For me the best salon hairdresser in the world!! Compliments to all employees and especially Mr. Mounir himself and the assistant who worked on my hair all those hours! Everyone is so friendly and very professional. They literally treated me like a princess. I am very satisfied with the end result and it was a wonderful experience! I did my hair with Master Mike, it was wonderful. My hair was yellow and orange and I had several colors in my hair , he did my hair very beautiful highlight and base color is very nice. I highly recommend him. The staff also were very friendly and professional. I never go anywhere else only here 👍

Their prices are way too high, and they keep adding extra charges!!. My hair got damaged and super dry, and I cant even comb my hair after a shower. The hairdresser told me it is normal and I needed a haircut Literally,I paid 3000 AED to damage my hair!In addition, they told me the first toning is free, but then hit me with a 400 dhs bill later, claiming it was only free after two weeks, which they never mentioned before!!

Grab your coffee/tea … you don’t want to miss anythingAppointment was at 12:30 pm- left at 7:30 pm- so mind your timing as there is chaos and at least 5-6 people working on your head over 7 hours if you want a base color and highlight- not organized at ALLI had made it clear to them that I had not colored my hair in 4 years and all my hair was dye free- ideal for any color specialist to work with virgin hair- showed them the desired photo and the end result after 7 hours of painful wait was DISAPPOINTING- see photosThe staff and the “Master” need to be reminded of Customer Service and Respect.The hair washing was a TRAUMATIC experience- Yanking, pulling , as if they are washing clothes in a basin. No sense of understanding or care.I walked off after 7 horrible hours- did not even want my hair dried, paid FULL amount (2700 AED) for an incorrect and terrible experience as I did not want their PITTY as Master assumed I am complaining to get a discount. I would not personally EVER step into this salon in order to be disrespected, treated terribly and being charged for horrible job.I ended up leaving the place in tears, filled with anger, FRUSTRATION and felt ABUSED.This was a horrific personal experience.

Disappointed!I booked appointment for 12:30 pm and Mr Mounir himself cane super late.I waited for 45 mins for him.HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONALSERVICE & PRICE -Haircut + blowdry - 650 AEDITS OVERLY PRICED. Best salon in Dubai by far,Everyone is so kind good energy and pay attention to details.I was with Mohamad Halloum, I showed up with my hair as a mess and damaged and he completely transformed my hair color while making it healthier. Im very happy with the results and my experience there. :)

Worse experience! Waste of money and waste of time. I have requested one particular person to do my hair. I saw him only twice when he cut my hair and when he told his assistant what to do with me. The rest of job other 2 guys did. I still wonder whos service I paid for. We have to wait exactly 40 min( bcz he was busy doing some other client hair) . Colour was chosen wrong( not what i have asked. I have asked to select a darker colour, so i wont have my roots lighter than the rest of my hair. My master thought otherwise by choosing the tone ,which added to my hair some orange shades), so I went under coloring twice. Even a second one was a failure, and I was offered 3rd ! I couldnt take it bcz my scalp was burning and I thought I will go home bold. So now I have a turtle hair ,and above everything even colouring them twice, i still got grey hair showing! Not mentioning, that hair cut doesnt look even, I still feel one side longer than another.Absolutely disappointed and big regret from choosing this place.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!This salon reputation is way exaggerated . It doesnt deserve the fame they have. I wont be surprised, if 5 stars and positive feedback, was given by the stuffs, their friends and families.We all know how this works.

So disappointed. They didnt do a consultation for me. Did bleach to my hair while I mentioned that I dont want to bleach it. I asked for hair cut and low light and at the end they charged for full makeover!!!! My hair is damaged now. While my hair was nature with no color. Now I have to live with this damage hair. I called them to make a complaine. They called me saying that we cant help you and wont return my money and offered treatment. And the manger who called was so rude and never wants to hear my complaine he wants to talk and to hangup.He said that all our customers never asked about prices and money. He made me feel so badDont go there ever. I regret even thinking to go there. They lyed to me saying that highlight cant be done without bleaching while I learned after that it canDont go there

The best distinction if you want a new and fresh look, but it took long time but it’s worth it.I did highlights and I loved itLadies just relax and trust the process !!

