst keratin ever.. My hair has become dry and lifeless plus the product used was horrible and the procedure of keratin is worst.. I feel my hair texture has changed completely and its kind of burnt in the end.. would recommend not to go to this parlour ever especially for hair treatments...

25th April, 2023: Once again, got a fruit facial by Manju she is fabulous! She is a specialist in facial massage and has done a super job, kudos to her! It is worth visiting this parlor as they have very good packages with good trained staff!Thanks to the owner, Shashi 🙌🏻Sept 2022: I got a fruit facial done by Manju & she was very professional! The papaya scrub was good and Manju was very patient and ensured I was comfortable. The other staff are also v polite and welcome clients with a smile.This saloon is currently managed by Shashi and she ensures customer satisfaction and takes our feedback to manage expectations!

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced in my whole life in a saloon. My bestie and I went to do the hair color today and they made it ridiculous. The ladies were extremely unprofessional Amna and Manju and one more lade out there. It was so obvious that they didn’t know to do anything related to hair coloring. The said 250 each and at the end even after seeing our dissatisfaction they urged us to pay 400 dhs for two. I am feeling so pathetic and we have to go an another saloon to fix our hair. I would like to take this complain forward as I have every proof to keep this case further. Please stop spoiling others hair like this, if you’re not confident say that you are not, instead of trying your talent on others. I wanted to see the owner of the saloon and they didn’t even care to talk to us more to figure what we’re sad about.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HORRIBLE!

Worst experience ever.. Today me nd my friend went to the parlor for the hair colouring the staffs over their was very unprofessional they dont know the basic steps of hair colouring and when we are point out their mistakes they are not even accepting their mistake and not even trying to fix. Iam not recommending this parlor. This is the worst parlor I have ever seen. Not even giving one star for their service.

This place is really good! l got my hair done and eyebrows. It was done really well and didnt pain either. The people are very welcoming and friendly! The prices are sooo reasonable😄. I loved it there!

I really struggle with finding someone who can do my eyebrows well and Haseena at this salon is the best. I came here by chance when I had work in the neighborhood but will continue to come back.
