Absolutely fabulous job. The girl who looked after me was very professional and fixed a CND Shellac manicure where I had badly broken two gels. She created acrylic bridge nail so the broken skin was protected and totally restored the manicure with the same gel polish. Just perfect service. Thank you 😊

By far the best beauty salon in Dubai with welcoming and friendly service, professional staff and beautiful interiors that make you want to stay longer. Ibrahim did my blow dry and Tony did the coloring for my mother. Exceptional work. Highly recommend this salon to everyone!

I highly recommend this beauty salon! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and services.

The worst nails service I have had in my life! Not only did they do a bad job on my nails, but they were too harsh on the cuticles that my nails looked so dull and started breaking off the next day cause they were so brittle from the lack of care the nail technician took. Yet, it’s overly priced. Never again

I have recently been to this salon and have bought a product which after I realized the price, I have asked them I would like to immediately return it. They did no accept and told me to come back after the accounting department is back. Today they have only called me to tell me that they cannot return or refund the product “simply impossible”, which is sealed and with receipt. I think this totally unacceptable and for the first time in my life I was not given absolutely no solution what so ever (for a salon that is in a fine hotel). I am simply shocked and disappointed. You can expect me to never recommend this salon or ever come back.

Today I had my hair done and he said the price was 150 and then one day I finished he changed his mind about the account and he said the price was 350!!