This Tiktok salon has to be the worst experience ever. 1 star only because I have to!Bad service, rude hairdresser, the blow dry was a joke. Waste of money!The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there.Overall the customer care is non exist and you will not refund.Its an insult to charge what they did for the service received.I would never return to this salon even if they offer me a free service! They are desperate for customers and I see why.Please read negative reviews before booking, as my situation is identical to many others. There are plenty of other amazing hairdressers.

This is my second time here. And they never fail to give me the best color ever. I had my color done really badly in India and was so disappointed. But Mike and Ray did the most amazing job just as I expected. They are simply the best. Gave me the color I want with absolutely no damage! Love love love!!

Today was my first time visiting the salon and my experience was disappointing. I had booked my appointment with Samer after coming across his page on Instagram, and I went for a color, cut and blowdry. I only saw him a couple of times throughout my visit - for my consultation and when he cut my hair - and the rest of the time he was telling his assistant what to do with my hair. The assistant was super friendly and professional but thats besides the point; I had booked my appointment with Samer and paid a premium, but he wasnt the one who did my hair. I paid a premium regardless.I also had to wait around for a while and my whole visit took much longer than expected.A bit of a disppointing experience and I would rather go to a salon with more reasonable prices, and Id be getting the same service.

It is with deep regret that I must express my bitterness towards the experience I had at Salon. The fame of the salon had fueled my expectations, but what I found was a starkly different reality. The professionalism and attention I expected were absent, replaced by widespread arrogance that made my stay at the salon extremely unpleasant.My disappointment was further intensified when I considered the value for money: the high costs were not at all reflected in the quality of the service received. I felt almost robbed, paying an unjustifiable amount for such an unsatisfactory experience.And lets not even mention the styling, which turned out to be a total disaster.It is sad to see that the reputation of this salon seems to be built more on marketing than on the actual satisfaction of the customer. With bitterness, I must say that this was my first and last visit to Salon. Such a lack of professionalism and a disproportionate price have cast a shadow over what could have been a place of beauty and relaxation.

I went to Mounir Salon on a Saturday morning , it was not busy, it was the perfect time to go since it can get really crazy.I chose Samir as my hairdresser and he did an amazing job for my hair colour, completely different but great job. He took time to do it in a professional way, the products they used are very good quality, no hair damage or hair loss. I asked for a haircut too, not my favourite if I’m honest, looks chopped and it’s uneven from the sides, not symmetrical and not a polished look.Service is okAll the staff is friendlyI will go back for hair colour but NOT for a haircut !!!

Please ask for Ray, love his blow dryer the best ever .. very professional and talented he used 5 brush on my hair since he started 🎩👌🏼

I feel so bad writing this review, but I have to. I had their service for my wedding. The hair styling was not what I requested, while he was doing my hair I showed him again what I want, he said yes, at the end he didnt do it. About make up they didnt use water proof products for a bride! Thanks to my guests styler I had it fixed.At the end this salon is more promotion and fancy than anything else. They charge a lot just for that. I dont recommend it at all.

It was my first time in Mounir Dubai. Rami did my colour. I have to say I was very happy… he definitely didn’t care about the money, but mostly about my hair…The colour was amazing! Extremely satisfied… Jhonny did my blow dry and I was extremely satisfied as well! Thank you!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I came here to see Mounir to do hair cut, hair colour and some streaks of highlight in my hair and this has been the worst experience ever. I asked for just a few streaks of blonde in my hair and a chocolate brown hair color and even showed some examples to Mounir and not only did he give me a balyage instead he didnt even give me the color I wanted. It looked grey and had too much streaks of blonde to the point where I looked like an old lady! Not even the haircut was nice if anything the cut is worse than before. I even had an encounter with one of his employees who was doing the highlights for me and I was panicking because I told him specifically I did NOT want it to be a balyage. He started giving a lot attitude and it looked like he was putting so much bleach on my hair I started to cry as I worked very hard to keep my hair healthy. I was not satisfied with anything then was promised to come back the next day to fix the color and just dye it back to brown. I came the next day left with my hair looking ginger brown still not the color i asked for with damage and a bad blowdry. On top of that I had to still pay 2400 dirhams for the end result to not even be to my liking even though I even told the workers there that I didn’t like how it looked and would anyways be coming back the next day to try to bring it just back to brown because I didn’t think he was even capable of giving me the highlights I wanted. My hair looks worse now and is not even at the color that I wanted or haircut. I even spent so much of my time doing my hair I feel like all my time and money went to waste! I totally don’t recommend! WAY too overpriced and not so skilled. Now I have to pay more money at another salon thats better to get this fixed. Thanks for nothing!

