Mr Sam Ladies and Kids Salon

I had a great experience at Sam Saloon! The Filipino lady who did my manicure and pedicure was wonderful - so gentle and professional. She made me feel relaxed and pampered throughout the whole process. The salon was clean and cozy, and the prices were reasonable. Id highly recommend Sam Saloon for a great manicure and pedicure. 5 stars!

I had mani and pedi with a filipina nail tech, the rest of the staffs are only chatting and eating while the salon is very dirty. Too messy!!!

I’m absolutely amazed with their quality and service. I have very small nails which is really difficult to work with when comes to extensions but the woman from Punjab (unfortunately couldn’t ask her name ) did an absolute fantastic job with the nails and the manager there miss tiny she is so professional and made me feel comfortable. They even offered me tea to relax. Literally made my day as I will surely recommend to try them.

1 year ago I did my highlights from here. My hair is black n the highlights had to be blonde/ golden.. I kid you not, the bleaching, colouring, shampooing n everything they took so much care of it all.. my hair didnt even feel damaged after that... They manager there.. I dont remember her name.. but she even upsold their hair mask n it is so good.. my hair never felt damaged.. n even now.. its so good.. the colour they recommended, the shade, the mask... Everything.. n also their service...1 year later I went in for balayage. Because I still had my highlights in from the last time n this time they had to do 2 colours to make it look natural. This lady took such good care of my hair. Ill share some reference pictures of my hair. They are always so good.They were supposed to charge me a certain amount but they charged me less because this time they had to bleach my hair lesser.. they dont rob you off your money.

Would to share my recent experience of getting head massage done by *Hazel*, it was such an awesome and relaxing experience. Most recommended, she is experienced, knows the techniques and makes it comfortable

Had visited Mr sam salon today and Raj did my pedicure she was extremely professional at her job and created a very friendly vibe all the staff was very friendly overall a nice experience at this salon for such great prices!! Would definitely recommend getting your pedicure from here especially from Raj shes the best at it ❣️

I recently visited Mr. Sams salon for a haircut and experienced several issues. Upon arrival, both male stylists shop were attending to three customers, and when I approached one, he claimed to be busy, but all the staff were just standing outside the shop. Eventually, Ali agreed to cut my hair, but his behaviour was extremely rude, with a noticeable attitude. I felt unsafe and would not recommend anyone to visit such a salon for a haircut.Im thinking of raising the issue to the dubai customers satisfaction department.

Really useless for small kids and i wish they mentioned that before starting the ordeal. Poor customer dealing. Not only was the haircut subpar, this ruined our day.As for the gents salon (which does not have a separate page), wasn’t thrilled with their beard trim either but not as bad as the experience my wife and kids suffered at the ladies and “kids” branch.

Very bad service i went out with a very bad experience in this place this guys use powder after shave. Very cheap way i will never suggest anyone. The charges they apply and the service they give is not good enough to match 5dhs haircut and shave. Waste of money and have bad look for 2 to 3 weeks...
