I had the best experience at this salon, my previous acrylic nails were horribly done and started to lift off everywhere, the ladies suggested to make a completely new set but I wanted to stick to refill, they were fine with it and did an AMAZING job.They really took their time and made sure to properly clean up the old nails so no air goes underneath.Since it was quiet they even worked with 4 hands on me! Amy and Kim worked extremely professional, clean and gentle on me!I’m in loooove my nails, I couldn’t have asked for a better and prettier result 😍100% recommend and will be back 🥰

Muse is an amazing nail studio with professional nail artists and service! I have been on a hunt for a nail studio in Dubai that do nail arts and get THE VISION. Muse artists are so creative and they always are so helpful with brainstorming ideas with me when I can’t decide! They are so patience, friendly and so accommodating! The nail salon was clean, customer service was good. I went in for a soft gel tip extension and pedicure. They both came out really nice. The nails are very natural not too thick.

I have had gel manicures and pedicures at Muse and can truly recommend. All nail designers Kim, Huyen and Thalia are highly skilled in tool usage and the products used are of high quality, no burn, no pain, nothing but comfort. I’ve been very happy with my results every time. The team is very friendly and the salon director Mi can provide advice in German in addition to English.

Unfortunately, the staff can’t communicate in English. Last week, I asked for regular polish and mentioned that it has to be quick because I have to leave for airport. They all said Yes but then it took ages…When I reminded they only laughed and said OK. When I began to get nervous they said they didn’t understand me. So, both my hand and feet nails were ruined and I had to pay 400 AED for that poor service.

I got my lash lift done by Kim who was so adorable, talented and gentle. The whole session was very therapeutic I couldve fell asleep, she was gentle and explained things to the best of her abilities. Deffo want to get my lashes again by Kim!!

Went for the gel mani/pedi package at Muse. The Vietnamese ladies who did my nails were fantastic - so fun and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. The type of gel used is thinner than many other salons in the city, which is great as I don’t like the nails to look overly thick and artificial. I left feeling relaxed and pampered.