It was a great experience salwan was really honest and helpful with his advice he really cares about the hair not the money, he did a great hair color and cut. Ibrahim did an amazing hair curling and salim was very polit and helpful. Highly recommend

I unfortunately chose this saloon to color my hair for the first time in my life and it was a big mistake… :(I would not recommend spending money or your time at this saloon, I got told it would take me 3 hours to do a hair transformation I was there for 6 hours and only got my hair that was already blonde and never colored before and not damaged hair bleached for 2700 aed.The hairdresser was more busy doing Instagram content without my permission. I’m private and don’t have posts on Instagram for a reason.After 6 hours which only around 3 hours was the bleaching and washing of my hair the rest of the time I was just sitting and waiting.At the end another person came and started to curl my hair which I told him two times I don’t want curls and I don’t have time since I have been there 3 hours more than was told, the response I got was I can straighten it after the curls I said no but they didn’t care and wanted to do more videos which I again said no to.When I stand at the register I feel someone come behind me and touch my hair which I assume is that they really wanted to do another picture or video for that hairdresser (it’s not for the saloon but for the hairdressers Instagram account which they a week later uploaded that I now have to report to have it removed).At the register I told the lady we only pay for the “coloring” since nothing else was done, the lady told me no because it’s a hair transformation so I have to come back to do everything else that wasn’t done during this 6 hours session. We paid and left because we were already upset and didn’t want to cause a scene.Forward a week when I call them to ask exactly what they did with my hair during the session several times but has yet gotten a response only telling what’s left to do.I tell them we want money back since we paid for a service that wasn’t done the response from the lady who answered and the management team was they don’t do refund (never signed anything to not get a refund) and want me to come back to treat me better this time which I’m of course not comfortable doing which I had to repeat several times. They told me “ I will check and call you back “ it’s been 5 hours and haven’t heard anything back and probably will not either.I hope this review helps others that have probably been scammed by them before me and been treated this bad by the management team to go somewhere else.

I have had my haircut here twice now by Samer Mishref. I have to say this is the best haircut I have ever had. I dont normally trust anyone with my hair, but when it comes to Samer I trust him 1000%.Ive also had the best experience with Ahmad. Ahmad is an incredible hairdresser and his personality is wonderful. He is so fun to talk to, and made my experience a 10/10.The rest of the staff are all very kind, professional and positive. This is my go to salon from now on.Thank you for such a great experience!xxx

The worst salon experience I have ever encountered!I went in for just a hair cut with a blow out.The staff work like they need to rush every process. When one of the guys had to wash my hair it was so painful! And I told him it hurt! Even when they were blowdrying and cutting! They were also super unprofessional with the way they speak and they would interrupt each others work to gossip about people. Mounir didnt even take the time to understand what I wanted! He cut so quick it was sooo painful I felt like he was pulling my hair.He also blow-drys your hair then cuts when its dry! You have no idea if its even or if hes cut to the length you prefer. Once he was done he was like naeeman and left! Like no get my opinion first buddy!For 600 AED I was expecting at least the service to be top notch! What a waste of time and money.

HAIR WASH WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL WITH COLD WATER.TWO OTHER PEOPLE HALF DRIED MY HAIR AND I HAD TO TELL THEM TO STOP AS I WAS PAYING FOR A STYLIST TO DO THIS NOT TWO CLEANING ASSISTANCE.THIS IS A DEVIOUS TACTIC AND IS CLEARLY DONE SO THE STYLIST DOES THE MINIUMUM A MOUNT OF WOR . THE STAFF ARE ALL CHATTING AND I WOULD BE SUPRISED IF THEY ARE EVEN PROPERLY TRAINED. IWAS PROMISED MY STYLIST AND THE FISRT TIME I BOOKED A TRIM, AS PREVIOUSLY I HD ONKY HD 2 WASH AND BLOW DRYS HERE I AM GIVEN SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS NOT AS THEY PURPORTED TO CLAIM LIKE THEY SAID. READ ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS AS THEY ARE ALL SAYING THE SAME THING. NO GOODBYE FROM STYLIST ND HE STYLIST JUST WALKED OFF. THE STUPID RECEPTIONIST ASKING ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW BY SCANNING A CODE! NO I WONT BE. I HAVE CONTACTED EMIRTATES TOWERS AS THIS SALON SHOULD NOT BE TAKING OUR MONEY FOR SUCH A TERIBLE SERVICE. I do not recommend visiting this salon, as the masters there do their work irresponsibly and rudely! They burned my scalp when I was just doing regular coloring without bleaching! Horrible salon, never go there!

Overrated and over priced. I tried to purchase their products from them and the website didn’t work, sent them the screenshots for troubleshooting but they stopped responding. Emailed their customer and never heard back either. Very disappointing.

It was my first time at this salon, and I will definitely come back. Adonees and the entire team were extremely professional and friendly. My appointment was at 2 PM, and they attended to me right away. Everything was done quickly and smoothly, and I’m very pleased with the color. Thank you to everyone—from Adonees to the person at the wash station and the assistant who helped Adonees.

Absolutely incapable of dealing with Western hair!!! I had requested a crew cut, wave, i.e. waves instead I come out with curls!!! They forced me to use the iron (I didnt want it) even telling me that it ruins less than the phone🙈I warned them that it wouldnt last longer, the effect was horrible!!! After an hour I had nothing left 😡When I arrived at their place, my waves, made in Italy for six days, were still perfect!!! For a fold of €70!!! Highly not recommended!!! Its not even worth a fold for 15 euros in Italy, among other things Im a hairdresser 😡

Unfortunately I am very disappointed. Mounir was late for the appointment and then there were several women sitting there who had an appointment at the same time as me. It works like a band. You hardly get any attention. I paid 850AED for a few steps. Once and never again, dont let Instagram blind you. Hes only human, every other hairdresser can do it too and probably better.10 minute haircut 225 euros

Unfortunately, my last experience was not like the first.. The hair is orange from the roots. I told them during the dyeing, but they said it adjusts, and when I consulted the hair, it was not clear that the orange color is because it is in the roots. My eyebrows were burned because I did not wipe off the dye properly with a towel and water once, and there was nothing to protect the skin. Bad experience I wont repeat.Unfortunately, my recent experience was not as good as the first one... My hair turned orange from the roots. I told them about it while they were coloring my hair, but they said it would be fine. And my eyebrows got burnt because the dye wasnt wiped off properly. It was a bad experience and I dont think Ill do it again.

I went for the bottom dye and cut, they said 5 minutes, I waited for 25-30 minutes, they messed up another ladys hair, the girl looked like she was crying, she didnt want to give money, they took a small amount, meanwhile the other staff were laughing and talking among themselves about the ladys hair, which could not be done, the staff were pointing at the customers and making excessive comments. It was not a pleasant situation at all. I watched these while waiting. When it came to hair dyeing, they did the bottom dye well, but when I was washing my hair, there was water everywhere, even in a middle-class salon, this is like this. It cant be washed, it was a disgrace, the cut was normal, I never went again, there are too many people working but you have to wait too long, I would never recommend it.

Catastrophic! I had an appointment with the big Mounir, he only came 40 minutes after my appointment started and didnt even say hello properly and was with 5-7 customers at the same time. Its all just for show. Nobody really listens to you and something just gets done! I wanted extension and he only put in one side. Some blonde woman filmed him and there were 10 people gathered around him every time he did something! It felt like someone was doing something on a construction site and the others were watching!
